I've booked a flight over the weekend to Brunei from KL. Payment went through but i did not receive my booking itinerary. Tried ringing them up to resolve the matter using a contact number i obtained from their website but was deceived as both numbers had been disconnected. On the third attempt using a third number i finally got through to someone after waiting a long 10 minutes. I explained the situation and that i had been trying to speak to someone from air Asia since Saturday 22nd of august(2 days ago). She said that AirAsia no longer provide customer service over the telephone and that i would have to use the live chat facility on their website or go into Air Asia's local office. I asked her is there any way she could help and she replied rudely 'NO',and put the phone down. I have been trying to use the AirAsia live chat but it continuously seems to be overloaded with other customers requests. With a system in place as disgraceful as this i am not surprised that they are overwhelmed with complaints and rants like this. Ive sent them 2 emails in which i finally got a reply telling me to expect a written response within the next 5 days. My flight is in 3 days! This is unacceptable.

Air Asia booking payment page problem. Having tried numerous time to un un ticket the Travel insurance, I resigned to pay for the one way that just would not go away, I entered my bank details but nothing happened, no error message. I was up till 1:45 am, even got my sister to try it. She had the same problem. We then heard through the grapevine that there have been problem for the last 2 weeks.
ASEAN Pass is a total rip off. So much for the big hype. Most routes are always not available on certain days of the week EVEN when they do have seats. Absolute rubbish
There cancelation and contact methods are terrible!!! It is almost impossible to cancel a flight with Air Asia!! They suck!!!
Answer to all complaints: Airasia is a budget airline, their customer service is non-existent, ability to change or cancel anything is non-existent (even if you die) and that has always been the deal and always will be. If you can't accept that, don't book with them.
Online Booking system is lousy as it did not clearly indicate the Passenger Name to enter and system auto-take the login name as the Passenger Name. Live chat with customer service experience was bad as they just said can not change the Passenger Name and it happens to many other customers and they just could not change. Conclusion is Air Asia earns this kind of "mistake money" by making the online booking confusing and putting the wrong name as the Passenger Name. Communicated with call center staff also the same answer. No response from eForm. Super lousy customer service standard.
Hi I booked ticket for 8 pax in flight no. 6322 to KUL-LGK in AIR ASIA. When i observed the pattern I found that this flight never takes off and always cancelled. after 28th june this flight has not flown until today. I do not understannd the intention of AIR ASIA

22 May - tried to make booking with AirAsia but was told payment failed and booking will be DISCARDED. Tried again, and received same error message. I then successfully booked with another airline and half an hour later, to my horror I received CONFIRMATION from AirAsia, and checked that my credit card charged TWICE. Airasia refunded the double booking, but not the first booking. Was told that confirmed booking cannot be cancelled. But these booking SHOULD BE DISCARDED in the first place as communicated earlier. The booking became CONFIRMED without my consent. Shame on AirAsia for making customers pay for their technical glitch. They even refuse to give credit instead of refund. Do I need to provide a letter from doctor saying that I can't be physically Sitting on 2 planes at the same time. I have sent 6 eForms and the response is always the same. I don't know what else to do as this is very unfair. When you tell a customer you re going to discard a booking, you do as per you have committed.
My family, 3 of us booked a flight from gold coast to kl and then from kl to penang. We had a 2 hour window to check in for the Penang flight.The flight from gold coast arrived 30 min late.We got to the baggage check at 4 pm and got to the counter at4:10 pm. We were informed that we cannot get on the flight which leaves at 5 pm.I told them that we we on an air asia flight from the Gold Coast and it was late.We were told to go to the service counter.and I talked to 2 service reps and they said it was my fault for not leaving a longer time between flights.i replied that if they were on time we had lots of time for check-in.I fact they agreed with me but said we would have to get the next flight and pay the differences as we had a promo flight.After a lot of arguing they said wait until 5 pm. It is now 4:35 pm and we will book you on the 7:30 flt. At 4:50 I checked with them again an they said check in at 5 pm and we will get you on the 9:00 flight.At 5 pm talked to the service rep and he said he could get me on the 10 pm flight.THIS IS LIKE A COMEDY ACT.My wife had to leave as she was having a nervous breakdown.So I said get on with it and book it.The agent came back and said we would have to pay a little over 1000 ringgits. On top of the money's paid already.After they picked me up off the floor, I declined this and said I was going to another airline Meanwhile my wife checked on line and found 3 tickets on the 9 and 10 pm flights for 253 ringette each all in. also the agent said that would be a good idea to go to another airline as it would be cheaper.(just a note this is a 45 min flight).Got a cab to kl and got a flight at 8 :40 on firefly for 521 ringgits.also I asked the cab, how much to Penang an he said 750 ringette to charter the whole cab .Now I have two businesses and if I operated them in this manner I would go broke in a very short time.For me customers are like gold!!!!
flight AK10 from chennai to KL very smooth. Perfect landing. good on the pilot. The attendents pretty but not so service oriented. One of them just handed over the food saying it hot its hot!.So she shd have handed it over carefully . Forgot to serve the water.
The site has a self help option stating: "FLIGHT STATUS Worry no more about your loved ones flight status! With AirAsia's flight status tracker you can be there on time to greet them with open arms (and it helps to impress the bosses as well). " Almost every time I use it it takes 30 mins to an hour to produce the answer. Sorry Air Asia, not going to impress any boss or give any peace of mind. So, what do you do? Complain. They offer an E-Form for complaints. Fill in all the areas with an asterisk. Do that and hit submit. The response is "Please fill in carrier code" (before it will send). But the form neither requests a carrier code nor does it have a place to put it. So, you can't complain. What's next? Go to the page with information about contact and look for the star rating on the assistance. A single star usually creates a request for feedback and AirAsia is no exception. They appreciate your comment and seek feedback to improve their services, click "here". Click the link and what happens? "Phut this page has taken off". Yet again AirAsia prevents feedback. This is what is commonly known as: LOUSY SERVICE

I hv been try to get a refund for my duplicate booking for the pass two days...I even went to the office in sentral...all they can do is filled the e form...ya ok...after filling e form for lord knows how many times...I still can't get my refund coz they keep telling you "wrong contact name" why can't we talk to some humans in airasia that can help us instead of machine...bcoz ours are human errors which needs rationale to solve...trying to get airasia to refund us our money really sucks man......

I have been trying to submit this e-form for two days now and every time i complete it, it just goes to the next page and says ERROR. When is this going to be fixed?

I can directly show the ticket at the checkout and check in again immediately. I asked her 4-5 times to confirm as i dint want to face any problem while going to attend my husband's brothers wedding. She even got irritated when i asked her so many times. But when i went for check-in at bali airport, I was told that i need a malaysian visa to change flights at Kuala Lumpur. The manager at Denpaser Ngurah Rai International Airport (Rizka Maanf Siregar, 1AA00001711) was very rude and not helpful. He was not patient enough to listen to what we want to tell him and he told us many times to book another flight through malaysian airlines. We were confused if he works for airasia or malaysian airways. He wasn't ready to give us a statement about why we cannot enter the flight or even his details. It was difficult to get his name and id. Top of that he told he cannot call Melbourne Airasia office as they don't have international calling at Bali. We were confused if Airasia is International or not. He dint help us in checking if we have any other airasia flight.We tried to explain our situation by showing my brother's wedding invitation, but he dint care. We were very dissapointed. We had to book with malaysian airlines as suggested by your Manager at Bali airport. He told us that the total money will be reimbursed. We had to spend triple (AUD$1800) for the tickets, extra day charges like for room, taxi, food and top of that mental tension for us and for our family and friends. We couldn't reach on time and went for the wedding at the end. I called Airasia office in India, and they told me I have to call Melbourne office which i can do only when i go back to melbourne which will be after a month. I tried to contact through facebook. Had my flight cancelled by email with an offer of rebooking from Cebu to Kota Kabalu. I tried many many times to arrange a re-booking. I needed this flight to enter the Philippines for my visa now its so late to go there I will have to pay for a very expensive alternative flight. Reading the reviews below it looks like a refund will be highly unlikely. They are impossible to get through to on the phone and emailing doesn't help. Using Live Chat they lie about that they tried to contact. Each chat person giving a different reason why they couldn't get through. .........DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY......... I have booked twice in the last 3 weeks; last attempt was last night - went through the booking process selected my one way flight from KL to MEL selected my meal, seat etc, PAID up YET I RECEIVE THIS PENDING CONFIRMATION. My wife (Chong Yong sin) and I were travelling from Alor Setar to KLIA on28 March 2015 via AK6015. The flight support to depart at 2135 but due to delay we arrived at KLIA 2 at about 2330. When I purchased taxi coupon I was charged for midnight charges because the time I bought the coupon was at 0005. On 12 Jun 2015 my wife and I were travelling the same route via same flight number; the flight was delayed about 30 minutes. We touched down at KLIA2 at 2300 the same day. We had the buggy ride until the exit point. I was at the budget taxi coupon counter at 2325 to buy the coupon; I was told by the staff no budget taxi available at that time. I was asked to take a van which costs me RM199+ ( the journey is from KLIA2 to Bandar Mahkota Cheras). I opted for metered taxi which costs me RM162.00. I found out that the budget taxis were kept for after 0001 to charge for mid night charges and they have a commissioned of 9%.
