Guest : Ryanair cancelled my flight in September and acknowledged that I was due a refund of £200. However they say that the swift code provided to them by my bank is invalid, even though the bank have confirmed it is correct. I suggested that they could send me a cheque as they previously have done but now not answering any of my emails. Hi, did you get any further with this, as I am having the same problem.

Guest : Has anyone got an answer to this yet. I am supposed to be flying tomorrow and I’m worried now. Guest : Guest : Hi has anyone successfully flown with ryanair with less than 6 months on their passport? I have the required 3 months as noted by the Spanish government but Ryanair’s terms of carriage say you must have 3 months to enter the eu! Ludicrous situation and I’m guessing enforceable as they can make their own conditions - question is do they even check though??? I hope you get an answer to this ASAP as I am in the same situation flying Wed. Willing to take the risk if it'll pay off. Worried :( Has this yet been answered? Did you get there ok! I’m in the same boat - fly out Sunday with 5months and 2 weeks on passport but Cyprus only requires 3 months… I’m so nervous it’s not looking good

HI. I am planning to fly soon to Holland with Ryan Air. Last time I was refused to board as I didnt have the right "certificate". Can someone let me know what certification I will need. Specifically, flying with Ryan Air, do I need a covid antigen test, or any other test?. I have already got 2 covid injections. Thanks a lot. Gavin

Hello, With current chaos at Manchester airport is it worth paying extra £5 pp to go 'fast track'. Does fast track mean fast track if you know what I mean Thanks

Hi I have received an email supposedly from ryanair asking me to confirm my identity via facial recognition. It has the right booking number and wants a small fee. Is this a scam? Thanks Bill

So I just went to book a single adult ticket on Ryan air and the return journey was £117. I then realised I had to take my two teenagers and so did the search again with two teenagers and miraculously the individual price went up to £145.31. How disgusting is that? So we are not going. It's just really awful behaviour. You might have thought that the kids would pay less but oh, no, they pay more. If you take off my original flight price they are paying £159.47 each.

9 of my family flew out with Ryanair on 21/03/2022, 2 X 20kg bags and 7 X 10kg check-in bags for both legs of the journey paid for when booking last December. 7 were charged £45.99 for gate bags as they said no 10kg bags were booked. I have paper and electronic copies to prove that they were. Their chat "help" says that only 5 gate bags were paid for although there were 7 and no 10kg bags were booked. So unless I can get any sense out of Ryanair they will be asked to pay for gate bags when they return shortly as it was only an extended weekend break. Has anybody suffered the same sort of error by Ryanair.

mima : Realy terrible organization at the Gran Canaria airport Ryanair gate 🤯 you are lucky you did not try to ask them for a copy of your data submitted to them :) we have been trying for 4 months and we only got emails that our case was closed and they cannot help anymore :) it is nothing to do with our request... Just bad quality of customer service and I believe low expectations on their staff... Not even counting how many times we saw crew members with careless attributes...Unspeakable!

Guest : Can I have with me baggage that is 40x30x20 instead of 40x20x25? I will fly with 2 companies and one of them accepts 40x30x20 for standard baggage. it depends ... It should be fine...my husband was flying with a bag which had similar dimensions to yours ...they had no problem with it .. but he had to argue with them on his return... Also, be careful... Some of their staff are really rude and they see nothing wrong with their attitude :)

Do you have the number please I have searched and not found it Guest : So I read this forum a week ago when after checking all the websites that Ryanair ask you to before flying. As a result we booked from prestwick to Tenerife. Ryanair’s website (help.ryanair.com/hc/en-us/articles/36001... the British government ( www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/spain/e... and Spanish website all state minimum 3 months. My son has 4 months on return, When I tried to log him onto the Ryanair website it wouldn’t let me. So I spent a day on the phone to various folks. Long story short. Phone the ryanair immigration support team at stanstead who will sort it. They allowed me to check my son in, sent an email to the airport and placed a note on the system. The rules are: 3 months but they recommend 6 as the length of a basic visa is 3 months. So the don’t want anyone going on a 3 month visa then not having three months left.

Hi I have a flight to Morocco scheduled for late April. It’s leaves UK 7:15am with Ryan Air. The fit to fly certificate (PCR) test needs to be at least 48 hrs valid. Can anyone offer guidance as it’s a not proving easy to get a test booked to ensure the test will be a full 48 hrs valid. Anyone been to Morocco lately with Ryan air did they give any grace time re minutes hours relating to the fit to fly certificate?

Hi I am trying to book a flight with Ryanair, put in my email address and password and it asks for an 8 digit verification code which they email to me, I never get the first one so have to click for the option to "resend" which comes through straight away but when I either copy/paste it into the box or manually type the same it says invalid! I have tried this for 3 days now, so can't book my flights. Has anyone else come across this, didn't know if just us (using different devices) or whether others are experiencing and there is a current glitch in the system? We have tried Ryanair with the "chat" option but getting nowhere! Thank you....

Guest : Hey guys there's, two options of getting a pcr for me, one has a qr code and one doesnt but is cheaper. Does Ryanair require the qr code on the PCR test? Are they scanned? YES you need a code generated to come to UK No 2day test booked= impossible to complete PLform = no boarding pass .
