Just cant understand, why is that when I try to Web Check in today for my booking ENTDPV, and was given seat No 7F and 24B, so far apart ?

Hans : every time when i want to purchase a ticket with Air asia, the very last step in the payment end up with the text below. Does anyone know the Rooth cause of this and the solution? Message": "The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.", "Status": "error" Same here, i try already for more then 2 weeks, before never experienced any problem on AirAsia website.

i book a flight in airasia for next week im very sure i press time of 5am after paying online after receiving my confirmation to my surprise fight sched was 11pm.. i tried to use the modify option and finally rebook the flight to the correct time how ever the charge for changing ur flight gime on the same is just the same cost wen u bought 1 round ticket. tried to contact customer support and online chat all * up, meaning theres no way contacting them. really annoying i get to pay them for their system fault * .

What on earth is wrong with Air Asia? No add on option. I am desperately trying to book flights why am I the only one who cant add luggage? Useless.

Why cant I do a web check in via your website? Everytime I try I get a message "We cant assign you a seat now. Check in at the airport" My flight is 8 hours ahead. All other airlines allow you to web check within 24 hours of departure. Air Asia has this stupid process.

Guest : Air Asia's website is made intentionally ambiguous to confuse customers to purchase add-on's such as travel insurance, check-in luggage, and even meals. I hate this website and I dislike the company, but it flies some routes no other carrier flies. And now, after going through all the hassle of trying to book a ticket on this deceptive website, I get a message that an error has occurred. Why can't this company inform customers beforehand that the site is not working? Screw Air Asia. I'll find another mode of travel. I totally agree! I wish Air Asia will close soon! Even MAS is on the verge of bankruptcy but it still competence compared to the s hole Air Asia

Ana Ph : Paid my bookinh via 7/11. Already got the payment acknowledgement from 7/11 but still i didn't received any confirmation or itinerary from AirAsia! 😤 Same here. Paid via Cebuana Lhullihier, received the payment acknowledgement email from Cebuana but not the itinerary. AirAsia system sucks right now. My booking disappeared since it was not "paid"

Ya, I had the same issue since yesterday, 9 July, night. It 'hang' once I keyed in my ccard payment. Worst, checked on my BIG POINTS, it was deducted even my purchase is incomplete ! There was no charge on my Ccard for the balance amount. Robot Lady AVA is a nuisance. All are standard Q&A. No other way to phone contact in Malaysia. Never trust AirAsia for all its 'IT digital projects'. Not reliable nor efficient.

Tried to book last night several times and got an error message every time I reach the payment verification page. Today their website landing page is a waiting room, been at it for 30mins now and still couldn't get in.

I made an AirAsia booking, the payment was made, I received the confirmation number and this booking was shown in the app. But today, the booking just disappeared of the app and the booking is not in the system when I look for it on the website. The flight is in 10 days and I don't know what to do! Anyone knows if they have a system problem or maybe the flight was cancelled and AirAsia just don't warn me neither refund the money paid?

Update: not sure if the error is still occuring, but I managed to book a flight by using the browser Microsoft Edge. Previously I was using Google Chrome Evi : Same issue here... I keep getting an error page when booking a flight (both on laptop & mobile app)
