On Air Asia's online booking, i am unable to proceed to the next page despite all fields being filled out. At the bottom of the page there is a blue bar that insists all fields of guest details are completed and the continue button is not functioning. Despite all fields have been completed, access to continue is not given .

Guest : I can't see my credit account balance and just called AirAsia and I was told that I will no longer be able to see or use my credit account as it has expired. Iit is not even a year, very frustrating, I lost AU$2736 Sir I have the same issue can you contact me at 9940449109

Shall we file a case ? DCF : My credit account balance is 0.00? I made a transfer to my credit account as an ex employee before i left the company and now its gone missing or is it one of the potential fraud cases from the company again? We purchased tickets with cash value and we had not choice to convert it to credit and now they rob our money in broad daylight? Im sure we can all unite and report this to tribunal court!

Guys, please everyone cooperate for filing a case against Air Asia. They were stealing peoples money. Vanished credit wallet from the account and their web booking also not working. It’s 100% Fraud.

Hi,why can't I view my credit account amount in AirAsia under credit account like last time?Although I can go through AVA to check the amount base on each booking number,but still no way for me to check the expiry date. It makes user more difficult in view our credit account. Please solve these issues due the credit amount expiry date is important to all of us to keep track on our credit account! Thanks

Last year Air Asia refused to returned cash for all cancelled flights due to covid 19 and MCO and converted the cash to credit valid for 2 years. Suddenly this year all the credit balance just disappeared. Whenever we check the result would show " failed attempt". Unable to chat with Ava and keep redirecting to the credit balance check section and the outcome for every check is the same - " FAILED result".  What is going on?

I am looking to apply for a FULL REFUND with Air Asia for my flights from Manila to Caticlan 25th March 2021 and return 4th April, as I am not allowed to fly from London to Manila due to the Coronavirus. I cannot find an appropriate phone number or email address to request this. I tried the Virtual Assistant and non of the option were relevant. Please, can anybody help? Thank you.

It has been weeks all of us noticed our credit balance is missing. AA did not want to refund last year and asked us to accept credit instead citing pandemic and loss of income. AA then allowed the credit to last for 2 years to make everyone happy. After one year passed - the credit balance just disappeared. When check with AVA , it will redirect to credit balance page. After keying in the details each time the result will show : " Failed validation. Please try again." So sad AA resorted to such a tactic to steal the credits to raise funds.

their checkout is hosted differently thus I believe we need to login again on that page, however, it keeps displaying `Sorry, we're having some issues. Try reloading the page.` and when I tried to login using my email the next display is a creation of account which is not successful as it then again displayed `Sorry, we're having some issues. Try reloading the page.` and when finally I have created my account, it's not redirecting me to the correct page which I should be logged in. another thing I am not even sure if my account is sync with their different host in checkout. This is crazy, user experience wise this is a fail!

Able to log into Big Member A/C without any problem but, attempts to check credit balance instantly got directed to Ava. No problem with entry re : flight numbers and names of passengers as guided by Ava. But, when Ava requested for Date of Birth it cannot be validated. Hence you would have to go through the cycle with Ava again until you come to DOB. My question , is AirAsia making it difficult for its customers or it is an error in the web design? I do have credit balance but no loger showing anywhere.

I checked the website a moment ago and clicked on my name. under my name i can see my BIG member ID, my BIG points , my Status en under my status i see credit amount 4141,17 usd. It was not there before so i immediatly 7made a screenshot. Try it maybe you see that too.

There is no official statement from Air Asia that your credit balance tab is under maintenance. Please take this matter to resolve this issue and make my credit balance reinstated immediately or else I will have no option but to resort to a legal route to get my money back

I could utilize some of the credit account monies in Jan 2021 for flight tickets but cannot access it from 1st Feb, 2021. Credit balance has disappeared. Hope AA will rectify this asap and not clear all credit due to financial difficulties. Something is going on as for several days unable to view the credit balance. What about the expiry date if this continues as the credit balance will be forfeited. Hope AA will make a public statement.

I was traveling in Air Asia flight PNR no- I5-546 on 28 of Feb and was really dismayed and distressed by being harassed by one of your ground worker at Delhi Mr. Anmol Mishra. He misbehaved and harassed me, raised the voice and kept on fiddling with everything, and took inordinate time at check-in. You are requested to check the CCTV at around 9:50 am. We reached the counter. He humiliated me and harassed me and didn’t listen to a word. I was carrying a 27 kg check-in bag and 11 kg cabin bag under booking number S6Z16A which had two tickets one for me and one for my son who is 3 years old & my Mother in Law was traveling with us under M5SG9A. She was having one check-in baggage of 11 kg and 1 cabin baggage of 7 kg. He told me that my cabin baggage is excess I told him I have another cabin baggage, for check-in bag, I will take it out and I will shift my son’s belonging including his sweater and food in another bag, as we were allowed to carry 2 cabin bags. But without listening to a word he did whatever he wanted and took my card forcefully and told me to enter the pin else he will not let us check-in. He said we won’t let you board even in the plane if you say anything. He didn’t let me even take the lunch for my baby. As it was a morning flight my son was hungry, he didn’t allow me to even take food out of the bag. My 3-year-old son asked for food and a Co Passenger gave me a biscuit. After the flight, my son was shivering with cold as his sweater was in the supposed cabin luggage and I didn’t have anything to cover him. He took my cabin baggage forcefully and made it check-in baggage. He told me it is 11 kgs so cannot be cabin baggage. I told him I have another bag I will shift my son’s belonging in that and make it another cabin which was my right. He denied it repeatedly and said he won’t let me check-in, just to GRAB MONEY. It is cheating. I repeat it is cheating. I was disappointed. I would also like to file an FIR against Anmol Misra on charges of harassment and cheating. Everything is on trust and this broke my trust. I have paid excess baggage of 12 kgs without even having it for ₹5998. I want a refund and an apology from the ground worker. I can attach any document in support of it. Above all please provide all the details of the groundworker so that FIR could be lodged against him.

I am unable to check in since last couple of days. The website is unresponsive, the chatbot Eva is worthless and customer care doesnt receive calls even after on hold for more than 30 mins. Never to select Air Asia for future travel. Really pissed off.
