I am due to fly to Spain tomorrow morning and I am trying to change my flights but when I select different dates the continue button to proceed on the website does not highlight so can’t proceed Any suggestions? As I am running out of time and have tried different dates but still no luck

Do not cancel or you will loose every penny. If that is the case on their website let them cancel. If you do not hear anything from Ryanair, prepare to fly. If you do not turn up after no notification, you will be classed as a no show. then you can argue it out for compensation.

Wow you’ve excelled yourself in customer service Ryanair!! NOT! Due to fly to Spain, I already knew I wouldn’t get a refund but rang to discuss my options. I told the advisor how I will not be able to fly as I will not be able to get travel insurance if I go against gov. Guidelines so what can I do? Was told the flight will still be in operation so if I’m not on the flight I will be classed as a no show and loose my money! I said that’s not an option as it is ridiculous to travel with no insurance was told the only option is to rebook (can’t give me a voucher) I’m not able to rebook as no annual leave at work. Transferred me to a ‘manager’ who told me point blank “well lots of people go without travel insurance” I told him that answer was ridiculous. He then told me point blank there is nothing Ryanair will do you will lose the money for the flight. He then said all you can do is rebook- I explained I can’t rebook and this flight was booked in feb before Covid even existed- he then told me because it was booked pre Covid I’m actually not able to change the booking for free!! Cherry on the cake! So because I haven’t booked a holiday DURING the pandemic I can’t have the change fee waivered! I cannot believe Ryanair are being allowed to do this to their customers! Disgraceful!

I have a flight to FeZ, Morocco booked on 9 August but the Moroccan government recently announced that only citizens and residents are allowed to come in Morocco. I am neither of them. I am going on holiday. To complicate the situation further, the Moroccan government announced only national airlines can fly to Morocco. That excludes Ryanair. Ryanair has not cancelled my flight yet but I did not get any update from Ryanair of what will happen. I do not know whether I should prepare for the flight or not. Is any one going to Morocco in August or has received an update from Ryanair?

Hi, I have requested a refund from Ryanair for flights they changed and did not suit us. The flight is this Friday but I keep getting emails from Ryanair reminding us to check in online. When I look at the booking online, its still there. Has anyone else experienced this? I am worried they haven't received my refund application and I will be too late to claim after the flight has departed. Thanks

When I spoke to Ryanair and gave the email address I used to make the booking they said it does not match the email they have so I didn’t pass security so they couldn’t help. Why would the email addresses not Mach? I used Skyscanner

MinnieLou : Voucher use Has anyone tried to rebook using their vouchers via the RyanAir App? When I get to payment screen I click on add voucher but can't add anything. I've confirmed my vouchers via the refund email. I can't get through on their helpline and their online chat has been waiting for a response since 10.30am

But in my app, shows still 8:55am.. the original time and the only itinerary i can print is that one. I am so confused and Ryanair does not answer me at all.. someone had a similar case?

We are still waiting for a refund for a flight from Malaga to Edinburgh on 24 March!! When the lock down began in Spain about 10 days before that we only had info from home about the cancellation of flights. We tried contacting Ryanair but their website would not allow us to cancel and we could not get through on the phone. Family at home eventually got through and booked a flight home for us. It cost us £689, so we are out of pocket twice. We have received 3 emails to say our refund will be proccessed ASAP.

I have a bit of a predicament I fly to Lisbon 30/6 and return 03/07. Lisbon is open for business and there are plenty of hotels open. My flight is definitely going. I live 5 hours from stanstead so need to stay in London prior to my flight that’s ok as they are becoming available. The flight returns back in the uk late in the evening so am I allowed to stay at an airport hotel and get a train home the following day under these new rules for returning to the uk. Part of me wants to go away as Lisbon is open for business from 4/6 to tourists. If my flight is going will I lose money they told me I can change flights but it appears there are costs involved no joy from live chat. Any help or direction would be great

Ryanair have today put out a statement stating what flights will resume from 1st July. I am due to fly to Bratislava on 3rd July and it is on their list to go ahead. But Slovakia isn't letting anyone in except for nationals. So I could fly there and be sent away from the airport immediately because they're not letting UK residents in. How can Ryanair do this? They're just cheating people out of money!

Ryanair have cancelled my return flight from Dublin in early July which is a p.m. flight but they have not cancelled my outward flight. They have advised me I can have a refund on my return flight or rebook on the only return flight that day which leaves at 7a.m. and will cost me 50% more than the original price. So what I will do is claim a refund on the return flight but will check in online for the outward flight so as far as they are concerned I am still travelling and they can't resell that seat and make even more money. It will just make me feel better to be honest.

I would just like to thank Mate S of the Ryanair Live Chat team for arranging to put me into the cash refund queue today for a flight on 17th May which was cancelled on 1st May. Had tried every which way to change the ubiquitous refund voucher for a cash refund but no joy until I sent a little poem to Customer Services (copied to Michael O'Leary). Within 10 minutes, had a reply and into Live Chat where a very polite and helpful Mate S enabled my request. I know it will take time, but Ryanair is having problems too just like many so I can wait a bit. Thank you very much - my faith in good people is restored. Keep safe.

had flight booked for the 19th March returning 23rd March, before the lock down. my flights were canceled on the 16th March. I applied for the refund and was told it might take a little longer. contacted ryanair o the 25th April, refund still been processed. early this week Michael O'Leary was on television stating that all the refund for March had been processed. I again contacted ryanair, i was told that no refund were being processed until the corona virus emergency is over. it absolutely shocking the ease with which Mr O'Leary deceives the media and the total disregard he displays for his customers.

Further to my message below I've tried to re submit a refund request and it's told me there's already a request logged for my flight. So guess that's it, just wait for refund. I took a screen shot as proof I tried again. Went on website, contact us scroll down for refund form complete then submit, have to say that was easy.

I completed refund request in 15 April and got acknowledgement. I went on their website and through the refund process that way. Yesterday I got offered vouchers, which I don't want so not sure if I need to submit another refund request. Tried the live chat and went on again at 6am this morning for an hour, nothing, no agent replied. Would never use Ryanair out of choice would rather pay more than line their CEOs pocket. Ryanair deserve to go bust, although feel bad for their employees. Never had a flight with them that hasn't had problems.

Diane : I have had the same email, offering a voucher - I can't find anyway of contacting them for a refund - the refund link sends you to the claim voucher page - I swear I will NEVER give this company my money again. What happens if they go into administration during this crisis? You'd get nothing back. I applied for a refund via their website, contact us, then just onto refunds I think. It was simple in the end, got a receipt of application, make sure you print that. However, I've now been offered vouchers which I don't want but I'm not sure if I need to reapply for the refund. Sat on the live chat for almost an hour waiting for an agent but gave up in the end. This is gonna be traumatic. Would never choose Ryanair again, would rather pay more.
