Hi all, I hope this might help u guys about your credit account with AirAsia.. n FYI I’m not with AirAsia 😂😂.. 1st u have to login to AirAsia.com n if u r not member with AirAsia I guess have to register 1st.. then after that click “My account” .. click “credit Account “ u will see your credit there.. For booking either website or apps, payment method can be use “credit account” that u have.. there’s a small red highlight at the bottom... Cheers !

This is a real cheat airlines. Two tickets bought could not be used as airlines cancelled its flight because of COVID 19. Its customer care did not respond to any of the three reminders to refund. I cannot register on its app because OTP for mobile verification is never sent and hence even cannot apply for credit account, Only option is to take this unethical airline to court

If you are trying to get a cash refund, don't bother. They will force customers to take credit account and when you purchase tickets in the future, it will be priced higher so that they can suck more money out of you.
It seems that AirAsia is claiming to refund cancelled flight tickets by a credit voucher, but was is obvious is that they dont provide any access to CS via call or Live chat. And then we have the notification claiming that they are overwhelmed by refund request thus it is virtually impossible to get any response. I would recommend everyone to send in a request for refund to AirAsia CS.

I got email that my tickets are cancelled and have to reschedule flights. I have to move flight under covid 19 flight changes. I did the same in May with AVA to July. In May, AVA couldnt read and get the PNR numbers, but it asked me the surname, flight number to move to new date. But not it is not asking those details. So I am unable to change flight. AVA is worst in getting PNR. when I checked PNR status, airasia site gave that the flights are cancelled with that PNR, but why AVA not getting.

Same problem: flight is cancelled and trying to convert flight into credits via AVA. Its impossible the chatbot puts you in loop all the time so eventually you get back to the main menu all the time. How difficult is it to add a button in My bookings: convert into credits. Disappointing how difficult they're trying to make it
Same problem as everyone - my flight was cancelled by Air Asia and I need to get it put into credit, but it keeps having issues and I cant get through to the Ava Allstar - it keeps on dropping out. I have tried about 30 time over the last two weeks and now the flight dates have passed.

Hi, Our flights have been cancelled by AirAsia due to Covid-19. I booked the flight for myself, wife and two children using my airasia account. The credit card used was my wife's. My wife and I are trying to restore it on the credit account but says on the email of airasia the member id use for booking is not under the passenger name. We all share the same surname (which is the information airasia ask). Does my wife need to create an account as the flight was paid using her credit card? Seems very silly.

Saaali is disconnecting the call on asking ticket number for the refund request i made. She said i have referred ur request to higher authorities and you will get refund within 72 hours. I tried explaining i booked via Third party agent; How will you give refund directly, and asked for ticket number atleast to make a follow on after goddamn 72 hours. She hung up the call. I got connected to the call after waiting for 2 hours in the damn call. Air asia!
