Agree - the new website is not nearly as good as the previous one. I was looking for flights on my ipad but the dates kept jumping all over the shop. I also cannot see a 'new search' icon so when I am changing airports or dates etc I have to begin all over again. I gave up and ended up booking with Easyjet!!

I also have terrible problems printing my boarding card via the Ryanair website. (Internet Explorer)

I paid extra for Priority Boarding as I was travelling with a friend who is a little frail. On our outward journey from UK to Tenerife South, there were no problems at all. But on our return journey, there was no call to board Priority passengers. When we went up the separate lane for Priority Boarding, the gate at the top of it was locked. There were no Ryanair staff there - only a policewoman, checking passports. So, we had to go back down and join the end of a very long, general boarding queue. I have tried complaining to Ryanair to no avail. Their reply reads " Whilst I note your dissatisfaction with regard to our Priority Boarding service, this is an additional service which passengers have a choice whether to purchase and as such these fees are non refundable. " Surely if you don't get a service you have paid for, then your money should be refunded?

Just to agreed with various messages below. the Ryanair website "upgrade" is rubbish. It's so difficult to try and choose a flight! I've given up!

I always have a problem with online check in since you upgraded the website. It worked perfectly before, now it freezes or just prevents you from checking in at all. I use the latest version of internet explorer. Please can this be sorted out soon.

Hi I have checked in online for a flight with Ryan air I was due to use on 5th February this year however cannot make the flight any longer. Can a friend pay to have her details added instead or is it too late because I have already checked in for the flight online Wendy

Hi,Ryan air website won't let me book duplicate names as my son has the same name as me.how do I book flights?

CHECK YOU BOARDING PASS. Booked Premium seat 17A EMA to Palma and back which I have done many times before. This gives you priority boarding as well. On presenting my boarding pass at the gate it was pointed out that my pass said 'Other Q' NOT priority.............rather embarrassing. Ryanair agreed it should have said Prioriy and could not explain the error. Maybe something to do with the new website?

I cannot get to grips with your website-trying to click on choose a flight and the dates flip about all over the place. The last website was so easy and clear -you had the choice of times of flights on a particular day. I am about to book a trip and have used Ryanair so many times in the past, but not this time sorry :(

Please sort out this terrible new website. It prevents you from booking anything. Its a total nightmare. I can't find anything on it and I just * my time and cannot book Ryanair anymore. I will look at different airlines. This ridiculous website seems to be designed so people cannot book Ryanair.

Chat service useless, can access Ryanair website, every time I go to My Booking the website reboots back to homepage, told to use explorer 11 which they say the site is optimised for. I had already told them I was using explorer 11. In the end I went to the old website, the new website has been useless since it was commissioned, it is time it was fixed

I managed to reprint my boarding pass by going through the old Ryanair website: legacy.ryanair.com/ . You should also be able to complete an online check-in this way as well. New website is booting me out of 'Manage Flights' area and sometimes showing a warning saying website is down for maintenance.

Ryanair website does not support Safari for online checkin. When you enter email and booking ref and hit enter - it tells you you have taken too long and stops you checking in. I hope they test their aircraft more than then IT Systems! Extremely poor experience - online chat not available or too busy. Check in worked on windows PC.

the lovely Bridget from Ryanair has just done th same to me. She suggested that Safari, Google Chrome both IPads I laptop and two different postal addresses were to blame and nothing to do with Ryanair. Bridget also ended my conversation before I was able to take details of our conversation and the rudeness towards me. Ryanair better sharpen their tools quickly as their customers have choices and if their booking service and printing of boarding passes is made this complicated just to gain extra money when we arrive at the airport they are going to find those customers will exercise their right of choice with their feet and if they continue to employ the likes of Bridget bye bye Ryanair

Thanks for previous comments. I have just gone on to legacy.ryanair after two extremely long conversations with Ryanair chat who suggested my problem was Safari. I am sure I am not the only Apple user to fly with Ryanair. To add insult to injury both agents cancelled my "chat" before answering my questions as to how they suggested I print my boarding pass. Have now paid for seats for my return journey as did not want a ruined holiday worrying about the same problem abroad. Shocking customer service and I feel a way of Ryanair getting extra money as customers will after over an hour of trying to book online, will do as I did and grab the chance when they get it. Will not fly with them again as so disgusted.

Same here I get that my email is incorrect on all browsers, the only one that worked fine is the IoS version of Ryanair for Iphone that saved the day. Ryanair do some testing before releasing a new web site, I just wish you do better testing on your planes.

I can't choose country at the contact details (it doesn't let me do it), can't purchase my ticket, the new Ryanair website is useless. This is the third time in the last few month I try it, I'm going with Aerlingus again, never try Ryanair anymore.

Having got the legacy site tip, I checked in in about 1 minute after HOURS trying on the new site. Many thanks. Guest : I suggest we ALL send a compliaint via the Ryanair 'Contact us' pages, under the 'website' category, about the difficulties of booking with the new site... enough complaints and they MAY take notice... Meanwhile, the tip about using the legacy.ryanair.com site has saved us!

Same problem as many others today. Could not print out one of two boarding cards just got a yellow panel where the boarding card should be. Told by live chat that I should try using Internet Explorer but it didn't work either. Then they said I should download and use Google Chrome as the website is optimised for this! I told them I was not going to do this and their website should work on all platforms. Got around the problem finally using Mozilla and first clearing the cache memory and cookies.. Previously posters have questioned the small size of the printout but it is correct and you simply fold it to make a booklet. And I thought O'Leary had learnt his lesson re customer service. Oh I wish I had an alternative!
