We have (had) a flight booked for 23rd May - to Corfu - but Ryanair sent the mail text below BUT I don't want to - indeed how can I, make a change to a date inside the time frame they say, as I (nor they) don't know when they will be flying again - I would prefer to have a full refund !! Dear Customer, The spread of the Covid-19 Virus and associated Government travel restrictions, continues to have a negative impact on the schedules of all Ryanair Group Airlines. As a result of this we want to offer our customers as much flexibility as possible in relation to their scheduled travel plans. We are now offering you the following options in relation to your booked flight. · You can change your flight to any date in the next 3 months, up to Aug 31 2020. · The flight change fee will be waived in full. · You will only have to pay the difference in fare. · This flight date change will only apply to the route you have already booked. · Please do not try to change to another date in May. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this unprecedented crisis. The safety and well-being of our people and customers is our main priority, and we are working closely with the state authorities and we will follow any travel restrictions that are imposed and will continue to comply with all WHO and EASA guidelines to combat the Covid-19 virus.

If You have any other question, please do not hesitate to contact us. Goodbye

Getting an online refund fr om Ryanair is near on impossible and might appear to some to be a deliberate attempt by them to frustrate the process to the point wh ere you give up. So far the system has refused to process my claim for the following reasons. 1. Reservation number is incorrect ( I have the boarding pass in front of me with the number printed on it). 2. Unable to process your claim at this time. Try again later. 3. Airline code doesn't match any flight for this booking. 4. I did manage to have a web chat a couple of days ago with a person in the help centre and was advised to try again in a couple of days. I've tried it still doesn't work. I have no complaints about the level of service when booking or flying but customer service when you have an issue appears to be deliberately absent. Ryanair took my money pretty sharpish when I made the booking but they don't seem to keen to give it back.

The system tells me that my reservations number is incorrect but it’s not. Trying over and over again it took the reservation number but wants me to complete the captcha in an endless loop! Please get this fixed!!

Got an email from Ryanair to tell me my flight was cancelled so cancelled everything else. Then 24hrs later another email to say UK citizens can fly and then 2 hrs before the flight would of left I got an email to say the flight had been reinstated. Sounds to me they are doing this so they don't have to give refunds.

Our flights to Malaga have been cancelled and we have car hire with them which I understand I can cancel up till 24 hrs before flight any way. The problem is that you cannot contact by Ryanair by email or phone to discuss. An offer of a future flight at an unknowable cost is of little value and we have concerns about liquidation issues. How do I get my money back. I paid by debit card and the monies have been taken. Anybody have similar issues?

My flight has been cancelled and I understand these are difficult times. However Ryanair you need to look at your process and action refunds as an automatic process instead of causing more unnecessary stress to your loyal customers You need to fix your website and offer an apology as to why your refunds can't be processed and booking reference is invalid

Ryan-air, Spain are on a 15 day lock down (16/03 until 31/03), so why have you only cancelled flights until 19/03? You need to sort this out and give passengers their refund!

So I'm still reading of people tur up in Malta for a few days stay to be told they have to self isolate for two weeks.... Why oh why are you still flying people out there Ryan Air? They have No Insurance that covers them!!!! But Don't Worry.... Atleast you didn't have to pay up on a refund.... YOU SHOULD BE HAPPY WITH YOURSELVES.!!!

9pm Friday 13th March. We are flyng to Malta at 06.15 on the 14th March. Malta have reported all foreign travellers coming in will have to isolate for 14 days straight away, or could get a ˆ1000 fine. Yet Ryan Air and Leeds bradford airport are still saying my flight is leaving in the morning.... Even though the flights today came across this with passengers panicking after landing at the airport...... Talk about leading you to the lions.... Get a grip Ryan Air and cancel flights before people leave to come to the airport or actually get on your planes!!!!!!!!

Will Ryanair disinfect any of its planes that fly to or from Italy or other places with Coronavirus ---WuFlu. Like arm rests and seat trays.

Please do not upgrade your seats, it cost my hubby £48.00 so we could sit by one another because our allocated sits had us apart. When we boarded the sits we had payed for were already taken by someone who had payed for his two weeks prior. So how can they let you choose and pay for seats that are already paid for. Cabin crew did a in flight report. My husband as been in touch and they said that there be no refund. We intend to take matters further and publish this everywhere

I am just about to check into a return flight to Lanzarote, I am only taking 1 x 10kg bag which I want to check into the hold. It states on the check in-add extras page that this can be done for £10, this I am happy with... but when I 'ADD' it automatically goes to £20 obviously for a return trip. I will not be returning with this or any other bag. Help...!

I hired a car through Ryanair website as I thought it is the most trusty site to book a car. Unfortunately it was not a good experience. KlassWagen made my stay in Budapest really stressful. I payed the insurance, again through the trustable Ryanair contract and was told at Budapest that I should buy an additional insurance. This one was more than the eight days car hire cost, to make sure that I am covered against small damages as well. I refused to pay any more than I paid during the booking. Not to mention that I was given a car with foreign registration number.

I've had same problem, my daughter was born in 2003 and system did not allow anything after 2002 for year of birth. Used webchat 3 times today and they managed to change passenger type to allow 2003 year, but online system got stuck as Get Boarding Pass screen. Just froze, did not issue any tickets. Something is wrong with their system. One of staff on webchat just closed the chat and left me stranded. Very poor service.
