In the past 3 months I have had my BNI Mastercard VCN payment consistently rejected. The first time I noticed it happening was September. Last month I called the service centre in Jakarta and they took the payment details and processed my booking. More recently I have tried to book more flights and after several attempts the payment was again rejected. I called the service centre again on 2 occasions last week and they have now changed things so no payment can be made by calling direct to them. They offer no solution other than telling me the system is overloaded and keep trying. It is completely ridiculous and unacceptable to be given such advice. The reservation management there should be looking for a solution and not passing the buck. Best thing to do....GO TO COMPETITOR AND DON'T GO AIR ASIA!
What a shambles with your booking system. I recently booked our flights and your server was not consistent. I kept trying and there was no message until it suddenly appeared a message saying "ERROR WITH OUR SERVER AND WE ARE LOOKING INTO IT" The following day I was worried that I couldn't book it on time so I asked my nephew from KL to book it for us. He booked it for us and we then received two emails on two different bookings. Now, its double booked and I tried to fill in the form but to no avail. I then had to ask one of the agent to fill in the form and the reply from Air Asia was they will reply within 24hrs. Well, guess what? NO NEWS FROM AIR ASIA. REALLY, TONY, ARE YOU SO DESPERATE TO HOLD CUSTOMERS DOUBLE BOOKINGS FUNDS TO MAKE INTEREST FROM YOUR SERVER ERROR"

I tried to make payment for flight from KUL to GOLD COAST. When clicked on Credit Card, Maybank2u etc... it says "Access Denied!"!!! This happened since 16 Dec 2015, what's going on!!!

Just terrible. Cancelled my flight at 16 hours notice and then offered me one on a different day causing me to rebook at significant expense with another airline at the last minute. Getting a refund is hard because there is no way to speak to anyone. Customer service is TERRIBLE. Will never fly again

Same problem as most of the others. You just go around and around in circles trying to make a reservation. It's astonishing that such a popular airline has such a useless website, and it seems to have been that way for ages. It just beggars belief. I also use Jetstar and Cebu Pacific without any problems. Hi. I would like to complain on Air Asia's customer service. Having contact numbers only for AirAsia X and D7 flights are nonsense. I have some matters to ask that requires me to speak to someone and they have been telling me to only ask questions through E-form or Live Chat only, because they only accept calls regarding AirAsia X and D7. And its been 2 days since I tried getting on the Live Chat but I couldn't because of the heavy traffic. I know AirAsia is a cheap fare flight but please upgrade your service. Just because your flight fare is cheap doesn't mean you can give us cheap service. In addition, when I called, a lady gave a number that is not in service. Thanks.

Hello, I also encountered "InProcessPaymentChanged : The payment to be validated has been changed by the client." when I tried to book a flight from KL to Maldives. I used an AU credit card and chose AUD as currency. This is what I did that has resolved the issue: 1. I've used IE instead of Chrome browser then I cleared the temporary internet files of IE (Internet Explorer) 2. I choose MYR currency instead of AUD Hope this helps. *
