jenny & Julian : I've been trying to check in online since 0900 hrs this morning, on both my Mac and Ipad. The Mac tells me I'm time out before even getting to the stage where I input my details, and my ipad is struggling to accept the information, the site dodges back and forth and it is IMPOSSIBLE to input it all before that too times out! I've "spoken'" to Marie on the chat line, who tells me I need to clear cookies and other stuff on both computers, which I've done, but I'm still getting the same result - or non result to be correct. I am at a loss as to what to do. Is this a ploy by Ryanair to get you to pay at the gate for a boarding pass? My eyes are giving out as I've been online for 6 hours now.

Called Ryanair this morning and they helped me out. The helpdesk employee checked in my son and told me to the boarding pass will be waiting for me at the airport. He also checked in my whole family for the return flight. All free of charge! So although I expected a dramatic experience, Ryanair gave me excellent customer care! Guest : This is because Ryanair changed their division of minors into teen, child, infant. This used to be child, infant. So if you booked you're flight before the 20th of October you've probably booked your son as child. So after putting the new website live i guess they migrated all tickets booked as child to teen. So now it's impossible to book because the actual DOB is not within the teen range. I have the same problem and will contact Ryanair to see how to solve this issue. Guest : My son was born in 2009, but it won't let me choose his correct DOB. The year I can choose is between 2000 and 2004. Anyone facing the same problem? Guest : Yes I cant check in my son because it will not let me put in his DOB ether.. every one else no problem.. live chat they first said they can fix it.. then came back and said check in at the airport and I will put a note saying its free.... we find out later today if that was true or not. I was able to check myself and my other son in, but couldn't do the second son. They filled the details and told me to check in at the airport for free, but the funny thing was, that after checking myself in and the other son, I could do for my second one too :) So no need to check at the airport :)

Unbelievable. Tried to book seat and priority booking for Saturday's flight from Carcassonne to Sransted last night. They charged me 24.99 instead if the 10.99 I selected and then randomly allocated me the wrong seat which I can't access due to operation recovery . And live chat is down

I have had the same problem today. I booked for a friend as he does not have a computer and I needed to check in to print his boarding pass to enable me to send it to him in the mail within the seven day free seating period for travel (never had a problem before). I have now been able to check in but the boarding pass now has sections on it i.e. travel details which are are upside down (how are you suppossed to read upside down). It is a shame that Ryanair did not contact all persons who were travelling with them and who needed to check in on-line and warn them of this new website. My cynical self thinks a ploy to eventually having to pay for all seating!

Can not do the checkin, page refuses to go "next"??? What is the f-ing problem with these guys? They do know about all these problems and the bad pr, so they must not care. I always flew SN Airlines and KLM, just wanted to give these guys a change, i guess i should have listened to my friends when they warned me about these jokers. For me it was a one time event!

Ryanair Helpdesk ... First of all, "help"desk is an overstatement by any stretch of the imagination, there is no sush thing as "help" with ryan. If you are lucky to get somebody to answer your call at all they prove to be rude and uninterested. Furthermore, they act like know it alls with an arrogant attidute. If you, like me, don't take this kind of * they rudely hang up on you in the middle of the conversation. That people is what ryan is all about, once they have your money you are on your own, don't expect any help whatsoever from these money clowns ...

Somehow and miraculously - 2 minutes after I messaged this discussion - I managed to check-in online! After struggling for so long, suddenly I could do it. I went on to the normal website, to manage your bookings, and, by accident (great way for RyanAir to operate!) I suddenly and magically managed to get through and do the online check-in. What a ridiculous and painful way to complete what should be a simple and routine operation. I can't guarantee this will work for the return trip and I hope everyone on this forum manages to somehow get this stupid booking system to work!

What a nightmare. Like someone else, I've used different computers and my tablet on top and I can't check in for love nor money. I spoke to 2 different online agents yesterday and got nowhere. I got told to press ctrl shift and alt - yeah right. Someone else on this thread was told chrome would work as Internet Explorer was the problem. I am using google chrome but was going to try Internet explorer at work this morning...yeah right - doubt that will work then. I'm almost relieved to discover so many other people are also experiencing problems as I feel like I'm going mad.

I'm having the same problem. 5 online chats have got me nowhere. 3 different computers have got me nowhere. I have tried using Internet Explorer and Google Chrome......same zilch result

Imran khan and I, Chitra Mukherjee, boarded a flight from Paris to Warsaw at 15.55 pm on 13 th December, 2015 from Beauvais airport. We are delegates of the COP21 and were specially invited by the UNFCCC to receive the UN Climate Solutions Award. Unfortunately on 12th December all evening and 13th morning till 11 am the Ryanair site was not working and we could not check in despite multiple attempts. At the airport, we were charged 45 euros reach for no fault of ours. The airport staff was helpless and said this is a common problem with Ryanair!

Huge dissapointment, i have been trying to check on their website and after i enter my details and press the "Go" button just nothing happens, i have tried other methods and the ryanair app as well but it kept saying my details are incorrect. I contacted ryanair and they told me i will get a free checkin at the airport if it would not work until then i kept trying and was told to return to the customer chat if it doesnt work. I am still trying now, im flying tomorrow morning and the live chat is offline, i cannot contact them therefore i am expecting them to ask for the £45. Disgusting system.

Guest : I can't check in and am flying on 9th December. Tried using different browsers - no good, tried using old website as suggested by some of you, was all looking good until it said that there was money outstanding!!! Flight booked and paid for in the summer...... Any other ideas? Don't fly with these guys, nothing but thieves there ...

Ryan stole 99 euro's from me because i did not check in for my flight. Not because i did not try, hell i tried, it was just impossible to do that online. The button "next" just did not work. So i had to check in at the airport. 3 tickets, total of 99 euro's. That was more then the 3 tickets combined. Despite warnings from friends not to fly with these lowlifes i did, they were soo right... When i dug some deeper on the internet i found out that there are a whole lot of people who complain about ryan, and yes, most of them do that because ryan stole money from them. I use the word "stole" because that's what it is, pure raw theft !!! The so called "cheap" tickets are infact very expensive and ryan air can shove them from now on, i rather pay a few bucks more and have none of the drama that always accompagnies ryan air. Never again you thieves !!!

This morning tried and failed to book a flight on Ryanair.com. Website says the flights and days I want are fully booked ie "no flight" but I also get this message for every single day of the coming year! Tried changing browers to no avail. New website is well and truly awful and simply doesn't work. Ryanair - wake up sleepy heads! From what I have read since this problem seems to be going on now for a long, long time!

Can you sort your website out please? It claims that my email address is invalid so in turn will not let me do online check in, even though it clearly does work as I have been spammed by constant Ryainair emails trying to advertise since October.

RYANAIR get your bloody finger out and sort out your website. Travelled to Dublin and Munich in the last few weeks and could not get onto your site so had to go with other carriers. You are losing customers and may never get them back.

Can't get on to your website for 2 weeks so have had to book elsewhere - you are losing business! Screen says browser not supported click to down load or click to got to old website - neither works when you click it.

My payment is declined. When I click pay it says session expired despite me doing checkin in 1 minute. WTF!!!!!!!!! And forget to say tried 4 different browsers on 2 different systems: Windows and Mac.

Saved for print boarding pass and it only printed half, went to the website again, and it says my e mail is invalid. prior to this flight they put me to the day after the one i purchased and now i can't go back home because the website doesn't allow me. Seriously ryanair, get your act together, i really doubt i'm flying with you guys after this experience.

I've been trying to check in for 2 flights that are next week, have tried Google Chrome and Safari but it's definitely a problem with the website, keeps saying that it doesn't recognise my email address. So infuriating!!

It's Firefox that does this, we have a problem with sone suites at work on Firefox.Try google chrome, it's fine on that. Also not good site on iPad. I've printed my boarding passes thus morning on a PC through google chrome. No problem at all.

Wow! Tried to book a flight with you a month ago, had no success, booked with another airline. Tried to book another this morning, can only access sale flights up as far as end of January. Time to book with another airline again. If you don't hit the mark in one, you don't get the business. If you you don't hit the mark, you hit the road. Dear me Ryanair !! Just checked in on line but couldn't print boarding pass. Parts were missing when I chose print option then the site timed me out !! Went back and chose the Download option and hey presto, but wasnt expecting new style pass. Ryanair--- MUST do better.

I have been trying to check in for ages but after inputting booking ref and email address, nothing happens. Other attempts just seem to get me diverted to booking.com. managed on an android to get to the bit where I say 'don't insure me' and it wont let me go any further. I accept that I probably have a fair bit of * advertising software on my pc but I don't have this problem on other sites

Guest : I am trying to get boarding passes for a Ryanair flight on 7th December but the website cannot locate my booking even though I am receiving emails from them reminding me to check in online. I hate the Ryanair website, it is not user friendly and it is almost impossible to actually talk to someone if you have a problem. Thank goodness I have a week before I fly so hopefully I have time to sort this out!!i had this problem at the weekend, the app on my tablet did not recognise my booking number was told to uninstall then reinstall app, i did this and it worked. Have just checked in for return flight and it did it in minutes.

Ryanair have lost us as customers, we will definitely book our flights with another airlines every time from now on… What I think is disgusting is that Ryanair doesn´t seem to take any responsibility that their website is not working…
