Guest : This also worked for me... :) Found a fix - click on the Forgot Password link to reset your password. Once reset you should be able to login and manage your booking without a problem. Just tried this and it worked for me :) Guest : Please fix your website. Logging in and adjusting my booking is extremely difficult. It continuously logs me out when I click the manage button. Booking flights has been the worst experience. This airline is disappointing and I would not recommend it to any of my family members.

Hey everyone! I solved the problem already! I had the same problem as i cannot log in to manage my booking. In the end i choose forget password. If you're lucky, after successfully resetting your password cause some can't seem to reset, well your problem is solved! If not I really don't know how. After successfully logging in to the 'manage my booking' you will receive an email of your membership number and all you gotta do is pay for your insurance, luggage and seat! After payment done then you have your booking done :) Hope this helps.

Sebastien Dental : The worst company ever ! Air Asia Thailand agree to fly my wife and I to Krabi from Bangkok and they refused to fly us back home 2 days later because she was pregnant. They left us alone in the empty airport at 8.30pm with no other option to go back home. My wife was exausted and crying.. unacceptable. After calling 3 times and sending couple of emails, medical certificate, etc. not even a single manager called us back! What a pour customer service. They are only efficient to take reservations and payment. Forget about service... does not exist. You should treat your pregnant wife like a queen. Instead, you get her the cheapest airline ticket....

FRANK VANT WOUT : No Refund Airline On the 1st April 2013 my wife and I left for a 4 months trip throughout Asia. For this trip we booked many flights and some were with AirAsia, an airline we have never flown with before. We all know how frustrating it is when an airline cancels or re-schedules a flight. But how do you feel when you’re entitled to a refund for a cancelled flight but the airline keeps fobbing you off. We found out on the 29th April, that AirAsia cancelled their route between Danang and KL as from the 10th June. For us it meant that we had to opt for a refund and re-book on another airline (at 5 times the cost) Very promptly we received an “ Auto Generated Response” promising us a refund within 30 business days and that our request for a refund had been escalated. We had paid for the flight using PayPal and expected the refund to go into our PayPal account. No such thing happened. We then tried to fill in a refund form on their website. However the site would not accept our name or booking number so we gave up and decided to wait till we got to KL in early July and visit their office at KL Sentral station. Once in KL we tried a life chat on the computer from which we got promptly disconnected after 10 minutes without achieving anything. Our visit to AirAsia office in KL achieved nothing either other than another promise to escalate the refund. We arrived back in Melbourne end July and emailed them again about our refund. In response another “Auto Generated Response” email arrived telling us that our refund has been validated, escalated and we will be refunded within 30 working days. Still no refund after the 30 days and by then they have stopped answering our emails. The AirAsia support team in Australia was unsupportive and left us with a different email address from which we have yet to receive a response. The complaint form we filled in on their new site also remains unanswered. In October we filled out a new refund form on their much improved website. Now we have a new case number and have to go through the validation process again. The return email promised an update within 24 hours but it never happened. We don’t believe that they have any intention of paying us our refund. This airline has no customer support. They promise to escalate, validate, revert back with an outcome, communicate with their finance department, review, update, expedite, provide substantive response and suitable solution and complete the refund process within 30 business days and they call you “Valued Guest”. And what do you get….NOTHING, just “Auto Generated Responses “. Even though AirAsia is a low cost carrier, its customers should not be treated this way. I would truly think twice before flying AirAsia. Have you got the refund till now??Have you tried reaching consumer forum regarding this?

My sister was suppose to fly to penang for school on 25.11.13. She arrived at the airport with long lines and by the time she reached the counter, the person declined her check in. I understand the terms on having to check in an hour maximum beforehand but the counter opened was only a few and the lines were crazy due to peak season. We tried checking in before but the AirAsia website is at its dumbest period. Even after 12 midnight I still have to wait in the "waiting room". We couldn't get a ticket for the next flight because my card got declined for no reasons at all. To make it even worst, the price happily increasing everyday. Thank you AirAsia!

I got someone to book a flight to Medan. Apparently the last name was printed wrongly.Frantically I tried to get the customer service in vain then I tried the live chat hoping to get some help but each time I start to type they cut me off. I also tried another number at the website given, all the say way way up something like that. What we need is immediate attention and not answering machines. WE are losing our time and money. If Air Asia is irresponsible other than collecting money then people like me has to lose our money in all ways. Please Air Asia improve

Aisan Airlines my 2 young daughters were left stranded at Tokyo AIRPORT last night after the 11.35pm flight to KL had departed. The taxi driver had taken them to the wrong airport hence they missed their flight. On arriving by a second taxi at second airport not a person from Asian Airlines could be found and my girls had to call Australia for me to get some action. On contacting the call centre, I did mange to speak with Araf who was patient as he realized their mother was in a panic. The consultant Araf was fantastic however, he fact that I had to pay two new fares without any discount or consideration given now shows me to fly Qantas one of the best ailines. Great customer service once again I had to contact them as one of the girls will miss the connecting light out of Australia which was arranged on landing back into Australia. On contacting Qantas they booked her on a second flight for a fee of $143.00 which I thought was brilliant not a whole new air ticket like Air Asia charged. No further travel with AirAsia from this family. I travel frequently as do my family and I took seven airlines through Asia two years ago, Vietnam Airlines was the stand out I was extremely surprised how brilliant their service was and at this time one of my flights was Asia Airlines and of the seven flights I had ranked you last. As I said cheap airline not really, I checked and found after tax comparison with superior airlines not all that cheap. Word of mouth is good advertising, I have plenty to say on this issue. When young people are stranded at an international airport and, cannot get assistance as there is no one available at the airport and then trying to contact the call centre proved just as difficult is not good enough. This will be the last time our family use Air Asia. On a last note I also have found these airlines never have a contact telephone number to call and discuss issues or any questions one may have. I find it interesting the airlines that offer no service, do not have contact numbers listed. The reason must be that passengers cannot contact them as expressed by a passenger on this review site who is still trying to obtain his refun for a flight canceled by the airline.

A good budget airline..Aircraft clean, meals okay, seats a little tight. Need to allow another 5 minutes to their turnaround times. That would increase the on time performance. Biggest problem is if you have a problem it is a big problem getting in touch. No phone service and their email Eform service sucks to put it mildly.

I have been trying for 2 days to get into "Manage my Booking" I login OK but when I press manage my booking it asks me to login again. I repeat the login process. It now doesn't allow me to login again! Very frustrating I went onto chat program. I was told I was 68 in queue and would have a 21 minute wait. 30 minutes later I was 41 in the queue and asked to wait another 13 minutes. After 15 minutes more I was still 41 in the queue and asked to wait 13 minutes. I then gave up! All this to try and book Red carpet book in! I have now spent 3 hours trying to book the red carpet treatment. Better to maybe get to the airport 30 minutes earlier.

Very bad services and money minded. Even phone call are unfairly charged with Rm1.95. Your call introduction already used up 2 minutes and your customer service office keep repeating question that are already available in the system. No contact number available to contact other than AirAsiaX services. Please consider that not all of your user have internet facility. How in the world are they to check the flight schedule e.g. return flight that is more 2 weeks gap. Your web system is unable to display the status/infor for flight more than 2 weeks.

Air Asia dumped me in Hanoi when I was due to go to Hong Kong due to an engine failure. Ok, not their fault. 8 hours later in a locked area, we had no food, and only money we'd kept on us. At no time did Air Asia ever inform us as to departure time. eventually I arrived in HK at 4am. I had missed my connection, the airport essentially closed down with no taxis or buses into the city. After subsequent email, letters and even a visit to their head office (a little counter at Kuala Lumpur) i realised that Air Asia contracts everything out. There is NO ONE who would ever respond. They are despicable and only useful if you can get a really good promo price and fly internally in Thailand for example. By the way their now suspended London-Bngkok was the worst experience ever.

As a frequent traveler due to works and family commitment, require me to option for the best available airline with competitive price. Airasia always the best option, pricing and frequency of flight is the priority and they good with it. However due to Airasia hectic scheduling cause a lot of bad experience traveling with this airline. The remark of flight delay, manipulation of price and rude services associate well in Airasia. My conclusion with recent flying experience from KL-BKI was justified well. Flight detail AK 5122 form KL-LCCT to Kota Kinabalu for 19:15 was announce delay with the crappy speaker which need sharp hearing skill to interprets the meaning. In this normal situation we just waited for the next announcement and sitting facing the designated counter that the door share by multiple destination to add the confusion. Too make the story short. While waiting for the flight at the designated area I was abandon and missing my flight with full alert situation. Hello. In the terminal and waiting area facing the departure door still this can happen. Yes in KL- LCCT these can happen. The lowest services given by the Air Asia staffs that manning that counter at that time for check-in customer like me. The chemistry of the staff with crappy attitude with the crappy sound system and overloaded sharing of one departure door will cost the unlucky customers like us. The conclusion, the service given by Air Asia when managing check-in passenger in the terminal can be a big blunder. I have to purchase second ticket RM 350 and on top with RM 10 for second time Check-in. Yes. Purchase second ticket on the same airline and still forks another RM 10 for check-in. Hope they can fix the standard operating procedure for the departure hall in all the places they involved. Hope they will refund my money that causing a big blunder by its own Air Asia staff X

Why does this airline exist? The website is awfully slow and is full of traps. The mobile check in has stopped working, the app has stopped working. The queues are forever long and what's this Cancel to cancel your goinsure BS? Tried saving the RM10 admin fee by signing up for their scammy Tune2Big cards? NOPE they'll charge you RM5 anyway eventhough they advertise it as "the only card that has no admin fee".

Flights and flight crew are acceptable for a LCC . The non - flight service is zero and any problems cannot be addressed by Air Asia. They cannot be contacted by telephone and are slow to respond to emails. The staff do not have the knowledge or authority to address the issues raised. Just hope that you do not have a problem to resolve with Air Asia.
