If that doesn't work, you might want to consider contacting your credit card company to see if they can assist you with the issue.

somehow got logged out from my airasia app. tried to log in. then came out a new page asking me to key in OTP that was supposedly sent to my email. the email never arrive. i have two flights to catch next week with all the booking number stored in the account. no email from these two bookings. filed a case with their chatbot Bo. created a case but still now no response. looks like i'm going to miss these two flights!

my booking no EDS59R (flight FD3431 , 7 march) (FD3436, 13 march) Bangkok to Chiangmai) I have booking flights for me and friend with old account air asia si Vuffray Jean Pierre, flight was confirmed, after receive i see in my new passport is 1 surname more and change my account so become Vuffray Jean Pierre Marius, but when looking itinary resevation still have old name, perhaps the best is saying this when coming in boarding place in airport Bangkok?

Anyone come across this problem with Air Asia: flights booked ok Melbourne through to Padang - booked and paid for on Air Asia website but actually Garuda flights. Garuda rescheduled flights which were totally inappropriate - so tried to cancel. Told AA (via the infuriating BO) we wanted to cancel and get refund,. Even though the payment had gone through to AA they said because they were Garuda flights, only Garuda could cancel them. Garuda said though that the tickets had been bought through a third party (a travel agency in Hong Kong that is a fake company) so the third party owed us a refund. We had never heard of the travel agent, were never contacted by them and the receipt for payment came from Air Asia! We never left the AA website throughout the whole booking and payment process. Round and round in circles and no one to contact or talk to....and $3K gone. Thanks Air Asia

Unfortunately, I've booked a Melbourne to Kuala Lumpur flight for 6/2/24 and made a mistake in that my name has ended up as the passenger name, when it should be my wife's name. It looks to me like Air Asia won't let me change the passenger, but only amend a mistake in the passenger's name. And if so, it seems that a simple error will result in the loss of a large sum of money. Can anyone advise me of what the situation is? Is there any way I can change the passenger? Air Asia's bot is useless and I can't get in touch with a human. Thank you.

It is impossible to use my significant AirAsia credit from Brisbane, Australia as there are no flights from here! I've asked for their advice multiple times but have never received any response. Money down the toilet.

Hello, I am unable to alter my email login. The registered email address has been closed by Bigpond. AA send a verification code to the dead email address. I have been able to update my phone number successfully. but not the email login. Any ideas for me to try folks?

DON'T BOOK anything on Air Asia. Throughout COVID, they were already in financial difficulties. Since borders open, on the surface it seems they have come back stronger than ever, promoting cheap fares and new routes. This is all part of the big scheme....scamming our hard earned money. "Flights cancelled" first by randomly "rescheduling" different times. And then cancelled completely, emailed through a "no-reply" channel saying due to "Operational Reasons". It seems they've paid off officials and media in Malaysia and South East Asian countries where you cannot find any news on this mass-exodus style flight culling. I have requested via their App "BO" for refund...but I can already see how this will end. NO processing, NO Refund. Just like Cryto-Scams...once they have enough money, they will close-shop and disappear. We need to warn everyone to boy-cot Air Asia and its corrupted operations. Might as well say good bye to your already Pre-Paid money. Their board of directors and share holders are scamming whatever $ they need to make up on all the losses incurred throughout COVID. Let's stop anyone else you know from booking on their websites/superapp....
