Balance of holiday due on the 11th of August been trying all day to contact and cancel our holiday.....no one answering They say you can Go to Manage my booking and cancel but they have removed this option Ended up going to my bank to stop the payment balance Email no good as at least 14 days before they will respond Disgraceful

I am due to fly to turkey on 24th September, i received a payment reminder yesterday, I am due to pay the balance by 13th August, the advise of the jet2 website says they can cancel 7 days before the departure date if the government keeps it on a red list, and I will get a refund within 14 days, I've been trying to get hold of jet2 via whatsApp, and multiple times by phone, I keep getting cut off, all I want to do is change the date of the holiday to next year, so I can book another holiday to a green or amber country this year if I have to pay for this holiday i will have to wait for a refund to book another, anyone been successful in changing the date of a holiday or contacting Jet2? i've been looking at the TUI website, as there information on testing packages is much better
I a due to fly to Gran Canaria on 21st August. Am I correct that I do not need a covid test if I have been doubly vaccinated. Also can I be reassured that I can buy the tests in the resort of Puerto Morgan?

Been on hold for 2 and half hours trying to get through. Then they cut me off. Trying again and on hold again. Got email for credit refund which I don't want. Got in touch through WhatsApp they eventually answered then nothing absolute JOKE JET2

We few out on 26th but 40 mins before flight were told we’re flying to stansted to pick up passengers. No offer of compensation or even a free drink while we waited for them to board. 9th August saw our flight for 10th was delayed from 10.20 till 14.30. No notification from jet2 until we arrived at check in. Our flight was going to malaga first then Pick us up at Alicante at 14.30. Offered us 3 euros absolutely disgusting. If they can’t fill a plane then don’t sell tickets for it. Will think twice about booking with this airline again

Today I contacted them via Whatsapp. Got a bot first of all at 12.24pm, answered some questions regarding the booking and they said they would pass to a representative to be in touch. At 5.54 tonight, a rep got in touch via Whatsapp and has sorted it out. So relieved..
The number for jet advised in this link asks for a pin number. I have had horrendous trouble getting to speak to someone.

Just sat on hold for 2 hours 30 minutes to get hung up on. ABSOLUTE JOKE. I received an email offering a credit note. We want a cash refund, this should have also been an option. ANYTHING to keep our money
Been trying for weeks to contact Jet2 about our upcoming holiday for my brothers wedding in Cyprus next month. Needing to cancel two passengers who can't now come but can't get through on phones, emails reply saying call them, no response on social media channels and now full balance is due this Saturday so they are saying (on email) if we don't pay full amount, holiday will be cancelled by them and we will lost all money paid so far or today's email, pay the full balance and they will refund the difference from two passengers not coming in due course!! Yeah right!!!
4 days now iv been trying to contact Jet2holidays holidays ringing from 9 am to have the phone put down every 2 and a half hours this is a complete joke all I want to do is add someone to my booking Jet2holidays should be ashamed everyone else is up and running answering phone but they can’t seem to manage this really disappointed with them

Tried booking yesterday. It said there was an error with my booking so it didn’t go through but the money is showing as pending for coming out my bank account. 3 hours on the phone yesterday and no answer. Nearly an hour this morning and still no answer either. Do they actually have anyone answering their phones?
out of the blue jet2 has cancelled my holiday and put money back in my account BUT there is a difference of £262-43 from what we have paid to them to what we have received i would call that underhand stealing cant think of another word paid in total £1985-67 got back £1723-24 i kept my part of the contract they didnt booking ref 8168000/s21h

Waited one and a half hours then cut off. Rang back but message phone lines are now closed. 4pm Sunday. Supposed to be working till 5.30pm. Need to change dates due to terminal illness in son in law! Absolute rubbish!

I have booked my flight the wrong way round instead of UK to Greece, I accidentally booked Greece to UK. Same with the return. My flight is next week and I urgently need to speak with Jet2 I’ve called numerous times, been on hold with terrible music for hours. They never pickup. Extremely stressed need my flights wrapped up and changed or atleast turned to one-ways so I can change them in the app. The app doesn’t even let me do so. I need to get in contact with jet2 ASAP.

I've been trying to phone jet2 for two days to book assistance for my wife (for some reason you can't do that online). But their "friendly" operators are not answering the phone. And the music they play whilst you are on hold is unpleasant and deafening. What has happened to their "friendly" service?

Despite their website claims you are unable to cancel a holiday via this method. Tried for 2 days and in excess of 7 hours to cancel on the phone but the calls were never answered. When however we stopped the payment in full on the 4 August 2021 we received an email on the 5 August at 8.45 detailing how we could make the payment to ensure our holiday was not cancelled. Speaks volumes of this company’s attitude towards customers.
We had a holiday booked with jet 2 for me and my husband and two kids three days before we was due to fly they cancelled our holiday called them after three hours got through they said it was the return flight and we had to pay again and book again for 2 extra nights few days later and pay more money then again three days before travel after paying hotel car park COVID test packing exc received a email again saying holiday is cancelled I was fuming my kids was so excited to go away everything was organised and payed for . I will never use jet two again they are cancelling people’s holidays with no reason or explanation we booked with tui after this and fly tomorrow have had no issues at all will never fly with jet 2 !!
Why have jet 2 issued my refund all except 120 pounds which I can’t understand as they cancelled it.
