I cant request for credti refund through AVA, I followed the steps from this link: support.airasia.com/s/article/How-do-I-u... But the response from AVA is different and i can't seem to submit my request. Anyone can help?

No flight to Korea thus I had requested for credit account about 6-7 times but all cases closed without getting my credit back. Anyone here having the same issue? Can anyone help?

how to manage my unsuccesfull booking payment while my money has been deducted from my bank account .
I had credit point nearly RM 280 because my ticket was cancelled earlier this year. I tried to use the credit points to purchase a new ticket. My payment was unsuccessful. I tried to do do payment again, but the credit point was deducted although the earlier payment was unsuccessful, and I didn't use my credit points. What is the procedure to get the credit points back?

I tried to book a flight ticket and it shows that "Deal Book API Failed! Please try again later". Well, somehow the AVA is really sucks, cant solve problem at all.
The system is really suck. Have already logged in, but still ask me to log in again during payment, end up just showing "server error", can't log in at all. WTFFFFFFFFF
Stuart : In March AA cancelled our flights, 2 weeks later they stopped flying here PER. Our fares were refundable. In April we receive an email offering refund/credit. telling us to log in to account and click 'ask airasia - Ava' chat, there we were given the option of refund or credit, we chose refund, time frame for refund was shown as 3 weeks. 7 months later still no refund and now they send us a 'no reply' email proclaiming we were successful in having our cancelled flights credited to our account.! So no refund and no way to contact them, no customer service email address or phone number, no way of contacting a real person, just their AI 'ask airasia - Ava' chat, completely useless. Honesty is in desperate short supply with this mob. If you've been luck enough to pay with Visa card claim a charge back, because there is no way you will get a refund. Expect this company to go belly up soon, their debts exceed their assets. Same here! Was told that refund has been paid months ago and case closed. No funds received to my mastercard account. When I can eventually get through to a human I'm told it's my banks fault (and other silly excuses). YUCK!

I'm facing the same problem. I had booked my flight for March and they rescheduled it for june and finally the airline cancelled my tickets. I opted for credit account and since then Im trying to access the credit account page but it doesn't load. This is total fraud!

Anyone know how to use your credit account? As it connects to kiwi to search and book flights, there is no option for the credit account and in fact wants a whole other kiwi account to sign into. Any option to bypass kiwi? The information provided on the site about using the credit account doesn’t take Kiwi into account.

Why my credit account is not shown in payment page for booking Hotel+Flight? credit account could only checked in website airasia, not in app mobile. airasia customer service response faster via twitter. that what i experienced.
