I registered as member by using my initial and found that it took me a lot of time to rectify the irregularity when buying air ticket. Shortly afterward, I rectified the irregularity by updating of ^PROFILE^. Things went smooth by using the apps to buy tickets or ADD-ONs via Expedia up to Feb., 2019 when I used the apps to buy ticket from HKG to DMK. Terrible things happened for my trip from HKG to BKI when the ticket popped up with my initial and refused me to make change. After I succeeded to check in online, I went to the check in counter on the flying day, the gentleman there told me my ticket did not matched with my passport. Thus my ticket including all the ADD-ONs were voided. I had no choice but to pay some HK$1,500 to buy a fresh ticket and 25kgs for return trip. 1~Who can maliciously change my profile. 2~My email box In relation to my previous records to deal with airasia tickets were deleted. 3~When I tried to open my email box tarsh folder, I found the itinery for the trip in Feb., 2019, suddenly the screen blinded several times, all the airasia tickets emails gone.

Purposely make it difficult to run AirAsia app but web and Big app have no problem so that can charge higher payment charges? Whch company actually benefited from this kind of arrangements?

What's the problem with the apps? I've been trying to install and uninstall for how many times, but it still doesn't work. Please someone who in charge in the apps and the website, do something. You can't let your customers stuck like this. And I think this never happened before even when the 11.11 promo last year. Everything were smooth. Do something AirAsia

Im having the same problem. I think the server might be down due to the promo they are having... I kept reinstalled.

please help restart your server as I make booking until payment step, then found out itinerary have to edit then click back button, after that have to re-fill every detail, then the previous selected was occupied. i have done twice. flight detail as below: PEN -> KL -> SWA: 19 April 2019: 0750hrs - 0855hrs, 1055hrs - 1510hrs SWA -> KL -> PEN: 25 April 2019: 1555hrs - 2010hrs, 2225hrs - 2325hrs

After selecting seats in web checked in, the boarding pass page (greyed) is displayed with a loading progress in the middle of the page for like eternally, cant click on anything. Closed the page and check in again for multiple time also the same problem.

THE AirAsia website doesnt work, cant loin to change my flight and the customer reps keeps saying "website works and try again." what a ridiculous answer, I have been trying since 5AM and you cant even create an account, it wont send confirmation link and this website sucks...arghhhh

They do not want my booking! Contact bank message. Tried 2 cards - one Mastercard and the other Visa. I don't think it's our bank that's the problem. Rang them - no answer.

Managed to book flights but can not access invoice check in or any other function. In fact app will not open and browsers can not access AirAsia servers to open on line. All I can do is turn up for flight early tomorrow and check in at the airport, who knows if they will have any kind of access functionality there. This is not a joke get it sorted.

logged-in as member to check in my flight. the pop-out page is supposed to display automatically my check in info but appeared blank, so I keyed-in details manually to proceed but message said system error. hopefully it's only a temporary problem so that i can try check in again tonight.

I was trying to book a flight last night. I filled my credit card detail and as soon as click summit it take me back to the homepage. I didn’t get any confirmation email so hopefully they didn’t charge me. Now I just try to book again I can’t even get into the website.

looks like airasia.com website is down - it was just a 504 err (internal server error) at first, but now this IP even cannot be reached. So I suppose they have huge issues with all IT infrastructure.
