Airasia big bluffer. Launch Big Sale, but whole system collapsed when completing last one step -PAYMENT. why changed system when the old one functioned so well and easy??? For god sake, The IT department please make very sure the new system works without hindrance, Must test the system several thousands time until its 1000%perfect, otherwise don,t launch these so-called "BIG SALE,BIG CLICK.

Robot prevention. Chatted with rep and they told me to erase my browser history, cache, etc. Tried again - same results. Tried Chrome, Safari. No good! I think offending real customers who want to buy tickets is worse than a few robots purchasing tickets.

If you are having problems in paying for your Air Asia tickets using their stupid robot prevention sliding bar, I suggest downloading the app and purchasing your tickets through that. It worked for me.
I am having the exact same problem booking from Gold Coast to Thailand. I have tried on app and on my laptop. I have tried speaking to them online to no avail. I kept trying to book air asia Singapore to krabi but kept getting error code 27uSe every time I swiped the robot check. Following advice on this forum I downloaded the app and successfuly booked the flights. Thanks everyone

Same issue from PC screen, but solved when tried from my phone browser. Seems computer does not exist in Malaysia.

I'm getting the same error too. Tried multiple cards, different browsers and the app all fail. Hours wasted :(
I have been having the same problem all day. At payment page you get the 'We are unable to process your payment....." BS. Tried 3 cards, Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome, and worst of all the intelligence insulting AVA, the on-line chat robot. Totally useless. My MasterCard rep in the Phillipines actually hooked me up with customer service who couldn't help me because she could only deal with flights originating in Hawaii!!!! WTF????? BUT!!! There is a solution! Air Asia is partners with Expedia. Went there and booked my flights in 5 minutes no problem. And it was cheaper too. Hope that helps! But somebody at Air Asia needs to wake the F up and fix this!
