We have traveled to Spain (of course completing all the covid documentation!), yet they have relentlessly sent us reminder emails for the duration of our stay (daily!) about completing the passenger locator forms on our way back. This has gone on for 3 weeks. Really really feel pestered, as my partner and I are both key workers who have worked tirelessly for the last 17months and just needed a break! Come on Ryanair! A reminder maybe a few days before our return flight will do fine, especially since the locator form can only be completed 48hours beforehand!! I feel even more stressed now than before coming on holiday.

Ryanair terms say 3 months validity on passports from date leaving a schengen country yet when I’ve checked in it says 6 months. My passport expires in December and making me nervous now. Previously check on chat and said it all depends on the country entry requirements. Anyone else had this?

Guest : Travelling to Spain on 27th August and have filled in health declaration and have had both jabs. Spain are not requesting a PCR test but are Ryanair asking all passengers to have one as standard before flying?

Guest : Mitch : I cannot change my Ryanair flight same. Ive been trying everyday for a few weeks but its greyed out when I click continue. Bulgaria won't let uk citizens in now so how come they don't cancel mesame. I couldn't change so presumably just have to lose the money. Disgusting

Guest : Wasted over an hour on the Ryanair website trying to change a flight, may as well no bothered. Also tried live chat and after the robot decided I needed to speak to a human I was placed in the Q at number 393, 2 hours later I need not have bothered because the person I spoke to could not help either.. what rubbish service/customer care or should that be a "customer couldn't care service" This is Ryan Airs way of keeping our money. I only bought Ruan Air flights as i believed i could change my flight if my wedding was cancelled due to Covid. It was and 3 weeks before my flight i tried to change to a later date (before 31/12/21 as Ryan Air stipulated) but they would not give me the option to do it online (even tho i should be able to according to their question and answer page), in my experience the chatbot always puts you in a queue of 350 or more and then cuts you off just before you get somewhere, the phone line tell you to go to Ryan Air Info online which does not help at all and if you hit '9' the phone message says they are all busy and cuts you off. I have now lost any chance of another flight but am making sure people know what Ryan Air are up to

Hi, I’m travelling to Spain tomorrow and submitted my plf form yesterday. I’ve just realised I’ve not put my middle name in. Should I be concerned about this?

Ahmad : Should i present a negative test even if i am fully vaccinated by pfizer when i will take a plane from stansted airport to Poitiers airport? I would, just to be on the safe side, at least you will have the documentation if it is required. I always take mine with me, you can also upload it when checking in.

I have a faulty, misprinted barcode on one of my travelling parties Negative Covid Test result. Do Ryanair need to scan this or do they just check? Don't know whether I can get a replacement in time before I travel later today. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hello I'm flying to Dublin & need to take 2 x hold bags. Does anyone know if it can be a combined weight of 20kg or just 1 bag up to 20kg? If it's 1 bag, do I need to purchase priority +2 cabin bags as well as hold luggage to enable me to take 2 bags on flight. Many thanks, it's not clear to me.

I am in the same position, one part on their website says flights have to be used by 31st Dec 21 but I’ve read allowing to change to 2022, has anyone managed this? Loretta : Hi I am trying to change Ryanair flight from august to 2022. When I booked the option to change flight for free was announced but when I try to change I am getting charged 500euro. I have tried to contact Ryanair via chatbot, phone and email but zero response. Does anyone know what other options there are or is there a code I should use to change for free.

Elisabeth : My passport is in my maiden name and my covid cert is in my married name. After a soul destroying wait for an agent I was told I could submit photos of my passport and marriage certificates, phone back and they would put note in my file. I called back and spoke to a very dismissive agent who told me this wasn't so. Has anyone else had this problem?
