Guest : l booked my flights at 19-30 today but booked 11 june instead of 11th july for outward flights,return flights are ok,,what can i do,cheers You can amend the dates of your outward flight but it will cost you €30 per passenger as an admin fee from Ryanair. It happened to me. I noticed immediately and contacted them but no joy. €30 per head is the only way to amend it.
Why is it so difficult to look for flights? I've been trying for four days and have never been on such a dreadful sight that never gets anywhere. I still don't know the times or price of flights to Corfu.. it didn't use to be like this HELP!!!!

My wife has been trying to check our daughters in for a flight, she couldn't get through to customer services and now believes we will be penalised when we check in at Stansted.

RYANAIR NEED TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER FAST Been trying to get boarding pass for the last 2 hours for flight tomorrow at 1.30 but as usual online check in isn't working. Tried ringing, tells me in a queue but to try online chat which shows no advisors online and I get cut off cause they're receiving such a high call volume. Then the robbing gits are gonna want to charge for boarding pass at airport if they don't get it working. Who on earth builds their websites ??? It's so frustrating

Guest : i an trying to book seats on ryanair i go on holiday in 10 days but my credit card was declined i know i have money on there to spend is any one else having problems trying to pay I am equally having the same problem, at first I was thinking my credit card was bad, and I went to the shop to use my card and it was working fine, I tried it on ryanair and it did not go, please what is wrong with ryanair
Omg. I have been trying to print off boarding passes for an hour, given in . Site freezes jumps pages and impossible to select seats . Whoever designed this new site needs sacking . It is truly awful and know one availible to help. Easy jet will be getting my custom next time. Get your act together Ryanair !

Been trying to look at flight details on your site for about two weeks , got so frustrated I can't be bothered to even try again. Booking a holiday should be an enjoyable experience this is just mind blowing. Hope you can sort it out soon.
I'm sure the new site has not been checked it's full, full, full of faults. Who made this, they are not at all capable of making sites, you should do a thorough testing before you put an important site like this on the internet. Faults found Trying to get the opening page fails most of the time, no connection possible with the server is the message. I found out that after pushing a continu button 20 times the site might react to that. No actually flight that's sceduled is found, most of the times the dropdown menu's don't work, the language of the dutch site is not checked and has dangerous faults, my paymanrt methodes after hours of trying to get on the site are different, one time, only creditcard, next time Credit card and Paypall, first time Creditcard, Paypal and Ideal, which I like to use. If you look for fares, you find a fare with a predifined date, (Why???. Like everytime there is a predifined Airport, that I surely don't want to use) then changing the date and going on to get a return the site tells you the date is before the first flight... and that's not the case.... so what should you do then????? Etc.etc.etc.etc I am a real fan of RYAN air they do great things for asmazing prizes, but....... get your site working.... and fast....

Trying to check in with ryan air - is there a problem at this time
Can anyone help? All well I went to check in online as per my rights as a Ryanair customer. Never had hassle before. Flight is Sunday. Go through all their requirements to hit "Check in" on the final page to be taken to a blank screen. Tried again. Same methods as they instruct. Again, a blank screen. Panicking a bit now as I fly on Sunday and absolutely will not call them on their hotline number at whatever marked up price it is. Has anyone else had this issue? I've tweeted them questions and proof of the errors but I do not expect a reply.
Is it true that Ryanair is going bust and can't afford to upgrade its website?
There's nothing wrong with Ryanair, you get only what you pay for. I've used it for years just like a bus to my properties in Spain. HOWEVER - their new site is an absolute disaster. Someone PLEASE tell that chap O'Leary that he should withdraw it immediately and revert to the "legacy" website, as whoever runs the beta version should be hung, drawn and quartered! I had a nightmare trying to both book and check-in and print off boarding passes this week, whereas I never had probs before.
F905P Guest : If you want to fly cheap, pick Ryanair and don't complain. If you prefer comfort and a nice meal, fly other airlines, but pay more. It's as simple as that! Agree with you on that...however the complete incompetence of the website is causing havoc. Ryanair doesn't get it...if they did they would be grateful for positive customer feedback,but they won't. They must be losing a lot of money with the website chaos and people booking with other airlines due to a lack of confidence with Ryanair with O'leary and the top brass unaware of what is happening in their own back yard.Asleep on the job I'd say but no doubt after the Cheltenham festival there may be some arse kicking.

what is going on with the Ryanair website....having difficulties accessing Stansted flights blocked by Gatwick,and when eventually getting the Stansted flights and paying for the flight after a lot of effort my credit card details,expire date,is blocked including being told the booking has taken too long and shut the payment down....my credit card company inform me there are no problems with my card,so what's going on.....an irony of Ryanair decking anyone paying - a disaster!
Struggled the other day to check in outgoing flight. Now struggling to check in incoming flight as I'm away for a month. Took my money to pre-book seat no problem but getting the boarding ticket ain't happening. Why is this website such a pain, and quite stressful? More destinations than Easyjet, but never again after this trip...!
New site is utter rubbish - far too clumsy to change start / end destination, what happened to the flexible dates ? Just looks like it's never been tested by real users. I'm off to easy jet (again)

Have been trying to use the Ryanair website to look at flights for this summer, keeps giving me cheap flights from Liverpool - I don't want to fly from Liverpool - then when I finally get on the screen which asks for a departure airport and destination airport, I can manage to put London Stansted in the departure bit but cannot get the destination bit to work at all, I click on Spain but there is no list of airports popping up. Am going to book with Easyjet, so much easier.
