Okay so in my outbound flight on holiday me and my friends, admittedly in poor judgement, had drank duty free alcohol on board. We got caught for this and had our passports taken and had an official warning from the captain. On the way back we had to sign an agreement regarding conduct which is totally understandable. I go to Ibiza next month and am worried that I will be denied boarding, is anyone aware of what the process is with this?

We received notice that our flight was expected to depart on Sunday 23rd at 15:45. We arrived on Sunday at 09:00am to be advised that there was an issues with a power cut at Manchester Airport and our new flight might be delayed again. After waiting for approx. 3 hours, we were advised that our whole holiday package had been cancelled that that we needed to leave the airport. Thanks to all in advance Andy Hi Andy we on the same flight but we got put on earlier flight ,back from hotel to airport for 0500 hours but did not fly until 1646hrs again put us on the aircraft only to sit on the runway for a long time must of been 3 to 4 hours ,then got told we have some bad news and some good news the good news is that the plane is going to fly to Dalaman ,but not with this crew as out of time again new crew coming 60/70 mins. Then flew us down to Dalaman knowing that are luggage was not on board still in Manchester got transferred to hotel which was lovely, but no luggage so arrived 2 night lost off holiday and no luggage. So I wish they told us to go home if they knew they sending us on a holiday with no luggage. I have been in contact with customer service but not having any ,but told them they new that the flight on Saturday the crew was out of time before the couple taken off so just played for time with us sitting on aircraft, did you get offered anything but water, feel sure they stitched us up £1900 plus for 8 night holiday only to get six and no luggage for 3 of them ,so if you get anything please tell us a lot of passengers feeling the same .over 400 of us on holiday without luggage. That sounds incredibly stressful! Here's what you can do: Fight the Charge: Don't accept their initial refusal. You weren't late, you have proof (2 hours of waiting). Request Compensation: In addition to the taxi fare, you can also request compensation for the inconvenience caused. and can ask for voucher for your next trip. Review and Complain: Leave a negative review on their website and platforms. Chargeback: If they continue to refuse, consider a chargeback with your credit card company.

I have lost all access to the Jet 2 app. When I attempt open it, all I see is a blank screen under the Jet 2 banner. If I attempt to open my Jet 2 profile page, all I see is a black screen. Final payment page price increases due to supposedly flight being busy but even accepting change payment won't go through
Tried to book a room upgrade through the app, I went through all the details and at the payment stage a message came up to contact customer services. I contacted customer services and was told that the reason my payment was rejected was that other people had booked the upgrade so Jet2 had decided to increase the price for the upgrade by £120 because of popularity! Is it legal to advertise one price and charge another? If it is or isn't one thing is for sure, this is awful customer service and I will never book with jet2 again. I realise that Jet2 will not care at all about losing my future business but perhaps if more people are aware of this awful business practice then more people will not book with this terrible company and perhaps that will have an impact.

Missing suitcase Heraklion Airport Hi I know this is a long shot but I travelled from Heraklion airport in Crete on 8 August 23, jet 2 put out a final call for me as last remaining passenger before gate was due to close. After rushing through I boarded plane and realised I hadn’t got cabin bag ( black suitcase) I was told I couldn’t go back into the airport even though the flight didn’t take off for another 40 mins. I was told the bag would be located and returned on next flight. If you happen to be in the same situation and there are things in your case that can’t be replaced ( things of sentimental value) is to get off regardless of cases in the hold go back into airport retrieve items before they are stolen as it’s cheaper to rebook another flight home and certainly less traumatic.

I booked a week in Rome with my family for a wedding so had to take suit and all accessories as well as the usual attire and jet 2 lost my case I spent 4 days of my holiday shopping for suit and essentials jet2 eventually paid a total of £350 pounds in total for some of my emergency shop but no consideration for loss of time in Rome shopping and stress of 4 days without my case, I for one will never travel with them again no apology just matter of fact replies not their fault apparently 😂😂

On my previous two flights to Ibiza i have ended up on Smartwings or similar named carrier. Aircraft on this occasion was 25 years old. To say that the carrier change are due to operational requirements is rubbish. I agree, jet2 have been doing this for 9 years or more. We have also just been told our outbound flight in September to Zante is with smartwings.

Looking at other places we usually go to the same times apply. Will Jet2 ever be getting morning slots back. It's just a pity as the other airlines don't compare but for the sake of good traveling times I'll now be travelling with another carrier. Smartwings and Smartlynx aew used by Jet2 for flight only operations. So what you see when you book and pay for flight only will probably be with these airlines.

We're trying to check in online for a flight (online check in is open for another 10 hours). We want to opt not to choose seats, but there is simply no option. The check in won't continue unless we choose seats and they then make us pay for the privilege! The helpline guy was friendly but no help at all - he says we just have to queue at the airport. Jet2 seating has again gone to new heights! We booked a holiday with Jet2, £3200 for a week, 3 seniors, and we didn't pay for seats at the time of booking, we were told that 28 days before departure we could 'Check in' pick any remaining seats and add our travel details (Passports etc.) AND rightly anyone who had paid additional money up front had already had their chance to choose their preferred seats. However during the 'Check in' process Jet2 allocated the seats, me in row 17, my wife in row 25 and my sister in law in row 28, a look at the seating arrangement showed that the 2 seats next to my sister in law were Free AND the 4 rows behind her were Free, I phoned Jet2 and was told that the automated allocation system tried to put pasengers who were travelling together in seats together! we could move if we paid the change of £9 per seat. The money isn't the problem BUT the way it has turned out appears to me to be 'Bulleying' us into paying additional costs and thus making greater profit for themselves. The flight is 3 hours and 20 minutes and as much as starting our holiday together with a nice drink and relaxation together on the plane we will not give in to Bulley's. Same on the return flight too! A very dissappointed Jet2 customer.
Complained outward flight very very cold , response from cs , Our aircraft temperature is kept between 22 and 24 degrees but can feel cooler as passengers are sat down and not moving around. I’ll pass on your feedback to our Cabin Crew regarding this so we can make improvements in the future if needed.
