been on phone since 10am listening music trying to get through to special assistance tried e-mail auto reply total disgrace latest call now at 2 hours 44 minutes does anyone answer this phone wish i had never booked

Have jet 2 cancelled some of there Manchester flights. And is there a number you can speak to a person. I have tried to log on to my booking when I put the date in won’t let me access my account. I went on the booking site and there were no flights on the day I booked. It is impossible to get any information from jet 3 I have tried wasp phone calls and enquiry form. Absolutely a shambles.

I have just received an email that my Jet2 holiday to Rome in November has been cancelled with no explanation as to why. I can’t get through to them, surely they need to explain why.

Guest : Rob : Got no hold luggage but have got to go to check in desk for a boarding pass to return from Alicante? You'll have to show them the 2 day test proof, full vaccination, then you'll get your tickets. Yep .as long as the UK gov passenger locator form accepts your day 2 test code issued by who ever you go with all will be well.

Tina : Why is my Jet2 flight from Belfast to Alicante stating that the direct journey is taking 5 hrs 25 minutes reckon you will be calling down south to pick up the rest of your fly mates tee hee. Kit kats all round.

Travel to Cyprus what tests do I now need for travel to Cyprus and return. Age 16 what tests are required? If a 16 year hold has had a Jab are they covered the same as an adult ?

I am travelling to Dalaman turkey on 9th October and need to have confirmation from jet 2 I have a certificate of vacation 2 bio tech issued by the turkish ministry of health accepted by the EU on Friday the turkish consultant in london confirmed travellers going into turkey with This proof of vaccination is acceptable no PCR required when leaving the uk but will jet2 accept this to board ?

Having a total nightmare trying to get through on any customer service numbers! Got 2 phones running separate numbers no pickup on either 40 mins gone by already...all I need is help with a booking change for a flight at weekend. Service is shocking. I've got a baby to deal with and cant just sit around all day waiting for these tools to answer the bleedn phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Judith MacLean : We are travelling back from Portugal on the 7th October. Do we need a pre departure Covid test? No, just a 2 day test on return Which you will have booked before departure.

We went Edinburgh to Malaga on 8th Sept. we were told by text to go straight to desk to have our boarding pass validated. Turns out they had merged Edinburgh flight with the Glasgow flight. We were sitting at Glasgow for 1 1/2 hours while they boarded people from Glasgow and then changed the crew. Same thing happened on way home, some people didn’t get notified until they were on the way to the airport. We had paid for our seats but we were moved to different seats further back plane, no refund. As way of compensation we were all given a complimentary drink. On way out they had no beer and no tonic. They blamed this on shortages caused by lorry drivers. Our return flight had already been changed to leave Malaga at a later time and then the 1 1/2 hours waiting at Glasgow. Turns out the later departure time was the time for the Glasgow flight. Our car park time had overrun as well. Think people would be more understanding if they were honest and upfront about the changes.

Guest MD : Normally the flight time from Malaga to Edinburgh is approx 3hrs and 30 mins. i have looked at the flights on the 15th October 21, the day i want to fly, and the time is 5hrs and 10 minutes! i have tried to find out from Jet2 why that is but , unsurprisingly, no response. Does anyone know what is going on with that flight?

Trying to book holiday but just getting no-where. Constantly says "sit comfortably" . waited 20 mins to book and nothing ! Looking at the messages below I may not bother with them now.

Waited over an hour on several occasions now and still no good. Sent numerous emails over 14days ago and again still nothing. Customer service is absolute horse * !!

MF1989 : I just got through after 38mins, i used the 0203 059 8336 number. Advisor couldn't of been more apologetic & helpful, worth hanging on if you can, the chat is switched off as they don't have enough staff to man both the phones and the webchat. Give them some slack during these times, imagine how busy they must be! if been ringing since Sunday. I'm in Spain no cash or space left phone. It's impossible. I can't get locator form its not accepting. I am vaccinated tested and can't get a result day 3l2 near home agesmd 76.

We’ve just received the fateful text. We are flying from Ibiza 1-10-2021 and we have ben informed that we are picking up at another airport ( presume Palma ) Guest : This happened to my friend, flew from Newcastle to palma, stopped off in Ibiza it took over 5 hours and was only informed of the change 8 hours before. I’m flying on Monday with a 2 and 3 year old, dreading this happening to us, but still says 2h 55 on my boarding pass Guest : Flying from Glasgow to Malafa in Monday. It says its taking 5hs, but also says direct. Read on other threads about stopping to pick up other passengers. Can anyone confirm? If this is the case, I am going to be extremely * !! Flying with our 11 month old grandson. Have emailed, tried to call, no response whatsoever. Should we pack any extras. Woukd never have booked this is we thought it'd be a 5 hour flight!!!

I'm on a package holiday with Jet2 ending on Saturday. I want to stay on for another week but staying at another hotel sharing a room with 2 others who are already on a Jet2 package holiday as they have an extra bed in their room. My partner wants to go home on the planned flight. Will I be able to change my return flight and has anyone got any experience of doing this? Happy to pay supplement to hotel or Jet2. Thanks.

Guest : Does anyone know when and where to get day 2 test for coming back to scotland from tenerife after 4th october. Krankies not made her mind up yet. She's a tool. Have you tried manage my booking. If you to change flight it lets you select the person you want to change and the flights come up and you select the new dates for the flight. Haven’t gone past that but it seems to quote a price for the one person.

Can I ask has anybody actually managed to speak to a booking adviser on the telephone 0333 300 0737? Even their chat doesn't work! what a bunch of shysters!.... they used to be so efficient with a great service, not now! ....Never ever again! I just got through after 38mins, i used the 0203 059 8336 number. Advisor couldn't of been more apologetic & helpful, worth hanging on if you can, the chat is switched off as they don't have enough staff to man both the phones and the webchat. Give them some slack during these times, imagine how busy they must be! That's good to hear that there are actual people manning the phone after all I was wondering, all-be-it very few in numbers. As you say I'm sure that they are being worked ragged trying to cope. Obviously the management / owner are try to claw back some of the huge losses they've incurred as a result of lockdown restrictions but at a cost of customer service...

i went onto travel essentials to order champagne for my daughter in law as its her 40th Birthday, i put all details in and i was hoping to get a phone call back as to pay, i have waited 4 days, i have also tried to ring only to be on hold for over 20mins. what is happening as they fly this weekend
