Same problem here, there are people on Twitter complaining about the same problem. Cant print out Boarding Passes or view them. Flying out tomorrow

Running Chrome and have tried IE but still no luck with boarding passes. I've enabled Javascript and I have no adblockers or anything in place... anyone got any bright ideas? Livechat are being USELESS.

Enabled Javascript in Safari (V 5.0.6) but it still bombs out. Will it work on this aged Safari version? Any other suggestions?

Guys, guys, guys...... The issues you (and I) are experiencing is because RyanAir's new site runs Javascript and if your Browser is not enabled for Javascript, it won't work. For iPads and Apple devices running Safari, go into your Settings / Saafari / Advanced and ensure that the Javascript slider is enabled. For other browsers, best to Google how to enable Javascript in whatever browser you are using (I recommend Google Chrome - Click the Chrome menu icon on the browser toolbar. On the "Settings" page, click the Show advanced settings... link. Select Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended) in the "JavaScript" section.) It will then work fine. Just a shame RyanAir can't be a*sed to put this info out. Even their CS reps don't know..... Cheers!

Guest : Very frustrating! All I get are three pulsating dots. Its a disaster and judging from all the previous comments they are losing a lot of business! Could get through to the old site via Skyscanner but uneasy whether I will be able to print boarding pass. Now looking at Easyjet and Monarch for my holiday. yes having the same issue!!! wtf

I have google chrome and guess what.....yep still cannot book flights. This has been ongoing for over two weeks now. Wanted to book for Majorca in April and I always use Ryanair and never had problems with their previous website. So I have had to book with Easyjet instead, what is going on?

I just gave up. Not worth the price diff for this type of hassle. Ryanair have just reached a stage in their evolution where they are loosing focus on their core model as far as I can see. They're not even sure whether they want to be nasty or nice anymore.

I have been on live webchat for the last hour. Result - advised to go to an Internet cafe !! I am not making this up! I have downloaded Google Chrome which "apparently" supports the new Ryanair website. I still cannot use Farefinder! I was more or less told to go get a new computer which has a browser which supports Ryanair despite having used my iPad to book at least 6 flights with them in the last year. Does anyone know If Ryanair management are aware of the problems?

Hi all Not sure if this helps anyone but i downloaded an app called airline flight check in and managed to check in online for a ryanair flight next week. It took a few attempts as the continue button seemed a bit temperamental.

Tried tablets, mobiles, laptops and today a desktop using Chrome but website always hangs, will not allow you to put in informationor takes ages to respond. This has been ongoing for weeks. Do they realise there is a problem?

I had same problems ...it kept crashing out on my ipad ...tried the Ryanair iphone app ..that didn't work either! I did get as far as seeing a boarding car (I had already booked the flight on the old site) could not see the pdf though !!! Just blank!! ......luckily I tooks a photograph of it otherwise they would have charged 15 pounds for printing out the boarding card!!! I have written to Ryanair ...had an acknowledgement ...but no answer yet!

Does anyone have any idea if Ryanair have acknowledged this problem. Cannot find anything online to say they have. I did phone their premium number where the agent send the website was fine and she is looking at it. WTF is wrong with this company????

I'm old, not very tech minded, such a relief to know it's not just me. But.... how do I get boarding pass for Thursday!!!!! And book flights for January.....went via Skyscanner and got to put in card details before big freeze left all my details exposed. BAD.

Hi I can not get onto the ryanair website to access my boarding pass and print off, i have also not been able to check in for my return flight! The return flight is next tuesday so that may be because you cant check in until its within that week but the site is down and just states error so cant even check if my thoughts are right!!

Exactly same issues, thought am losing my mind, as I ve tried on different devices, You expect Ryanair to at least acknowledge the problem somehow, to relieve bit of stress and frustration this is causing! Message to Ryanair: " If it ain't broke, why try to fix it????? Old website wad easier to navigate!!!! Legacy of Ryan: 1- cheap fares 2- giving public heart diseases! Through frustration😠 Please revert back to old website , Have been trying to book flights for days now , very frustrating , site keeps freezing , tried on variety of devices , Rubbish site !!
