Honestly it is almost impossible to get a refund. I guess air Asia do it on purpose to frustrate passengers so as not to request a refund. Dirty airline with dirty tactics. I think we should boycott air Asia and I really have no idea how they were chosen to be the best low cost carrier for 11 years. I guess there is something fishy. Anyway they should be labeled WORLD WORST AIRLINES CATEGORY 11 YEARS. Please try not to book Air Asia if you can. You live to regret. It is a fact.
Hi I have the same problem. We have done more than 10 times chatting with AVA and repeating same question. once you have done it says time out. I think they purposely done this robot that they will get rid of you. the problem is to sue them difficult as we individual. the already have their law firms when you are buying the ticket it says terms and conditions applied. Actually we don't know the terms and conditions.
Having the same issue as everyone else. My bookings won't load. My cases won't load. AVA useless. No live agents answer. Cases closed without reason. I hope AirAsia feels the pain of their lack of loyalty to their customers.

ava always says cannot create my case due to overwhelming requests. I think they are fooling us. theyre giving false hope for credit account. maybe all they want is to take the reschedule option in which we have no idea of when will this covid be gone

Matthew : AirAsia have unilaterally cancelled my return flight. I am now stuck with one leg of a return flight with no success with AVA to cleanup their mess. Same thing for me, but after continuously trying with AVA and it's redirection to AllStar for about 6 days now ( i would have tried like over 100 times ) got through to someone who cancelled the other leg of my flight and put in request for a new date. Still waiting for that to process through and send me the new Itinerary

If you have problem with loading "my bookings", try Firefox internet explorer. It worked for me. I was unable to loading "my bookings" with Google Chrome.

Dishonest regarding option for COVID-19 Voluntary Cancellations! From a frontline doctor currently in government sector. Gone through many steps till almost the end after attachment submission... but in the end pop up with message like this: Sorry, something went wrong. Tried option Talk to Allstar. Appeared "Full Capacity - Try when it's green". Many attempts repeated and same results/endings yielded. May conclude AirAsia as 'dishonest/untrustworthy' airline if no action taken.

Booked 14/03/2020 to fly on 16/03/2020. Travel restrictions came into place on 15/03/2020. I even checked in & was waiting to board when they told me I could not travel. Following the lockdown, we haven't receive any feedback from air asia for our domestic flight on the 15th. Our flight is still showing active instead of cancelled so I cannot process a refund online. HI, I am writing this because your employees broke my bag on the flight AK5228 yesterday. It was the first time I used your compagny and I am very disappointed. Non only my second flight had two hours delay wich cause that I arrived at midnight in Kuching but my bag was also ripped. I just want to say that I paid a lot just to get my backpack on this flight. I don’t understand that something like that can occurred when you pay almost as much as the flight just for a luggage. Now I have to manage to buy new stuff while on vacation. Booked a flight using my credit card, it was confirmed and I even received my itinerary. However, I wonder why they didn't ask my otp and didn't even receive any text message. Is this safe??
My flight has disappeared from my bookings and I can’t get any answers from AVA. It keeps telling me that we boarded our flight, but the flight isn’t until April. Then it said we didn’t pay for our flight, but we have a credit card statement that says otherwise.
