Online checkout page doesn't seem to be allowing me to pay with my debit card....even though i've used this same debit card multiple times before this to buy my Airasia tickets online. Also, the online banking option doesn't seem to work either, keeps saying it has occurred an error. Called my bank and they say there's no issue with them so it has to be with Airasia's online system. HOPE THEY FIX THIS SOON.

i tried to book a connecting flight on AirAsia and it would not accept my credit card. the first leg was booked w/o a problem. i will ask for a refund.

Stupid airasia i totally cant see what is the image that the security check in Please type the characters you see in the image. If Tony can read the image, i free to work for him 3 months.....totally don understand why airasia IT so stupid.

hi.. i tried entering almost 60 times of otp (one time password) to confirm my credit card payment of my master card and amazingly non of the otp works to secure and confirm my booking. the worst payment system ever.

How you can see the visa is attached... (Hi! I've just had a big problem with the airasia team in Phnom Penh, in Cambodia. I did my check-in but I won't fly because my e-visa for India wasn't coming in my email. Though i applied for that. I showed all information for airasia team but they didn't accepted my arguments. Then I'm losing my fly right now. I tried take them names but nobody told me. I began a video but the guys called the police while one the airasia team got my phone and took off the video. I'm really upset about this big problem and I gonna look for my right as soon as if this problem won't be fixed. I lost my ticket and now I need to change all my schedule. I hope that you can help me)

Guest : I've been trying to book flights now for two days now. I have trouble getting the fields to fill then when I have finally completed them the page reverts to looking for flights. The last time when I gave all my credit card details I was given a message stating that the AirAsia sysrtem does not support my bank (which I now it does). I was directed to a new page which asked me for my bank user ID and password. This makes me suspect that AirAsia has been the victim of hacking. I'd rather choose www.iflyfirstclass.com/ There you can leave the request and manager will contact you. Usually manager provides several options for tickets, so you can choose what is the most suitable for you. Maybe it will help you to make your trips better)) Just a little advice from me)

FORCED TO RE BOOK A RETURN FLIGHT (NEXT DAY) DUE TO A LAZY STAFF THAT WOULD RATHER EAT FRIED CHICKEN AT CHECK IN THAN (GOD FORBID) HAVE ANY SORT OF GUEST FOCUS / DILIGENCY WTF ????????? We were returning home from the island of Boracay via Kalibo airport on Sat Feb 11th 2017. We arrived over an hour early to this super small airport (2-3 planes) that only had a few people in line. We went through detectors and waited in the line for 20 minutes with only 2-3 people in front of us. The air asia (filipino) workers did not seem to be in any hurry and let the 2 people ahead of us go through and enter immigration to ultimately board their plane that was just being called to board. The lady checked our names on the computer and then stated that our carry on bags were at capacity and that a further charge may apply as we go through customs. We said that's fine and that's when she told us that the plane was finished boarding and was ready to take off .. We were there well ahead of boarding call and easily could have boarded the plane. at that point I asked her why she let the 2 people in front of us board and not us. She replied, you were too late and missed final boarding call. Apparently the plane was leaving much too early and we weren't even given a chance to hear names called. I protested and demanded I see a supervisor as i was being treated unfairly for an unknown reason. After, disagreeing and going back and forth with her for an hour. She wanted to rebook (750.00 USD) our tickets for the following day. Being in another country with 10 military personnel armed with M-16's we had ZERO choice but to go find a hotel and rebook. ABSOLUTELY will be reimbursed for this BS. This was a serious breakdown in the lack of judgement, guest focus, cultural divided non-sense that makes my stomach turn writing this review. I paid an additional $780.00 USD to fly back 1-way with my wife. I MAYBE COULD SEE A PENALTY OF 50.00 or maybe 100.00....... ::<<<

1. User cannot booking tickets and pay offline. Many customer of Air Asia are facing the same problem when booking their tickets. They got error notification when trying to pay by credit card, especially Visa. This will give inconvenient experience to customer and will reduce interest booking via online. We can see from Air Asia website. After we search the flight, filling details and select the add-ons. And then we see another tab for payment method. In there we can only internet banking (direct debit), unionpay, and credit card/debit card. There are no offline payment or on the spot. Now many airlines use this option because it is more convenient and flexible. When user wants to book online but they don’t want to pay it via credit card they can pay it later in the counter. (www.qatarairways.com, 2017). Other reason for having this option and they can avoid online payment problem like security issue and error. This option is alternative option so if they can’t use Visa. 2. Last minute online booking. Air line should have last minute online booking in their system. It will make their booking system more flexible. This feature will help many users that facing urgent problem, such as death of family member. Air Asia has this feature in their website, but the website closed already. (Airasia.com, 2017) They should re-open this feature so that will reduce panic, because when something that sudden thing happen people still can monitor the available seats for them to book. This thing will help people to buy some time and find another option for them.

I hadn't transferred any money to my account so it got declined. Then I tried again, now with sufficient funds and did not get a confirmation of my booking, only: InProcessPaymentChanged : The payment to be validated has been changed by the client. Same * happened to me lau : I book my air ticket but there is no email confirm with me whether i successfully book the ticket. So the next day i booked another air ticket with the same schedule as I think the system did not recognised my booking. The same problem occurred again. No email is confirmed with me.
