They are onw of the worst airine.. i have very bad experience on this bad airine.
I can't see my credit account balance and just called AirAsia and I was told that I will no longer be able to see or use my credit account as it has expired. Iit is not even a year, very frustrating, I lost AU$2736

I am also experiencing the same problem and after eventually chatting to a real person they continue to cite 'Technical problems'. It seems this is a systemic attempt to avoid applying credits to prop up this airline.
Looks like you cant book india flights with old credit account

I had use payment using my credit account, however was unsuccessful. But my credit account was deducted and I cannot pay using my credit account anymore. Why???? No booking was made yet as payment was unsuccessful but credit account has been deducted.

I tried booking mnl-caticlan for 2 pax using my travel fund, however upon payment it didn't even proceed yet my travel fund vanished.
I'm apply refund on Aug 2020 when my flight to Sabah and Brunei cancelled due to Covid. I applied 3 requests for my 3 tickets. All are successfully refunded thru credit account. But suddenly on this 21 Jan 2021, I received email said one of my request is being review. And I to prepare all the documents needed in order to proceed. I'm shocked to received this email as all I concern is already refunded successfully. So I double checked in my credit account statement and yes, stating that I'm using the refunded amount on 20 Jan 2021 but clearly I'm not. I try to reply on email but no answer, at least after 3 days from my reply. Could someone suggest me on what to do next if this issue remain silence?
