Tried to check in and after several attempts managed to print form. Emailed Ryanair, they replied, we suggest you use the old website! Oh that I could ! It just starts redirecting to the new website. Monarch will be getting my business in future.

Just to add my voice to the complaints below - the site is a nightmare! I've booked online with Ryanair numerous times before without any difficulty; today I've been battling for well over an hour and have now given up and booked easy jet. Sort it out fellas!!!

I am trying to add seats and airport parking to my booking but the website just isn't working. I have tried different cards and Internet browsers but no joy! What is going on with the website? Live chat earlier today said it is working fine! I am going crazy and now going to have to give them a call at how much a minute‽

Does anyone know if the messages on this website get to Ryanair? Or are we just wasting our time? ' RYANAIR, YOUR WEBSITE DOESN'T WORK!'

I can enter website and choose from and to cities, but things are not working: · When choosing first date, the 2nd remains in the past (before it changed adapting to the 1st one, what is useful) · when saying "only 1 way", the 2nd date is not disappearing · and choosing everything and pressing button, it shows nothing. I CANNOT BUY ANY FLIGHT!!!!! Why are the buttons not working? I have IE9.... And the old webpage worked really well! Please, Ryanair, go back to the old website!

I have an apartment in Spain and fly regularly with Ryanair. I am wanting to book flights but find it impossible to even get on the new web site. Never had this problem before - I found the old web site easy to use. Ryanair need to be aware of this problem and sort it soon or they will lose my business.

The new Ryanair website is a nightmare ! Also I notice there is something weird going on with pricing. I'm trying to book flights to Malaga and the prices going out are reasonable, except at holiday times but to come home they are charging mad prices, up to 350€ one way ! Aerlingus seem to be trying the same ploy. It can't be demand and supply, if there are seats available to go out, who are all the people coming the other way ??

Beware irresponsible Ryanair Cabin Crew (who make commission from anything sold in flight). I was on a European flight Last Friday into London. They allowed this poor, otherwise respectable looking middle aged, passenger I was sitting beside (who was clearly in a fragile state of mind and clearly not some Brit lager lout) purchase and drink EIGHT 50cl bottles of Absolut Vodka mixed with 6 cans of lemonade. He was being ENCOURAGED by one of the Ryanair flight attendants to ask her ANY time he wanted more, and never once refused or suggested he eat, or maybe drink some coffee. He was literally legless on arrival and had to be helped off the airplane by two cabin crew. I managed to find him, help him through passport control and get a (very expensive) cab home. Ryanair staff were irresponsible beyond belief.

My son has just texted me from BHX to say he's just been charged £45 for not booking in online. I sat with him while we both ordered his ticket from Ryanair's own site and nowhere in the process did we see anything about booking in online or any charges for not doing so, and there was nothing in the email to say he had to do that. He described the airport staff as having "bad attitudes" and while there talked to another passenger who was also charged £45 for not booking in online - he didn't know anything about it either. What a bad start to a few days away to see a friend. Well done Ryanair you robdogs. Folks, just don't use Ryanair. Just don't. They are horrible people who will do anything to trick you into paying extra.

Guest : The checkin online procedure does not work, it get stuck when adding (or better skipping) new services. The form for contacting them does not work (it keep asking to insert the reason of the communication, even though I had selected from the menu). The chat assistance does not work It is just depressing. And the day after tomorrow I must leave, with no boarding pass... I am having the same problems :-(

Re former contribution on FR5842. There was indeed an emergency descent to 10,000ft. Oxygen masks were lowered and the flight landed safely in Frankfurt. So far, the cause of the emergency decent has not been made public.

As for safety on RyanAir: check the site FlightRadar24. At least once a week you can observe a Ryanair flight with transpondercode 7700 which indicates an emergency. The latest was FR5842 from CHQ to EIN, sep 14, went off its regular track, dived to 10,000ft at the Swiss-German border, circled around apparently to get the problem solved, somehow continued the flight maintaining 10,000ft

Was due to leave Malaga airport at 9.45 but then told flight delayed... Now told the plane was 'broken' By Betrice the air handler!!... Information online is different to what is on the board at airport we are currently in the departure lounge with a 5€ complimentary voucher which we declined from Ryanair as the nearest coffee shop had closed however we were told that a pack of sandwiches cost 5.20€,others who tried to go back to duty free turned back because huge queue back into departures... We complained to staff who apologised as we had more information from Ryanair by text updates or by looking online... I've never complained but the onward travel consideration is not thought off. The Lack of information from the onset is the issue!! When the plane was broken we should have been informed for us to make alternative arrangements!!

It's the worst airlines I've ever flown! I can't recommend it at all. The staff is rude, service is extremely bad, they want you to pay for everything. What they really can do very well is to make your mood bad and spoil your trip!

Not Guest : Can anyone explain why a flight found on the Farefinder at £78 became £91when clicking through to book? Because Ryanair's online rep couldn't. The best excuse on offer was that the website was 'live' and therefore the price could change when purchasing because the price on Farefinder is no longer available. In the blink of an eye or the click of a mouse apparently! Notwithstanding that Farefinder continued to show the lower price on repeated visits. So not an explanation, but simply confirmation of my experience. When pressed on this point his next gambit was to suggest that I hadn't realised that the price was per flight(!). Is it me? When searching websites like Ryanair for flights if you check the site and say find a flight for £80 then think I will just try to shop around in case there are any cheaper, having checked you find there are not you then decide to go back to Ryanair! You then find the same flight has gone up to £90 and think I have missed the cheaper flight, this is in fact because the site has placed cookies on you pc/laptop etc and automatically puts the prices up,,if you clear all of the cookies first the prices will revert to the original price? Just in case anyone was not aware 😁

Can't book the flights I want because I declined their insurance. Is this legal?
