This is what I asked live chat Message: I am trying to print my boarding pass and the format is different to what I have seen in the past. Instead of the flight info occupying most of the page, it now only takes up the top right quarter with advice on how to fold the sheet in four. Can you confirm that this is the new style of boarding pass and that it will be accepted at the boarding gate? They replied Hi Andrew, We have a new styled, foldable boarding pass, which has 4 parts. Kind Regards, Adam

I have been a website developer for the past 17 years and the new Ryanair website has to be the worst I have ever seen. How could they get it so wrong? A monumental cock-up of the highest order! Their silence on the matter also speaks volumes. By the way, if you are requested to put your cabin bags into the hold, remove all your valuable items. There are several recent reports on the RyanAir Facebook page about theft of person's property. Again, silence from Ryanair on the matter.

The new website is utter rubbish, it's so slow! I am trying to browse for prices next year , very frustrating not to be able load anything, will probably use Easyjet as their site seems to work better.

Given up. Just booked with Easy Jet. Only £20 more but worth the peace of mind. It was so EASY! Also, able to print out return boarding pass without the seven limit before I go, so no stressing at the holiday hotel to get it printed.

I had problems printing off boarding cards, missed bits off etc. Went to local library and printing was no different. Thought I'd try it one more time at home and scrolled to end of all boarding cards and clicked download instead of print. This brings up a slightly bigger image. Clicked on print at bottom and they all printed perfectly.

Fundamental part of an online business I would think is to have a functional website?? Guess with their record profits they have better things to spend the money on!!

For anyone having difficulty trying to check in ( I've been trying for 3 days) I've just seen someone's post on here about downloading a 'check in' app. I did exactly that and it went through straight away. Good luck people. Oh and I'm never flying Ryan Air again after this trip. Diabolical service. People say you get what you pay for but other cheap airlines don't treat you this way and without customers a business is nothing.

Same here, 4 little boxes across a page and instructions on how to fold them. Will give it a go in 2 hours Weird boarding pass : After a long time trying I managed to print a boarding pass but it looks weird. It's divided into four squares and half of it is upside down. I strongly doubt they will accept this at the airport. Have they changed their design or is this another bug in their website? I'm flying with them on Friday and can't afford to pay their fee if this boarding pass is rejected.

Ryaniar is giving that error message for technical issues they cannot print the boearding card etc. try in different browsers with enabled java plugins, as mentioned IE works for me but had to catch that button 'view borading pass' when the window move from the right and then it started to show boarding card, also you need probably updated browsers and java plugins, Ryanair you has to fix it Hey hey : I made it, I have printed boarding card, spent 3hours to solve how to do it, it works for me only in Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox is giving error message as for technical issue they cannot print the borading pass etc. I made Java plugins enabled (type in google java plugin enable, java tell how to do it in each browser) and used IE, after clicking to go to borading pass had to quickly catch the button 'view boarding pass' when that window moves from the right before it gives the error message, after that it shows borading card without extra catching. Hope you will make it as well. Ryanair has to fix the web page or go back to the previous good working web page.

What on earth is O'Leary up to? A web airline with the worst imaginable website since he was foolish enough to inflict the new 'beta' website on customers before ironing out the glitches. He certainly seems to know how to damage himself. But will he listen to complaints? No......because its the same old Ryanair arrogance surfacing again. Namely 'the customer can go to hell' or at least that seems to be the implication underlying messages such as "a new website wasn't built in a day" which now pop up on screens in response no doubt to the plethora of complaints his airline will have had. Dont forget the O'Leary has 'history' on this. After all, it took him 28 years of the airline's history before he understood that being nice to his customers might increase profits.

Nope. Guest : Guys, guys, guys...... The issues you (and I) are experiencing is because RyanAir's new site runs Javascript and if your Browser is not enabled for Javascript, it won't work. For iPads and Apple devices running Safari, go into your Settings / Saafari / Advanced and ensure that the Javascript slider is enabled. For other browsers, best to Google how to enable Javascript in whatever browser you are using (I recommend Google Chrome - Click the Chrome menu icon on the browser toolbar. On the "Settings" page, click the Show advanced settings... link. Select Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended) in the "JavaScript" section.) It will then work fine. Just a shame RyanAir can't be a*sed to put this info out. Even their CS reps don't know..... Cheers!
