Hi I was refused check in this afternoon for a holiday to Rhodes for ' passport validity reasons. Similar to yours... It was issued 3 sep 211 & expires Jan 03 2022. I cannot believe this is so little known... all Gov & Jet2 docs they showed me to prove its my fault did NOT prove I wouldn't be allowed to enter Greece for a week on a package holiday. There were only 'recommendations' & 'May not count'. This was a rebooting of a cancelled trip its jet2 I June. At no time was this passport validity issue raised or even part of their regular updates about seats. check in. insurance or all the covid hoops... I did EVERYTHING they mentioned... I can't decide if I'm more disappointed or furious. I was told my holiday is void! So now trying to contact them to see.. Hours on phone :( but this number someone suggested does or but I just get shunted around depts oh yes & now cut off. Thee is something seriously wrong at Jet2 nowadays.
I'm struggling to get onto Manage Booking...asking for a reference number beginning with 2 but my booking ref begins with a number 8 and wont accept it online ..anyone had thos problem?....I've been in a queue for over an hour and just seen the suggestions on here for a different number.. just tried this but now closed.

Called jet2 this morning was on hold for over an hour no joy, called the number off this forum 0800 408 7391 picked up straight away, spoke to a really friendly and helpful guy called Lee all sorted, brilliant, try the above number 👍

I have been constantly ringing Jet2 for hours on end just to be listening to music. I want to cancel my holiday before the final payment is made at the end of August when monies are taken automatically from my bank a/c but no-one is answering. I have tried many avenues to get through by phone (including booking a new holiday to see if there is a better response) + tried all the cancellation advisor 0333 phone numbers detailed in the JET2 instructions list but I'm still listening to music. for hours!!!!!!

Guest : Direct flight booked for 26.08 to Malaga, email 6 days ago advising leaving 55 mins earlier and stopping at Alicante first, so a 2.5-3 hr flight is now over 5 hrs! Can't get through on numerous phone numbers, waiting for hours, no reply to what's app nor formal complaint, if I cancel it states on their terms and conditions its non refundable, so what can I do ?

We have been trying to contact jet 2 to cancel our flights to Corfu all week ....yesterday we were on the phone from 10am - 5pm when the lines closed no answer ...does anyone actually work there.....on the phone now since phone lines opened 🤷🤦🏻♀️
Have been trying to reach jet2 for 2 weeks every day for at least 2 to 3 hours at a time to be cut off. I don't want to cancel want to do a name change. I will never use them again
Ok so it clearly states online that you can cancel or change departure date online via your manage booking portal. However, when you go to this area there are no buttons to click to be able to change your departure date or cancel... No one can get through to the telephone lines and no one can find the area online to access departure date information to change it. The insurance covers cancelations, however if you can't cancel due to a website not providing this service surely it is miss sold? Any lawyers out there? Asking for a friend.

Been on hold now for 1 hour and 25 mins just to make a amendment, this is a joke jet2 when you should be fighting for customers not trying your best to loose them. Sort this out head of company as the tele-sales must be sick of people complaining and it’s not there fault. Very upset customer 😤
I've been trying all week to contact Jet2 to cancel my holiday and some calls have been over 3 hours and I didn't get answered once and I can't request a cash refund online due to some rubbish about how I paid LOL, it was via debit card and PayPal. I want my refund ASAP and should claim interest. If they carry on I will go to the small claims court for my money

whats the problem with Jet 2 they have cancelled 3 flights and a family holiday this year so far now for my sins booked again travelling Sept but need to contact them about the booking as the offer of discount could not use so far after 2 days over 3hours of calls and 3 e-mail s no contact i think they are going Bust so all be careful it will be a shame if this happens as prefer to if possible use them but getting fed up as no customer service or loyalty to regular customers

We are flying to malaga next week. Booked spain as asthmatic and only wanted shorthaul. Been informed now going via Alicante then Malaga our flight is 6 hours. From checking in to getting out airport in malaga it now about 9 hours. Never used jet2 before will never use them again. Dont know how ee stand regarding refund...any ideas. Tia
Guest : We few out on 26th but 40 mins before flight were told we’re flying to stansted to pick up passengers. No offer of compensation or even a free drink while we waited for them to board. 9th August saw our flight for 10th was delayed from 10.20 till 14.30. No notification from jet2 until we arrived at check in. Our flight was going to malaga first then Pick us up at Alicante at 14.30. Offered us 3 euros absolutely disgusting. If they can’t fill a plane then don’t sell tickets for it. Will think twice about booking with this airline again
Hi you don’t need a test before you travel. We were in maspalomas and tests were available at our hotel so if you’re staying in a hotel try ringing them and ask. Our holiday to Turkey on 8th Sept was cancelled by jet2 & I got an email saying I would receive a full refund £1727, I’ve received £1327 into my account but the other £400 we paid on my wife’s card is nowhere to be seen ! Problem is my wife got a new bank card last week due to hers expiring so they won’t have her new card details. Tried ringing for 2 hrs for the last 3 days & not even a reply ! Always used jet 2 for our 2 holidays a year but seriously getting miffed off with them

Hi i have just found an email to say my holiday has been cancelled. Due to fly to Spain on 16th of August. Holiday paid in full total £1647 and the have said to expect a refund of £114......wtf. I dont dare tell my 7yr old daughter who has been counting down saying as this hoilday has been moved from last August to this year. Im hoping they can just change my holiday to somewhere else. Dont want to disappoint our daughter by not going anywhere
