Sofea : I just booked my flight online awhile ago and realised that the time of departure in the itinerary AirAsia has sent me thru email is wrong. I booked the 18.20 - 21.40 flight from Bangkok to Singapore but AirAsia gave me in the itinerary 6.25am - 9.40 am. I tried to manage my booking but it keeps directing me to the log in page. AirAsia please do something about this. You are not alone, I just experienced the same problem while booking the 20:20-21:20 KL to SG flight a few day ago, the time strangely change to 12:40-13:40. AirAsia customer service sucks, no number to call when there is urgency, and the live chat waiting time is more than 1 hour! Was forced to make a new booking...

Alan richards : Air asia is the worst online booking service ever, you do not get emails to confirm yet they say you get them within 24hours how can all the other budget air lines send you confirmation with in a few hours! Also when you try to go onto manage my booking you can't not as it tells you wrong password after a day I try again and I get in but then when you want to sort something out it goes to a blank screen this is just to much I have booked 5 flight and still no confirmation if this is the way they are trying to get customers back on board they have big problems as I will look for other airlines every time before I use Air Asia again come on Tony get your act together or you will loose everything, Guest : AirAsia... Did it ever worked???? I have seen many posts of different years all having the same problem. Impossible to login in the web. They have told me to change browsers despite I told them I had try all the browsers I know... firefox, IE, Chrome, movile browser.... Impossible!!! I will find another company that flight to my destination. I'm not going to buy another ticket in AirAsia. Just in case I have to change it again... same here internal 500 ERROR

I urgently need to book tickets to Malaysia and I am unable to do so since i cannot log in to my AirAsia membership account. I put my username and password and click login, it refreshes to the same page. I asked a friend to login his account, he is facing exact similar problem. can anyone help me in this asap urgently?

It does know if I put the wrong password, but when I put the correct password it just resets - need to change flights urgently" I have got exactly the same problem as this and when I try and use the forgot password, to get new password, no email is sent to my email account.

I have tried to login into my Airasia account to check in for my flight which is in a few days time. Have tried to login in for over 1 week now with no success. Even chatted online with airasia staff and told them about the problem. They tell me there is no problem which I dont believe.

In reply to Guest M, don't feel alone I am having the same problem have been told I will receive a refund within 14-30 business days which has now passed. I have now threatened them with seeking legal advice. I will NEVER fly with them again, their service on the ground and in the air is nothing short of terrible.

Hi, I have made a booking yesterday around 1.00pm. Payment is pay through online direct debit transaction. I have also received payment confirmation by Airasia website during online banking payment completion. My Public Bank account also shown that the money has been paid to Airasia. But the Airasia Manage Booking still show that I have not paid yet. Is this delay is normal? Do I have to use other method to pay?

I think that after 2 disasters and missing the runway airasia should close their doors permanently. How many people need to die before they realize they are a horrible airline and need to permanently close. Family members should sue this airline for killing their relatives.

were here stranded in boracay island. our original flight was dec7 1225pm. weve tried to call customer service, online chat, tried social media pages like facebook and twitter but we havent received any response. we did not received any notification via email or SMS,if our flight was cancelled or not. and now we dont have any idea on how to rebook flights. is this the kind of service you offer?

AirAsia provides a very systematic online booking and promotion which enhance all user around the world to travel with low fares. Make sure you book your meal online :) You need to book earlier on AirAsia free seats and also lowest fares immediately since the available date and time are limited.

Dear Sir/Madam; Greetings! I just want to follow up my refund status with the case number: CAS-5480734-84Y54S and booking number of 14KGKL. It was last year Dec.2,2013.. What happen to my refund ticket? It was not me who cancelled it but Airasia announced it that the booking date was cancelled. I was expecting that it will be refunded through my bank account number.. I already follow up this last year and it already said and response that the refund status is in progress and the refund process will be completed within 30days and be check on my bank account. So, my concern is it was already took so long that my refund was not yet received... Kindly check my details and my refund status. Your immediate response will be highly appreciated. Airasia started using new airport in KL since half year ago. The funny things are its international transition passengers still got lost in the airport and travelers' baggage still gone missing fr om their Airasia connected flights. When I was transiting at KL, it took me quite a while to figure out wh ere is the international transit (they forgot to put on direction signs for international transit). After I arrived Gold Coast airport, only found out my suitcase was still at KL...... Two weeks later, one of my friends traveled to Gold Coast to visit, lost her luggage along with all the dresses she prepared for a wedding ceremony. Airasia told her the she would be updated after 48hours, then 48hours passed she still did not receive a call. And when we check with Airasia, they said their group crews not working on Monday. The poor girl had no choice but to purchase expensive dress for the event.

Hi, I always getting below error, after search the flight for booking, try to use the login using my login it get below error. [Both IE and chrome] 500 - Internal server error. There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed. Thanks, Antony

I had the worst experience with Air Asia. They have very incompetent call center agents and the duty manager at that time named Maria Rosella Ramos at NAIA Terminal 4 were not knowledgeable on the service/visa that their passengers should be getting before leaving the country. I was off loaded because of the inaccurate information I got from their staff last August 24, 2014 and until now I still haven't received any reply from them. They keep telling me that it's already on the top management but couldn't give me exact time nor answer. People should not fly on Air Asia anymore. This is the worst budget airline in the world and worst customer service ever!

AirAsia is just a gang of thieves and cheaters. The route I was going to fly (SUB-BKK) was cancelled and my refund was approved (according to their auto-generated e-mail), but after more than 3 months they never provided me with any credible proof (ARN) of that refund being made. Now I know I have been stolen my money for good.

I booked a ticket 6 days ago via paypal who deducted the money from my account and paid Air Asia X. The amount was not the full fare but regardless i have contacted Air Asia several times by e-form and live chat to confirm my booking. I have given them all the details and the only response they give is they will contact me within 5 working days, i contacted them yesterday as the booking has disappeared from my members page and they said the booking no longer exists. I again gave my receipts for the moneys paid to them and asked do i need to rebook as the prices are ever increasing and Air Asia keep asking me to wait. They did however confirm my return flight? I cannot get them to confirm or assist me in clarifying the money they accepted for my departure flight! is this a scam?

First try to change the password, then click on Manage bookings. If that does not work, try forget password and then click on Manage bookings, either one should work!

but this is ridiculous, like how many times do we need to change password everytime we want to login? Janelle : Guest : I tried numerous times logging in the AirAsia to reschedule my flight and the system keeps redirecting me to login page. Do I need to visit a sales office to change my flight? I am originally booked to fly back to Sydney in 4 days time. Can someone pls help? This is so frustrating considering I was stuck in KL for 3 hours because of flight delay. I had this problem as well but now everything is fine after I changed a new password. Try to change a new password and see whether you can manage your booking. (=
