I am going mad with air Asia! No one will help! I am trying to use my credit to pay for a flight and using a MasterCard to pay the rest but the purchase button will not become available to select. No one is responding or willing to help? The price of the flights has already gone up and I’m at my wits end with this company! Any help please?

Twice on separate occasions I have attempted to book flights. Each time, half way through the booking I get Thai language. I can't read that so can't book the flights. Hence no flights with Air Asia. Why ????

I tried to book a flight and is came up unavailable after taking my details so I booked a different flight after my six attempt Air Asia charged me for every unavailable flight and deducted it fro my bank and are refusing to refund me the money ..but offered a cridet note that would have to be used in 90 days or they keep all. I called this robbery Roy green

Hello. Wanted to redeem Flight ticket with Big Points, however the website page keep showing 'Your session is expired. Please login again', I had login and out several time and refresh the page, however none is helping.

Yesterday I booked a ticket from airasia amount deducted from my account but didn't get ticket.how can I get my amount return Guest : I just booked the ticket with air asia. i paid with my debit card, but they never send the confirmation and the booking code. when i go to manage my booking it said that still need payment, but i checked that they already have deducted my bank balance. anyone have any idea?

Following several posts about problems with the AirAsia website, I have finally managed to book some flights today. Cut a long story short, the only way I managed to complete the process was through their app loaded to my phone. Try it!

Been trying to book flights from KL to Da Nang for several days now. Get all the way through to payment then it wont let you enter card expiry dates etc. Extremely frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

what happen to the website and apps ? any issue ? if this is a global issue airasia should take immediate action . it affected globally . stuck at payment stage and i need to take flight asap . please fix this Airasia .

Airasia should provide a fee free way to pay. If there are fees the customer CANNOT avoid, they should be included in the ticket search price. I think Australian authorities should stop Airasia flying to that country, until AirAsia follows Australian legislation and only passes on the actual cost of using credit card. Previously could avoid fees by using paypal - but seems this option is gone - as is my custom and vote for best low cost airline.

I have just tried to book a flight using the app. It won't allow payment by poli or paypal (error box with funny number comes up) or by any of my credit/debit cards - it goes to a blank screen, my bank logo comes up, the wheel spins for a few seconds and then it just goes back to the pay page. 4 hours later - nothing. I got through to live chat - worse than useless. Told me try again later - so 4 hours isn't long enough. Given the issues by others surely there would be a solution by now. given the poor and sloppy customer service something is clearly very wrong. I've been flying air asia copiously for over a decade and they've always been great...until now.

For the past 24 house I have been trying to book an AirAsia flight online - I'm still having no success. I fill in the details, but can't pay - the website wizzes off into the ether! I tried calling the help centre and stayed waiting on the phone for 45 minutes before giving up. I also tried the chat line, but it is not working properly and I never managed to chat to anyone.

Spent several hours trying to book Hanoi to Chiang Mai via Don Mueang, let’s me enter all info until I get to the payment page then crashes. Very frustrating. Not impressed with AirAsia on this, also they were over an hour late for another flight last week which caused me to miss a connecting flight and I had to stay overnight in Bangkok and buy another ticket the following day, not happy!! My job in Uk is an Airline Operations manager so I know how it should work and how you should look after customers when the issues are the company’s fault,!

I have the same problems as below. I even got through as far as payment and it crashed out. Web chat says I would be 75th in waiting list. !!! Tried for two days now. Must be a major system problem. I notice there is no notice or response from Asia Air on its website....

Airasia - I spent over 5 hours yesterday and today trying to book flights. Goes as far as selecting destinations, even seats and payemnt type at tines, and then just hangs on and the message says can't locate the page - very frustrating!

Update Seems like live chat isn’t working either. I started at number 60 in the queue and after 3 hours it went to number 25 in queue. Then suddenly it jumped back to 60 in queue. There is negative customer service here. Not only is there no customer service or any other way to get in touch with the airline on the weekend, it takes hours to figure out nothing in their system is working because their gateways let you part way into their system and then stall after a while.

Yes. I need to change flight date too. Manage my booking isn’t working. The call Center doesn’t operate on weekends. Live chat is swamped. Waited 3 hours so far for live chat but not sure my turn will come up before my scheduled departure. This is disgraceful “service”. I have had many other technical difficulties with the website in the past. They need a new IT department. Hope they don’t have similar operational issues.
