I have tried a number of devices and web browsers but still get stuck at the "not a robot verification stage" when will it be fixed!!?

This maybe of some help. I struggled for two days when trying to book a flight; App continuously failed at the payment stage & I couldn't get past the robot despite trying different browsers, PC's, a Mac & an iPhone. I finally succeeded by doing the following. Downloaded the Opera browser, turned on Opera's built in VPN, set my location as Americas & changed payment currency to the country of the flights origin (Korean Won in this case). This enabled me to pass the robot verification & book the flight. I don't know if it was either the VPN, currency or a combination of both. I do know that I tried using Asia as my location without success (though I didn't try Asia & Korean Won as a combination).

Can not redeem airasia points. When I try to redeem, it comes up with message "Failed to get airasia cache". Pathetic. First of all, rarely my flights got credited and secondly, you can't use them. Air Asia is a gimmick. I have had at least 70 flights with them (never a promo flight). So, I can only say that I use them only for shorter and convenient flights. Other than that, they are no good for anything. After United airlines, they are the worst in the world .

Am also having a lot of issues trying to get past the robot verification. Tried over 20 times. Is there some kind of technique to the sliding? A speed etc?

I am try to register then I click the link that sent by airasia to verify my email. When I clicked it said "Account activation unsuccessful Oops. The activation link you clicked has expired. It’s OK. We can send you another activation link. Just click on the ‘Resend activation link’ button." Then I cicked that button then gussed wht it said "Sorry, we’ve no record of this email. Please check your info and try again. " How come a company could say the link will expire in 72 hours then sent 4 expired link!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you use IE, it will running. I tried in Chrome and it was the same errror. After that I changed the browser to IE, and it is OK now. I hope it will.

We were caught by the booking process and only bought baggage for the forward leg, while thinking that we had bought the baggage allowance for both legs. On our return journey, we were caught at the check-in counter without a baggage allowance. We had to buy the first 15kg at RM 150, plus RM50 per kg thereafter. So if you want 20kg, you would have to pay RM150 + RM250 = RM400! A costly mistake!

I completed by reservations on their website just recently and it works great. Clear options and easy to understand the breakdown of the fares,taxes and add on options. I will write another review when I take my flight this upcoming June.

I have attempted to book twice - even pressed the confirm button, but it came up with ''Sorry, an error has occurred. Please try again later.'' I am slightly worried that my card may have randomly been charged - has this happened to anyone else? I haven't received a confirmation / booking number of any sort - I need to wait until my bank opens to make sure I haven't been charged.
