Guest : We are not paying so much prices to flight airline that there system are not even prepared to handle this kind scanerio. I had booked a flight on 23rd May with Indigo, the experience was smooth and they automatically credited the account in credit shell. There chat messenger is not like AirAsia AVA. You guys are living luxury lifestyle in the time of boom and when comes the time of depression you start crying for money and bail out to govt. Rather you should invest for such a situation in the happy time itself. A simple solution could be to keep a small team assigned to confirm there flight . Rahter than people calling Airline and increasing the load on the airline . YOur system are showing different status at different places.

Guys just go to airport and ask them. They will guide you, online contact are wasting your time.

AVA airaisa says my information is incorrect even when it is correct. I have my flight booked on upcoming days. Live chat takes forever and call couldn't connect. Donno what to do.

In case you are wondering that why it takes more than 30 days as they have promised after you have successfully filed a case for credit account. I have filed a case last March 26. 30 days later (April 26) still no response and I was getting paranoid. My supposed date flights (May 2 to 5) are approaching and still no credit account given. Then my flight booking no longer shown in my bookings, and I was hopeless. Airasia replied in my email address on May 11 stating that they have received my case and will credit the amount after 15 days. It was a relief for me. But surprisingly on May 13 they have said they credited the amount. I checked and it was there. You just need patience. They maybe accomodating a lot of bookings everyday. Stay check your email regularly.

Instead of getting my refund, I decided to take the “credit account (2yrs)” but then the chatbot says the information that I given to chatbot didn’t much their record for validation. However, I doubled check my booking thru “manage booking” all the information I’d given them matched on the “manage booking”

JVA : Same here. 3 flights are still in NEW status even if its more than 30 days already Guest : I requested for refund on 12/3/2020 and today its 13/4/2020. On the website they say they will need up to 30days to process my refund and i think it has been around 30 days? The thing is when i check with AVA for case status, the case status is new. May i know what does "New" means? I have the same problem

Hi Everyone!!! Share something to you!!! Today I managed to get into livechat with waiting time close to 20mins+ Tried in 8am.... Two operators engage me, but two different SOP on requesting information... connection got cut off, as i'm using HP and one of them request to upload passenger's IC/passport copy. Story cut short, i manage to Credit to Account using AVA. Before talk to AVA, go to our Big Account. Check your profile name and the credit card name. Are they the same? Else, correct your profile name. Mine not same, once i corrected my profile name and goes to AVA, no error prompted during the process. Have a try and good luck!

I cannot check my expiry date of my credits in credit account option. When I click on it the webpage showed blank. HELP
