I hate the Ryanair website, it is not user friendly and it is almost impossible to actually talk to someone if you have a problem. Thank goodness I have a week before I fly so hopefully I have time to sort this out!!i had this problem at the weekend, the app on my tablet did not recognise my booking number was told to uninstall then reinstall app, i did this and it worked. Have just checked in for return flight and it did it in minutes.
Ryanair have lost us as customers, we will definitely book our flights with another airlines every time from now on… What I think is disgusting is that Ryanair doesn´t seem to take any responsibility that their website is not working…

Used the chat line for help which is appalling, they told me it was my browser. Then I rang them to be told the site was having maintenance work, what 48 hours worth. Will look to book elsewhere!!!! I had exactly the same problem yesterday. After waiting an hour, I gave up and booked with Easyjet.
wasted hours trying to book.New site refuses to register dates I just entered and loops back demanding I enter dates.I found old site and went through the familiar booking procedure only to find at the end that the purchase button,which looked normal ,would not function.Chat had no idea when site might be glitch-free and could only suggest I inatall Chrome.Tried on a tablet with different browser,also refused to finalise purchase.Im surprised there is not more comment on this astonishing lapse be multi billion company.Hore their IT guys not dolng the plane software! Gave up and booked Aer Lingus,only a few Euros dearer and less threatening to sanity.
I think the latest scam from o'dreary is this . When you book and wait until the free allocation (7 days before departure) As i have just done so i know this happens. I was repeatedly given the following message ... Either choose a seat at £5 / £10 or come back on the 29th to get a free automatic allocation. But this was well and truly the 29th when i was trying to check in, in fact it was not until about 09.30 on the 29th when the system let me check in for free. I have tried to get some sort of answer from the clowns at Lyingair but to no avail.

if you enter a date for your flight, before payment the dates will be wrong (both flights will be 1 day later)...what is this...???
Same thing, please fix this. I book one date and when I go to the second step the dates have changed for day after both of them. Cannot buy flight in this condition! Nobody is of any help, right?
The new website is dreadful! tried to book flights for a Sunday in April but kept jumping to Monday then reverts back to December. Please please sort out the bugs.
I work as a freelance website tester and it makes me weep when I look at sites like this. It's completely full of bugs with some of the pages not rendering fully on some platforms/browsers. It takes ages to load the first landing page when the site is initially visited and the issues just go on from there. Pity, as I use Ryanair regularly but now find myself looking at other carriers.
Their calender jumps from 3 dec to 1 june ??...such a bad website .yk991

Trying to get my boarding passes for a flight on Monday. Had to refresh the page every time I added any information. Still unable to get to the stage to print boarding passes. It is very frustrating.
Guest : could someone please tell me i fly with ryanair pretty often and normal print out the boarding pass which takes up a whole page but has that changed as its printing out a very small one now Yes indeed. The boarding passes are much smaller.

I tried different dates but yet again even though I select a particular flight the booking is made for the next day fr om the one I have selected.very confusing I will book with another airline. Got same error. So I submitted screenshot with error description to support. They promised to fix.
booked a flight back in the summer for this winter, ryanair website will not let me login. Changed password and reset through the forgot password option. ryanair website will not let me book in. entered the dates and the details of the flights as though I was booking in online, ryanair website will not let me login. entered wrong dates when booking flights No matter how many times itried to edit dates they kept coming back to original dates. Shut down webpage and opened again, same result. Disaster of a website,difficult to navigate John

WHO DESIGNED THIS WEB SITE? A COMPLETE DISASTER. IT TAKES AGES TO BOOK 1 FLIGHT. SELECTED DATES DO NOT SHOW AT FIRST. NO CHANCE OF COMPARING FLIGHT DATES AND PRICES A S IT GOES BACK IN TIME. USELESS.

Agree with most comments below, new website is terrible from start to end! Waiting for the site to respond first with the debilitating flashing dots, finding a flight etc... All is now unpractical and prone to errors, after being ejected from the site 4 times in a row, lost patience and we have now booked our last minute December break with Easyjet...
I have had exactly the same problem as the other users. Very frustrating as I have used the old Ryanair website literally hundreds of times without trouble and worrying as I need to make travel arrangements for several other people. How do you get to the classic Ryanair website? Someone PLEASE tell me! Pointless talking to Ryanair - of course!
I tried to re-print the boarding pass and its a not possible, its says you waited too long, which is not true, it took few seconds and kicked me out. Only from mobile app I could re-print or check in, book the flights

Can confirm what another user said, try using Google Chrome NOT Firefox and the site works fine.
Guest : Trying to check in online 6 days before we go, enter all passenger details etc but because I won't select seats it wont go nay further. Just a blue box with a yellow bar. Grrrr so frustrating. And what is the point of waiting another 4 days to check in for the return. Surely anyone who wants to buy a seat will have done that at the booking stahe. EasyJet is much more customer friendyt all around. I had the same problem and got very frustrated about it. This new website is just a mess. I tried to re-do my booking a few times before I finally got rid of those annoying yellow and white boxes. Ryanair you're gonna have no customers left very soon

The new web site is might be nice looking but is a practical disaster: When you select destination, and then flying date, it results that the prices listed in the line below the date, are not reflecting the day you choose, but the day after ! So you end up with a wrong departure date. Nice way to * your money. Try & check yourself.
Thank you for letting me know to go to classic site as I've spent HOURS trying to print boarding pass on new site and it kept printin g thumbnails with 4 pages on one. I hate this new site and online chat just told me that they were having problems and to try tomorrow. Needed the pass tonight.
Wish I had checked this site before I attempted to print my boarding pass to-day. Have wasted hours "live chatting" Ryanair. I had the dubious pleasure of dealing with 5 different "support agents" four of whom suggested the problem was at my end. Finally told by the fifth they had a system update going on and to try later! It would appear that the support agents are as bad as the IT Department. I came back to Ryanair this year having boycotted them for years. What a mistake. Never again
Guest : Just tried to print off boarding pass for my 76 yr old father in law as he finds it too confusing , took me hours and hours, the website doesn't work it won't let you add the info you need for the boarding pass eventually downloaded the app and did it thro that but then wouldn't print a boarding card! It come up on the screen with all the info,then prints blank. The solution? Don't bother with the live chat they say there is nothing wrong with their website, Ha! Go to the old Ryan air website classic,Ryanair.com printed it there with no probs so what should have been a 60 second job took hours. This may be a budget airline but did they have to pay peanuts to the IT guys who have obviously sabotaged the website as a result! Wake up Ryanair and stop saying there's nothing wrong with it!!!!!!!!!!? You just saved me a lot of trouble, thank you!
I cannot check in to my flight either. It can't even find it. When you try to fill in details it does stupid things like fill in your email address in the to and from airport fields. Also tried their chat but I guess they have gone home for the night.
Third week in a row I've tried to use the new Ryanair website, absolute disaster, that's me done. Easy jet here I come.
Why change a winning formula? The old website was fine but this one is a frustrating hassle, I am sure big Stelios is laughing at this.
What idiot designed and implemented the new web site? A 5 year old? There are so many mistakes in the web site its unbelievable they havn't gone out of business. The worst error is having to click on the day before you want to fly out or back to get the correct prices. Its a day out of synch. Flown with Ryanair since they were "Buzz" - not any more - I'm driving back to the UK from now on. Unreliable web site, No customer service, No customer care and they employ idiots as web site developers.
The website is so bad I can't be bothered to look anymore. How many people have been put off so far I wonder. Put the old one back - quick!
Absolute disaster of a website. You should sack whoever developed this for you. I need to book flights, but am unable to do so. How much business have you lost because of this I wonder.

Ryanair's new website is rubbish can't access it on the computer had trouble all afternoon on my iPad trying to download boarding pass, then had to phone my daughter to try and email to me, it's a JOKE .
Can't seem to find relevant flights as keeps refreshing but to deferent airports and dates . Terrible
