Can't pay on either the website nor the app for iphone. After I enter the verification code (the one the credit card company sends to my phone to input on the site), it just goes back to the previous payment page and makes you repeat it again and again never ending. AirAsia needs to fix this, it has been going on for years. I had to purchase from third party app (or purchase a different airline all together), but I can't get Big Points on it, and I can't buy add-ons from the website either, says I don't have a booking. I have to call in or physically go to an AirAsia office. SUCKS!!!

what does: Inprocesspaymentchanged : the payment to be validated has been changed by the client, means? does that mean they already charged the price of the ticket?
The online booking, check in and paying system of AirAsia SUCKS. It doesn't work properly
DON NOT EVER take Airasia flight if you need to transit. The flight keep delaying and they just simply push you to their next flight without any consideration if you need to be arrived at destination on time. No compensation or FULL REFUND option.

I've been trying to book tickets in Air Asia website with ALL my credit cards and transitions are not complete. Either Visa and Mastercard, after directed to the "verify" page (where I get an SMS with a password to complete the transition), when I get back to Air Asia homepage, I get this message: "BookingNotPaidInFull : There is still a balance due on your booking. Please add another payment to complete" My credit card says there is not anything in the system blocking it (a possible anti-fraud tool), so it's an Air Asia problem. Not sure what to do. All information I provided was 100% accurate.

These two days air asia have problem with the flight date.. I already twice need to change the ticket.. If you not aware and caution when you want make payment via mobile apps, the date not synchronise with your date... It one day after.. Please be careful when you make payment..

I have always had problems with this airline company. Payments take multiple tries to succeed and it's really frustrating, considering how the prices always go up. I don't think I would ever want to fly with this airline company again.

I am trying to book flight from New Delhi to Singapore. I am in the last step of booking, i.e. making a payment, I choose Net Banking as the option and proceed with the Purchase. It shows server error saying a bug has been caught on our server. I have tried on different browsers and several times. Customer care representatives have not been able to resolve the issue or provide an alternative mode of payment. I don't want to pay via credit/debit card because it is charging Rs. 4000 as the processing fees. I hope AirAsia is not trying to force it's customers to pay extra 4k bugs. Please help.
Having problem check-in online for the last 5 days. The webpage does't allow me to choose my gender. Male is the default gender and I simply could not click into the button to choose "female". I tried to use web check-in on a different date with a desktop computer instead but still, same problem. I have updated all my java add-in so I am pretty sure the problem is at their end, with the website design. I have submitted a complaint about 5 minutes ago but after I clicked the "Submit" button, the webpage brought me back to an empty e-Form without any message that my submission has been successful or not. This is frustrating.
