i got the same message. i need to add baggage weight but keep getting system error message. it is not fair to get charged extra at the airport when we tried to purchase prior but keep getting error.. arghh..

Never ever been able to check in using the App or on my laptop, tried several times in last two years (always 'system error' pretty disfunctional IT!! Just turn up early and queue, you have to any way in most places. T

I can check in for domestic, but can't check in for international. Tried the website and the app. Very frustrating, please fix this quickly.

Tried to install Air Asia app on a new android phone, the app crashes. Tried on 2 other phones and its the same. Also get stuck on the payment page after the opt code is sent. Did it about 20 times. So I drove to the airport and paid at the counter. Has anyone found solutions for these problems?

Stuck on the payment page in their Android app. Airasia, you are not letting me pay you. And this happens so many times! Terrible!!

Air asia appear to be blocking any access to their website using any VPN. I first started having problems last year where I could search flights but would hang on booking if connected via VPN. Then couldn't get past the slider rubbish without disconnecting from VPN. Recently can't even access their site. Their loss as I always use a VPN and now use Nok Air in Thailand instead who play no games with their website.

can't make payment via bigpay card, once key in OTP the page return to previous payment menu. Airasia customers service agent insists it has nothing to do with their system. Screw Fernandes

I can't pay using my credit card.. But my first transaction was a success the second was on the same day and the error continuea that it was not successful.. Using the same card.. I need some helo I badly need to book the ticket now.. The flight will be on 24th of january.
