Ive been trying to book tickets and make a payment all day. It will not let me proceed after "Review & Pay". Does anyone else have this problem with their site?

Hi can anyone help ive just finally completed our booking with air Asia and had null booking error appear as this flight been booked or have we got to start again and why did the error occurred in the first place please any help would be great were so confused

I cancelled my flight last march because airasia changed my flight details. Its been 5 months now and i dont get any positive outcome from their incompetent agents. What can i do about this??

Guest : I am unable to do web check in, there is a message saying "General Error. Please Retry Again. Please proceed to the Check-In Counters for assistance if issues still persist". Tried this since morning. I get the same error. Have been trying for 6 hours now. Please someone help

I cant check in via website due to balance due. When I tried to buy more luggage , it informed that unsuccessful payment. I want do it again.please help. I tried to log in member but cant find booking number in manage bookings . I bought air ticket via other website airpaz.com. please help me complete check in. my booking is QKCQ8K and email ID : bichthuy186@yahoo.com. ,the fight is from KUL to HCM on 30th july. by the way, i have a booking from sydney to Kul ( TIK85Q) and other booking from Kul to HCM (QKCQ8K). can i fly thought without imigranting and check in luggage? i want do fly though service, how can i pay?

Myself, along with hundreds of other Australians are furious that AirAsia feel that it is okay to hold our refunds on flights and routes that AirAsia cancelled. You have promised in writing that payment will be credited back to us but nothing has turned up. Your customer service in Australia is useless, they either hang up on us or just tell us it's being transferred to us but we never receive it. I strongly request payments to be refunded immediately or we will have no other alternative to direct this towards a group legal action plus we will be contacting our media for consumers to help with this. It surprises me that you think that it is okay to take three to 4 months to refund money that does not belong to you. Very * and frustrated

Where is out refund??????? 3-4 months waiting, disgusting customer service and broken promises. You are a joke, 100's of us in Australia have been promised refunds due to you cancelling our flights but not receiving any monies..... Thanks for nothing. I assure you that we as a very large group will be taking legal action and will be contacting various media outlets regarding this.

sir, my friend from Mumbai has done my reservation from Begaluru to Chandigarh in Air Asia for 18th December 2016, through his email address my booking number is PGGMHJ. now i wants to change the date of my flight from 18 December to 19 December, same flight same route. is there any way to do same from my email address. Did your problem get solved?? I'm having this issue now Guest : I am facing problem to log in my Airasia member account. I not an airasia member when i book for my flight. So, once I complete the payment and received email from airasia, i try to click manage my flight and register my email which i use when i book for the flight. After i complete the registration and get the activation link, but then when I click the link, it appear: "Sorry, it looks like you’ve entered an invalid activation link or the link has expired. Please register again and activate your account within 72 hours." I unable to register again as state is existing email user. Hence, I unable to log in and manage my flight. Air aisa complain service is very very poor, my flight from Bali to klia2 on 29 April was reschedule for 4 hrs. i have bben trying to contact air asia by eform to request document for the delay and time verification to submit for insurance claim. i always get new reference number stating will respond within 5 working days. Until now i have not received the document request.

It went straight to Access Denied when i selected any type of payment options (Credit Card/Debit Card, Credit Account or E-Gift Voucher)

arrived late in Manila from Cebu due to airplane in holding pattern. Missed connection flight to Hong kong. They made me buy another ticket... to add to money already lost on first one! Oh, and 1600php charge on a carry on bag, which was no issue until then, was more kicked when down. Will never do anything with rip off agency again.

Repeating and keep repeating..."Access Denied"...this is the problem since 16 June 2016 after clicked for payment...Really sad as can't complete for the desired flight ticket...the price is increasing day by day! I have tried 4 times today to book flights Perth to Bali return and every time I get to the final page after choosing payment method and it c comes up "error in retrieval" and resets to first screen. Over it! Surely after all these years you could optimise your website to an acceptablestandard?93c
