managed to book a flight but can't get into manage my booking part of the site. Confirmation number is rejected as invalid, using dates and email does nothing as clicking go button starts throwing java script errors. Clearly Ryanair got the site from cheapest developers they could. After looking at the site code I find it hard to believe that it was allowed to go live. Save money elsewhere, Ryanair, not on developers! Your customers know they get what they pay for, you should know this too!

hiya i have conpleted the check in part, the next part is for seating, it wont allow me progress unless i click on seating you have to pay for, i just want the normal seating arranement we normally have which you dont pay extra for. any ideas

Trying to book flights to Limoges for summer. New web site is * .f irstly it seems to want everyone to fly from Leeds Bradford, I want Liverpool, secondly it won't allow me to put in the date beyond March!! FFS get it sorted will you, going to look elsewhere.

Would have saved a lot of trouble Guest : try using this site to check in a print boarding passes legacy.ryanair.com/, It worked for me on my laptop after many problems on the current site. Just used the Ryanair website and wasn't able to book my flight. Said there were no flights from Stansted to Krakow. Going to book elsewhere.

Have been trying to print my boarding pass as i am flying in 30 days, I have bought a seat but can NOT get my boarding pass even though it is informing me i have 30 days before i fly. I have had lots of problems with Ryanair's new website on my PC & my mobile app. they should have ironed out the problems by now as the new site has been up & running for a few months now, the company Ryanair contracted to set this new site up need to get their act together. Wouldn't surprise me if Ryanair have lost money due to clients not wanting to use or navigate this new site.

Hi, I understand that there is a online boarding pass using the ryanair app. However, I can't seem to access it on the app. Is it normal to not have the online boarding pass on the app? How do I get the online boarding pass? Do I have to print the boarding pass?

I have been trying to check in online and print boarding passes. I've tried IE and Edge and neither work. Allows me to log in but then jumps to homepage. Spent 20 minutes talking to rep with online chat going around in circles and refusing to acknowledge there is a problem. Useless

I have just installed Firefox web browser on to my computer and the Ryanair site worked ok I have now successfully booked in on line and printed off my boarding pass. Obviously issues with internet explorer and the rayan air web site best to have more than one web browser on your computer I am the same person as the post below.

I have been trying to book in on line but the site keeps jumping to the wrong page for the last two days. Until now I had no issues with rayan air but I can't find an email address. I will think twice about flying with them again as I can't handle all this unnecessary stress. They should stet up a phone number when this happens as all it does is drive customers away.

Hello! I have seen this new format for the boarding pass, managed to check in onlinr some 5 days before the flight. I am flying on 29th January. I agree this new boarding pass layout is much better, - however there are lots of iT issues on their website Guest : Printed boarding passes ok on this new site. The new format for the printed boarding pass is much better. It's one A4 page which has 4 sections which you fold so that it ends up like a small book with boarding pass info on the front . I t is now almost the size of a mobile much better than before and it is just the right size to place inside your passport . Anybody else seen this new format yet. 22/1/16

We travelled last week to Alicante in Jan 2016, firstly the web site told us 7 days to go, but we couldn't print boarding pass, because our flight left in the afternoon and it was still morning ...how pedantic can an organisation be?? So we waited until the allotted time and could we check in.. the web site kept kicking us off the check in page time and again, and again and again....we gave up after several days and used the app which downloaded a mobile boarding pass which is not accepted at the gate we still needed that piece of paper ........ When we joined the 'Other Q' with our bit of paper, lots of other passengers were complaining about the problem of checking in online, so we are not alone, simply put you just don't want this rubbish, the IT should work we have long endured the rudeness and plain stupidity that travellers are made to feel when travelling because they were cheap, however Thomson and Monarch are now just as competitive and offer a much superior travelling experience, Ryanair ignore at your peril.

I'm flying with new documents on my return flight and the Android app didn't have the option to upload any document numbers. I have a feeling I'll be charged on the airport presumably the first flight's document number registered to the return flight by default without the option to change it, no warning message what so ever as soon I ticked my name and pushed the check in button received the boarding pass. Ryanair is so proud of itself I'm disgusted they're making money of small mistakes like misspelled names, airport check ins, etc. I was once charged for credit card though paid by debit card, right amount was displayed all the way but it changed to the higher fee after the last step, took two months to refund my money and they asked bank statement to prove despite the card number clearly states what type of card it is. It's time to change to a fair player airline now even though it's more expensive I'm not happy to support these sneaky people any more I don't want to go on holiday with the stress to think about what's going to happen on the airport. Shame on Ryanair.

I can't ever get Ryanair.com to load, the loading plane symbol justs goes round and round - all day if I let it. All other sites are ok,so it's not my laptop.

I was having issue checking in online. I tried several times and could not remember this issue before. I was unable to get passed a screen. I arrived late and was told I would be charged 100 pounds for the late check-in when they were the ones with website issues! Declined paying the 100 pounds and she sai there I nothing, and could do for me. Not too happy with this. I know I could have come earlier but thin didn't work o that way. I n see I was having th same issues as other people. They pretended that I didn't know or weren't aware of any issues. Nice Ryan air.

I tried to book a flight today using windows 10. On Ryanair website its impossible to change number of bags. Wife then tried using my old computer and windows 7 and graphics for luggage comes up differently with a - ve bubble and +ve bubble to add or subtract bags. Can anyone advise on how to insert luggage please.
