I have been waiting for 4 months to get a refund relates to a flight cancelled by Air Asia, keep getting emails saying it will be processed in 30 days but it has been 4 months now. Unfortunately, can not log formal complaint with in Australia as Air Asia is not registered with Ombutsmen.
Guest : I tried numerous times logging in the AirAsia to reschedule my flight and the system keeps redirecting me to login page. Do I need to visit a sales office to change my flight? I am originally booked to fly back to Sydney in 4 days time. Can someone pls help? This is so frustrating considering I was stuck in KL for 3 hours because of flight delay. I had this problem as well but now everything is fine after I changed a new password. Try to change a new password and see whether you can manage your booking. (=
Changing the password worked for me as well immediately.
I can't seem to click on anything on the login bar on top of the website page. Nor can I search for any flight. Does anyone else have the same problem? Can someone tell me what can I do about this?

Tried logging in, but the website kept redirecting me to login page...very frustrating. Then I tried changing my password, and still it didn't work. Please do something about this, AirAsia. I've never had this problem with other airline companies. So ridiculous!

The worst airline to deal with - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER. They don't respond to emails, eforms or answer their phones. Thieving mongrels.

i tried to call the call center. i was put on hold for 20 mins and still no answer by their customer service. this is not first time i have been calling and unable to get through. i cant get through all the time. i'm calling to check with them why i cant get a open manage my booking. i need to change my flight bookings detail. i have logged into the system numerous times. but cant access my booking. omggg. so stressful. they don't even have a proper website detailing their customer service telephone number or even an email adress to email to if you have queries. this is terrible. now im stuck.

I'm not sure if the flight ticket have been booked and I assuming the payment have been made as I have went through all the steps of making the payment by debit card. I supposing Air Asia would show me a confirmation block after I completed the payment, but they didn't. How do I know if I have booked the flight?

True i clicked change my password on the home page page when logged in and then clicked manage my booking straight after and i can now manage my booking very inconvenient though!
FIX THE MANAGE MY BOOKING. I've been trying to change booking since the 8th of june, its now the 28th and still nothing. tried to reset my password again and... shock..... it came up you have clicked an invalid link please try again. Log in and instead of clicking 'manage my booking' click 'change password' and them change your password. Mine shown up straight away then :) Saw air asia wrote this solution on twitter.

I use Air Asia 2 or 3 times a year on international flights and have done so since their start up, until now never a problem booking etc . However for the past week its nothing but error messages each time i try to make a booking, very frustrating. Just found a fare with a full service airline only US$60 dearer at least i get a meal and seat thrown in and peace of mind.
Also have similar problem.. my husband has lost many money (maybe 3times more expensive than the ticket) just to call to KL from overseas but still the problem occur.

First I tried from firefox, "mange my booking" didn't work. Then I tried from Chrome browser, then it worked.
