The cases bearing case Nos CAS-11151037-GF94LQ and CAS-11276934-7CT19B informed me that the refunds were made to the bank (that was about one month earlier) , but when I checked with the bank the refund has not come yet. Since I am locagted in New Zealand can someone please help me to get my refund back ?

I have booked for my family on Air asia to travel from Sydney to CMB in July 2014. Our travelling dates are 20th June 2015 nd 3 July 2015. But I was informed that both flights were cancelled . Since the rescheduled dates were not in my favor, I have requested for the refund and I was informed couple of times that the refunds were made to the bank. And even they provided the date of the refund made to the bank !!!! But when I checked with my bank it has not reached and I am really frustrated. I made many web submissions through e-forms, emails and even tried to contact them, But no results. The flight cancellation is not our fault and we have paid our air fare on time. Why can't they provide a loyal and satisfactory service to their customers ??? Why are thy not in a position to pay our refund? For paying 4 people from SYD to CMB is a big amount to me. Can anyone please help me how to get my refund back? I am located in New Zealand.

Tony Fernandes : Hi Valuable Guest, Kindly submit your complaints, suggestion and request to us at www.airasia.com/my/en/e-form.page ... for further action. Love Tony I've accidentally unchecked my D7 maximise my meal right after payment and your staff is telling me that it could not be reversed. It happened right after and I've contacted them directly for help. I've paid for it so what is the problem with just giving me what I've paid for? This is ridiculous. There was no pop up like if I'm sure that I would like to cancel my meal or what so ever. How can you do this to your customer?

Amine : I purchased AA return ticket to KUL from LBU. AA rescheduled it twice before they cancelled the flight. I contacted AA customer care through their live chat to change my flight date and time. Assisted by Meri, then Nielson then Meri again. Both were very helpful. Not to mention very patient and professional. Despite AA being troublesome at most times, i really appreciate them taking the extra miles to help me sorting out my problems. Their customer care officer (Meri) even contacted me via phone to ensure i have received my new itinerary. Thank you. That's really * ... you must be working for airasia. No one will call you back. Don't lie.

Very bad service call center. Trying several times with each duration 3 - 5 minutes no one answer the call. Indonesia call center is very bad. Very frustating. I have confirmed itinerary # 14552656435 can't make online check in due to outstanding. Understand the outstanding is related with indonesian regulation of airport tax should be included in the ticket but the airasiago web site can't connect to my itinerary. I don't know why. I need to pay but can't do anything. Very frustating and diaappointed.

Avoid using this airline. Diabolical customer service and support. Cancel flights (frequently) then refuse to give refunds. Seating system sucks - was told when I booked seats in advance that myself and 2 young children would all be sitting far away from each other. No solution offered. Ground staff seem to be not particularly smart or caring. Was casually told In KL when trying to check in that we were not booked on the flight. Went to serve the next customer! When I pushed her to look again she found the booking , no apology, no care. An exercise in complete and utter frustration every step of the way. Clearly hoping to suck in new customers as not many would book with them more than once. Still waiting on an explanation for their refusal to refund me for the flight that Airasia cancelled...

Please do not be tempted to use this airline. It is clearly using illegally gained funds (eg denying legitimate refunds) to run it's operations. As have many others, we had our return flight cancelled by AirAsia mid trip and received emails offering full refund as the third option. We had to buy new tickets. When I submitted an application for the promised refund I got the standard auto-generated response that I am "not eligible" for a refund. If you have ever tried to make any progress with the call center staff you will know this is an exercise in futility. All they say (only if if you really push) is that they will talk to a manager (the manager is conveniently never in the office ) and to call them back in 2 days. We have past experience with that plan - you ring back and have to start the whole saga anew with some new person who will let a manager (imagine the surprise to hear the manager is "in a meeting" ) know and please call back etc etc etc. They seem to be operating on the premise that if you block refunds eventually most people will give up. Please save yourself a lot of frustration and book with any other airline.

Been refreshing AirAsia website from March 2, 2015 until March 3, 2015 - still no luck. Its page fade color like gray shade, unable to click on anything. What is happening to AirAsia? Its Customer Service getting from bad to worst. Losing lots of customers. Due to plane crash, many are no longer AirAsia customers. I'm taking Malaysia Airlines or Singapore Airlines. Wasting too much time in days and hours, refreshing page to check when the website is available. Goodness, gracious...I'm at lost for words.

FU#K AIR ASIA. You bast#$ds have wasted many hours and hundreds of my dollars. ........Booking ZIYUKK was paid by via PayPal and I have email confrimation from PayPal that the funds are in Air Asia bank account. ...............Air Asia refuses to recognise that payment was made. .....insists that I pay again using a credit card...... . ..I have seen many others at check in refused ticket until they double paid via credit card.....refunds of extra payment takes months.......Missed connections are costing hundreds of dollars. Plus hours on the phone trying to sort it AirAsia keeps the booking open by constantly extending the deadline for payment until after the flight has left. . Refuses to acknowledge payment and also refuses to cancell booking. Never again!!! FU#K AIR ASIA. You bast#$ds

Now my return flight is comming and i cant login again. It is so weird because they said my email is invalid while they still send the flight infomation to this email address. WARNING: Do not fly with Air Asia if you are from Australia. I booked flights overseas last year and Air Asia cancelled my flight 3 months prior to the departure date. Air Asia confirmed in writing that I would receive a full refund within 14 days, though the refund amount stated in writing from Air Asia was only 85% of the amount paid and it is now 6 months later I have not received any money from Air Asia. I have since had Consumer Affairs take over the issue to try and get my money back, unfortunately without success. I recently received emails stating that the money had been refunded into my account, but after follow up and contacting the relevant institutions, the emails turned out to be fraudulent. I highly recommend paying the extra money with a reputable airline for your travels and avoid Air Asia all together.

AUSTRALIANS: DO NOT FLY AIR ASIA. Air Asia cancelled my flight and offered me a credit or refund. I chose a refund. This was 6 months ago. I have not been reimbursed. They do not have an office in Australia and Consumer Affairs have no jurisdiction over these dishonest business practices.

Guest : Dear Air Asia, I am sitting in Bangkok on a computer because I am still trying to get my itinerary corrected, after your system glitched and put me and my family (with three young children) on the wrong flight. When I tried to change flights online, the Air Asia website was down (I tried three different devices) so I went to your office at the Airport. There, nobody could help me, and I was told to phone the Air Asia Call Center. I did call them, and they offered two “solutions”. 1 I pay an extra $635AUD and they put us on the correct flight, or 2 they give me a full refund. Of course, neither of these “solutions” are actually solutions for me, since they both cost me a lot of money, which I do not have. They are, of course, solutions for Air Asia, and appear to be simply ways of extorting money or dumping us half way through our trip. I did not accept the offered “solutions” and was told that I should complete an E-form. It turns out the E-form takes several days to attend to, and the E-form says I should go to the local office for urgent matters. Of course, I have already been to the local office, and was told to use the Call Center – you see the nasty cycle here? Upon returning to my guest house, the Air Asia website was working again, and I found that there are, in fact, $61 flights available at the time we originally booked. Why then, did the Call Center try to get $635AUD when it would have cost only $300 to buy NEW tickets? Today is the second day, of a six-day holiday, that I have spent trying to fix this problem. Then, tomorrow, we are on an early flight instead of the evening flight (which we booked) so we lose another day. We then have to spend several hours instead of 1.5 hours in the KL airport with three young children – the youngest being 7 weeks old. Air Asia staff have refused to let me know their names and have refused to let me speak with their superiors. Clearly, it would have been very simple to change our flight to the correct one, since there were plenty of very cheap seats available on that flight, but instead you have tried to capitalise on the situation and make an extra $635. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars flying with Air Asia over the years on many, many flights. I have become accustomed to your website being unreliable, often not allowing logins, or being completely down, but I have never had such a negative experience as this. So you accidentally booked the wrong flight, and didn't review your booking properly and now it's their problem?
