I booked 2 tickets & after several tried it worked. But for the last 3 hours I"ve been trying to book for another leg of my trip to no avail. I had a live chat twice & followed all the instructions & it still did not work. I'll give it one more try tomorrow & if that does not work I will have to choose another airline :-(

I am trying to book online but the payment center option doesn't show.
Every time I book flights for multiple people the website automatically changes 1 persons birth date to the incorrect date. It is almost like it is set up on purpose to do this so you have to pay to have it changed.
I had trouble too I booked tickets on 10/20 had to re enter card info a few times. I did finally get a confirmation email with flight number and everything. HOWEVER no money has been withdrawn from my bank account. Its sunday now, three days later!
I never have any add ons when booking AirAsia. Does anyone knows what is "CONG" that appears below the Add-ons & Fees on the invoice? Thanks

As a member of AirAsia customers, AirAsia makes it so difficult for you to reach them to get a response. There is customer care phone number and web chat asked you to wait for 40 minutes for a customer care to chat with you about your complaints. What a joke!

I have been trying to pay for flights for 5 hours, the website sucks ! Amongst all the atemps, I succeeded to validate the payment twice with verified by visa, but then the website bugs ! I hope I won't get charge. So useless...
Im glad to see Im not the only one - they obviously don't want our business nor care. There should be something on their web page advising of payment difficulties instead of wasting everyones time. I have tried 5 times now. It better not come out of my bank 5 times down track!!!!!!!!!

If this helps anyone, I first tried on Chrome and Firefox with the same problems. Then I tried on Safari and it went through! Just got my confirmation email.
I cant pay either! live chat was rubbish and not helpful in the slightest. They said that IT are working on it and check back in 24hrs. There are limited seats on the flights of interest to me.

Wow.....i am not the only one. Have been trying to book a return ticket for a friend since Sept 30. After the Purchase button is hit, and even if succeed in sending the OTP, the page reverts to REVIEW AND PAY. It has been a week. Daily attempt. Live Chat is no help - asked to clear cache, keep trying. When pressed for an answer cos I said I have seen similar complaints in their FB, they admitted there is a glitch... happens to some people.... IT trying to solve the problem. Why cant they just admit that there is a problem instead of asking us to try this and that as though it was our fault. Asked us to to to the airport LCCT terminal to book at their sales office. OMG - do they realize that it is 45 minutes drive one way? Dont know when it will be fixed. In the meantime, to those booking from abroad, I guess you might be better off trying other airlines. Shame to an airlines which boast of online marketing and booking.
I wasted the whole afternoon, tried a few times to click purchase and the screen does not move or when I finally got through, the final payment screen goes back to transaction screen again. At one of the try, the screen even showed nets transfer to air asia successful. I ended up having to call 2 banks that I used my cards to ensure there was no deduction. This experience is really uncomfortable. Decided not to fly with Air Asia.

I have gone through the booking process 7 times to book a flight for two people from Phuket to KL. Every time I try and pay, the screen locks and nothing happens. I am paying in UK Sterling, with a debit card. Finances are good. There is no phone number to call in the U.K. Tried several cards. Are they in financial difficulty, does anyone care, is Tony Fernandez reading any of this, or is he still focusing his attentions on trying to run an F1 team? Looks like he's killing the goose that lays the golden egg- get with it Air Asia, or go bust... In the time it took to write this, my partner booked flights on Malaysian. Pity, only took 3 minutes. How can you overlook this stuff! Come on!!!!!
Unable to purchase ticket via Air Asia mobile app as I keep having this pop up thing saying ''the data couldn't be read because it isn't in the correct format'' when I want to proceed to the payment summary page. First time user on the app and huge disappointment.
PayPal has confirmed yesterday that money has been transferred to Air Asia successfully. I saw my booking yesterday on BigShot. I did not receive an Air Asia receipt confirmation. can't see my booking on BigShot today. I get a 5022: Null Reference Exception. Ask AirAsia is down. Please help. Is my flight booked or not?

I had a family member that was dying and I hurried to book a return ticket from Phom Penh to Bangkok. Then I booked a ticket with Qantas flying to Australia and a return ticket back to Bangkok. Unfortunately I needed to cancel all my flights. Because I booked my ticket with Air Asia less than 48 hours before the flight, they wouldn't refund the cost of myticket. With my Aunty passing away, I wasn't in a very good mood. I went to Air Asia's office in Phnom Penh asking the staff member to help me and he was informed that I needed to show them a bloody death certificate, how shameful is this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I showed him the picture of my Aunty lying in her bed. And by this time I was getting very frustrated and annoyed. I spoke with the call center in Bangkok and they wanted a death certificate. I told them , you are kidding me, firstly my Aunty just died and then they wanted me to show them proof. This is a multi million business and Air Asia airline company didn't want to refund me USD$ 160.00 . I will personally go to their head office in Bangkok and make a formal complaint.
I've been experiencing the same and it lasted for at least a few days already. Most of the time after I pressed Purchase button, it brought me back to the Review & Pay page. A few times I got to the Card Verification page (by the merchant bank), and after I verified the card, the system sent me back to Review & Pay page instead of Booking Completed page. There is absolutely no means of communication channel besides AskAirAsia, I waited 50 mins on Live Chat and they weren't helpful at all.

Activation link not working. Proceeding as a guest, when I tried to pay it didn't list my bank, then kicked me out of the system. Now can't even log in. I am trying to give you guys money, you're making it very hard to to business with you.

Tried to book a case onto my flight during the checkin phase Denied the card and now will not let me check in due to "Balance due". No way of paying the balance as we cant log in and therefore no way of checking in. Terrible, terrible service, will not be recommending to anyone!
