Guest : I have been trying to get a refund for cancelled Malta flight early September. Have been offered a voucher but do not want this. When I try to fill in the form to get refund it says "Unfortunately the information entered does not match tgat given at time of booking". Information is simply email address and reservation number, both of which are correct. Any help on what is going on much appreciated. I waited almost 6 months on my refund and decided to go the old fashioned way and write a complaints letter to their HQ, GOT MY REFUND BACK WITHIN 3 DAYS!!!

Booked flights for Easter, cancelled, and opted for voucher. Re-booked for December and paid a surcharge, cancelled again. Can only opt for refund on surcharge. But what about the original voucher? Will it be re-issued?

I received an email last night (5/10/20) informing me that my return flight on 23/10 has been cancelled. Ryanair blamed the Government and covid for this. However, this appears as the only flight cancelled, with others going from and to the same destinations a couple of days either side of this date. And a flight going to another London airport an hour later. It is my opinion that Ryanair are using the current situation to remove unprofitable flights if they appear the flight will not become fully booked. They also did this outside of the compensation date to avoid these extra costs. I've always had the utmost respect for Ryanair, but this is too underhanded to forgive.

I have incorrectly only requested the refund on the cancelled flight , where I should have requested the on-line refund application for both flights connected to the booking. The systems tells me that there has already been an application submitted and the site highlights that there can only be one on-line refund application per booking . Is there another route to successfully requesting both flights as per the initial option ?

Hi I'm not been on one these forums before and I am just looking for some advice. Have flights booked for December to go to Poland, at the moment with the situation here and in Poland who knows what will happen. However, I wondered if maybe I was to call Ryanair and ask for vouchers instead of a refund if were to cancel, so then at least if it does all go ahead I'd be able to rebook using the voucher? Anyone got any ideas about vouchers or been in a similar situation? Thanks anyway! :)

I tried to do this for flights in October but for the 'no charge' you have to have booked since June. Why? When I booked in February there was no known Covid travel risk, whereas you were taking your chances in June.

Guest : I would like to say what a frustrating useless web sit Ryanair is. i have tried to contact Ryanair but the site refuses to accept my email address, it tells me the format is wrong. i think this is done deliberately to avoid giving out refunds. I have emailed a letter and sent same letter by post to Ryanair H/O in Swords, Dublin trying to get my money back. I bought 2 return flights for £205.36 and Ryanair cancelled the flight on me due to Covid. Rubbish company with a * web site and nobody responds to emails or letters When you type your email instead of choosing automatic fill out just type whole email address it should accept it

1) Booked return Dublin to Chania in April - May. Ryanair cancelled the flight. Asked for refund, but got the usual voucher email. Indicated my refusal to accept vouchers. 2) Booked return Dublin to Porto for Sept. Again Ryanair cancelled the flight, offering us a flight the previous day. I demanded a refund, not a voucher. RESULT After much frustration, I have now received full refunds for both the Chania and the Porto flights.

6 return flights to france cancelled 7th June. Asked for refund , not voucher, and finally today I chased it up as still not had it, and had to yet AGAIN submit another form for a refund after going round and round looking for someone to speak to or web chat. Its as if they are making this impossible on purpose. It is my money and they have had it since January and it's not just a couple of hundred. Absolutely disgusting.

Hi can anyone please tell me what the toilette situation is as in regards to during flights. Is there a queuing system, and what about people with urinary disabilities and need an instant quick access to onboard flight toilets. Thanks.

Please note Ryanair tell you that you can change flights for free in July and August but this is a LIE....in the small print (terms and conditions) you have to re book a WEEK in advance . This is different from the public information which says you can rebook up to 2 hours in advance of the flight. We have lost 200 pounds. You are packed like sardines on their flights and they let on a man who was sweating profusely and ended up being sick all over the plane. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

The plane that we are due to be boarding has been diverted to a different city, we (the out bound passangers) have no information as the departure time on the board keeps getting later and no staff are on the desk. At what point do we try to leave the section of the airport after the passport control and go in search of answers.

Gerda : Please can anybody help? We were due to fly in May to Cyprus. Flight was cancelled. Instead of asking for a cash refund which was disadvised, we rebooked for August 17th, knowing we could still rebook again. Due to changing covid19 circumstances, we want to reschedule again, but they charge a fee of 90 euro! Trying to get hold of a Ryanair employee, we do not get further than a robot. I used Ryanairs chat on Thursday and it took about 30 mins to get to speak to someone, i cant get a refund and have to claim on my insurance, due to fly next week to Spain! secure.livechatinc.com/licence/5665411/v... Jsut keep tryiing the chat as there was no one available for about 10 mins then there was for me.

No one responds to emails, there chat thing on their site is just an automated response as well. How long is too long to wait

Booked for Spain in April ,flights cancelled , applied for refund through a travel agent which was paid out in midd July . I booked direct with Ryanair for extra baggage and pre- booked seats and have tried to apply for a refund . I have been on line with the online live chat on 6 occasions which has taken up over 8 hrs . I was told by one operative on the 25 July I would be paid within a week , never happened. How can I get my money back ,paid by debit card and not sure if I could go through the bank .

Same here. I will never fly with Ryanair again. I can’t believe that more hasn’t been made of this is the press. Surely we have rights?? Tash : Wow you’ve excelled yourself in customer service Ryanair!! NOT! Due to fly to Spain, I already knew I wouldn’t get a refund but rang to discuss my options. I told the advisor how I will not be able to fly as I will not be able to get travel insurance if I go against gov. Guidelines so what can I do? Was told the flight will still be in operation so if I’m not on the flight I will be classed as a no show and loose my money! I said that’s not an option as it is ridiculous to travel with no insurance was told the only option is to rebook (can’t give me a voucher) I’m not able to rebook as no annual leave at work. Transferred me to a ‘manager’ who told me point blank “well lots of people go without travel insurance” I told him that answer was ridiculous. He then told me point blank there is nothing Ryanair will do you will lose the money for the flight. He then said all you can do is rebook- I explained I can’t rebook and this flight was booked in feb before Covid even existed- he then told me because it was booked pre Covid I’m actually not able to change the booking for free!! Cherry on the cake! So because I haven’t booked a holiday DURING the pandemic I can’t have the change fee waivered! I cannot believe Ryanair are being allowed to do this to their customers! Disgraceful!
