AirAsia advised me to book a flight a year prior to the time appropriate for me, asking me to change the flight date this year 2019 for the coming year 2020. (I already have flights for this year.) (I only flymAirAsia and am a Premium Member.). However it seems that I can't go to MANAGE MY BOOKING, I get an error message that the page is unavailable. Will I just have to go to the AirAsia flight booking office in Avalon Melbourne to try to change the problem flight? Does anyone have advice for me?

Paul : There is a fix for this. Delete the Air Asia app (and the BIG app if you have it installed) and then make your booking through the website on your phone. Worked twice for me tonight 03JUL19. nothing happened too

cant make booking on site for two days. Get to slide the bar and comes up ERROR try to refresh. Despite doing this multiple times still cannot book. Looks like we will have to go with another airline. The AirAsia Virtual Assistance is no assistance at all!

I made a booking with air asia and at the end after i enter the otp for my card payment the apps stated payment error. I called the bank, money has been deducted but i went to air asia counter the staff say that my card is decline while the bank says the money deducted for air asia. So i have no choice to book again, this time all went well but the first booking money have not refund to my bank account, any idea how to check with airasia as i called Australia number no answer.

Got same error for a passenger in my friends and family list. I re-typed 2nd passenger details manually and all went through fine. Really frustrated with airasia. This is the second time after payment but the status is still shown need payment. Money deducted from cimbclicks, but airasia customer service agent said will check and reply through email. Wait 2 days, no news. Will try call airasia next Monday.

Been trying to book tickets from SG to KL (return) last night. What a FRUSTRATING experience AirAsia!!! Tried so many times but “Error Code 999: unable to connect to server” keeps popping up. Tried again this evening and the same message appears. So we booked an alternative airline!! NOT going to fly AIRASIA again.

Am having the same issue since yesterday while trying to book flight from Maldives to Malaysia. Keep getting this retarded message: "The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application." Tried several times. Tried clearing cache. Tried different browsers. Might as well try different airline if AirAsia can't get their sh!t together!

What is this 'waiting room'? I filled in the booking, then it directs me to a page to do it all again, and then I am directed to a waiting room. What a * of time this is! Is this usual or is there a problem with the website?
