Jet2 emailed me 07th April to advice flights cancelled ,I know they are very busy .but no further email,contact or refund yet.

No contact from Jet 2. Holiday cancelled ref 6881395/S20H. I have updated my details on 'Manage my Booking' but no contact at all from Jet 2. Online info says that they are contacting people in departure order. They haven't made contact with me in 10 days as per their email. Come on Jet 2 I know these are terribly tough times for you but they are for us too! We need that £2000! Just a brief email to explain the delay would help.

Jet2 credit refund notes currently do not allow you to pay a balance for another existing holiday. They are under pressure to change this as TUIs do, but dont hold your breath. We were told on 7th April that our trip to Spain at the end of May was cancelled but no contact to date. I have a balance to pay on 19th May for a holiday in October but will cancel this if I havent had my refund by then.

Guest : I have accepted a Refund Credit Note against a cancelled holiday to Majorca in early June. I have 2 other bookings with Jet2holidays for later in the year that I would like to use the credit note against to pay off the balance on those bookings, but there doesn't appear to be an option to do this via the online 'Manage My Booking'. It only provides for making a payment by debit/credit card or Paypal. Anyone found a way to do this or an email address or phone number to contact to ask Jet2holidays to action this please? The next holiday is in July but latest payment date for paying full amount is later this month so I don't want to have to settle the balance by another method when I technically have a credit note which will pay off what is owed.

I have a flight on 5 May but Jet2 has not been in touch and when I try to log on to manage my booking, it simply says its not recognised. Does anyone have any ideas??

Just wanted to tell everyone that although I never managed to get through to jet2com or talk to anyone, I've just found every penny I spent refunded back to my account. So have faith, it looks like they're doing everything they can in these difficult times.

We were due to go to Cyprus on April 17th. On April 9th I received an email from Jet2 asking me to confirm my telephone number as they would contact me in 10days to discuss my options but I have heard nothing. Realising that they are very busy I didnt try contacting them until today but find all lines are blocked so I am very disappointed they have not contacted me as promised.

Cant get through on phone. I feel we have been cheated and lied to by them. Waited in queue on phone over 2 hours and then charged £85 extra. Later I checked and the flight was showing cheaper than originally paid.

missed a call from jet 2 on Tuesday left a message saying they would call back have not heard from them at all due I would like a refund of my holiday like many others there is no way you can contact them this is absolutely ridiculous for a company like jet 2 very disappointment in them please get in touch with people and sort this out

Hello fellow travellers. I should have flown yesterday and have been trying for weeks to get in touch with jet2. I finally found a credit note form online today which I've filled in and sent. Can anyone tell me if they've already done this and how long they waited for a credit note to be issued for use on other flights ? Thanks.

I am booked for 13/08/2020 for Corfu but Jet 2 are going to take my balance of £1400 on 2/6/2020 but the problem is i have not been working.do i cancel my holiday or can i change the holiday to 2021?

Jet2 issued attachment by email for AUTHORISED REFUNDS for flights to Lanzarote which would have been late April 2020 stating they had been processed to my bank - NOTHING AS YET - WHERE IS MY MONEY???? 48hrs on still not received the obey to my bank.

My holiday to Lanzarote, due to fly on 23rd March was cancelled by Jet 2 I received a text message on the 16th March saying I would receive a full refund in 28 days - so far nothing! AirBnb refunded my payment for accommodation the following day, why can't Jet2?

Jet 2 only offered me vouchers or a change of holiday i accepted the change of holiday but its now apparent you can have a refund . like many cant contact them via any source absolutely ridiculous ......JET2 HOW CAN WE GET HOLD OF YOU please send reply to w.campbell1402@btinternet.com

Booked our holiday through cannon travel who called us 3 weeks ago to let us know Jet2 had cancelled our holiday what did we want to do rebook later, credit or full refund.We requested full refund which was nearly £4000 both our daughter and her husband, myself and my husband have got our refund back today our holiday dates were 12-22 May 2020 we were very impressed how quick we got it back and will re book once the situation improves as work is hit and miss at the mon the money has come in very handy

Jet2 phoned me today (Laura) and said theyd cancelled our holiday to Croatia in two weeks time. I requested a full refund and she processed it immediately. Laura was incredibly kind and helpful.,so how do you get a call and touare 2 weeks away mine has been and gone ?

Guest : just had confirmation from jet2 that i have cancelled all 6 of my flights and will get no refund . i haven't cancelled any flights at all . has anybody else suffered this problem. hello, yes I received the same mail and all my family too. Well my holiday has been and gone and still no contact from jet2 apart from an email 4 weeks ago to say we will be in touch within 10 days,Steve Heapy and jet2 you have let your customers down big time stop waiting for the government to make a decision and refund people its like going on holiday and saying i'll pay when i get back,Steve Heapy remember saying this on the 17th march Doing the right thing for our customers.Well your not another company putting profits before customers you will loose a lot of customer confidence.

Booked a package holiday for our family on June 3rd.There are ten of us and the holiday cost is over £8000.I am horrified at the things reported on this page.I and many others have been very loyal customers to jet 2 but this will definitely change when all this is sorted out.There is no need for them to be holding peoples hard earned money and it is plain and simple theft.If i have the same problems i will be claiming and taking them to court for fare and any other expenses incurred.

Ive paid for a holiday to Rhodes . Experienced the same problems as all of the members below. Ive used all of their customer contact channels which are blocked - standard response . Continued attempts to get you to rebook . Be if you do there is a question about if you loose your insurance and rights for refunds . See the consumer magazine Which. Jet2Holidays and ABTA are trying to delay because they are trying to lobby the Government to change travel regulations to retain customer funds. Customers are not a bank and if you examine DART group accounts they have sufficient funds to refund customers . A warning to them - they will loose customer confidence . For a short term gain they will wreck their image in future.

Our package holiday/ honeymoon to Italy was cancelled on the 10th March, we were due to fly last Sunday 19th April, as yet no refund or call from jet2 even though both were promised in e-mails received in March. I appreciate they're inundated, however Italy were one of the first countries to go on lockdown so why wasn't our cancellation by jet2 prioritised? Shouldn't have to wait 6 weeks to receive our money back! Insult to injury we can't even call or live chat with them as they've locked all incoming communication down! I work in the travel industry and sympathise over the impact this is having on travel operators but usually exceptional customer service from Jet2 is now non-existant!

We were suppose to have been in Lanzarote from the 11th of March/ we got an E.mail to say they would be in touch/ they will deal with them going with departure date / Sister in law is the same / Now there's people on here saying they've been refunded and their holiday was in April / How does that work / Hard to get in contact by phone /

We rang on 25th March to call line. Our flight was 8th April to 24th April. The lady dealt with us quickly & said it was all sorted. Still waiting for a refund to our credit card.O

Hi i am due to go on holiday today with jet 2. I missed my call but was advised THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK.!! I've had my phone stuck to me for the last 4 days awaiting call. We are out of work and no money we need our money back for food. Jet2 are just leaving us to stress out even more. Please just call the people back to advise what's going on. 😭
