Hello AirAsia, I need to inform you of a MAJOR BUG in your Airasia Mobile App for Android. When checking in for a flight using the App, it does not retain the Passport Expiry Date or My Date of Birth. For each flight I have to re-select this. BUT the problem is that the App does not allow you to enter the details at Check in, you have to scroll the months one by one as there is no short cut. This means to re-select my Passport Expiry date I scroll 48 screens and to select my birthdate I have to scroll 660 months of screens, so for each return flight mobile app check in I need to tap or swipe 1,416 times. ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED AND SIXTEEN. I assume no one else is using this app on android as who would be willing to do such a thing. Please fix this. Regards Joe
Your payment page is borked. Have been trying to book for past 2 days. Everything works up to the payment page, and it just gets stuck loading. Have tried on my work PC, home PC and my phone and tried FireFox, Internet Explorer and Chrome, same problem the booking always gets stuck endlessly loading when I reach the payment page. One more day and I am giving up and taking my money elsewhere.
AirAsia website sucks! Our internet connection is fine but the loading minutes take too long. I'm at the final step which is payment. It is very irritating since I have to wait very long. Bad/poor service. Not a well maintained website.

Dear Air Asia, im going to comolain to international court that you are selling airolain tickets and they turn to be bus and fairy. For me fairy is ok, but bus i cant go becouse of i get fever for 1-2 weeks after twenty minutes in ac bus. On your aoolication this transit have an icon of airolain. Why its bus????? What the hell you are cheating customers? I comolain everywhere and write reviews in english and russian everywhere in internet.

AirAsia's online booking system is terrible. Have spent 3 hours trying to book flights from Bangkok to Luang Probang. Online booking system website is useless. Have reverted to booking by phone which is also not easy and costs more than online price. I travel in SE Asia a lot but will try to avoid AirAsia in future. Dreadful customer experience in their website and terrible customer service from AirAsia.

AIR ASIA did * overall!!! omg!!! i bought ticket at this morning around 6:30.. and i did check in through the AIR ASIA MOBILE CHECK IN, the error occurs, they didnt allow me to pick my own seat, all they did is set up my seat and then then there is no add-on session in the app. i wanted to purchase extra baggage, and they didnt appear. i tried to do the live chat at 7:00 am, then the website is kind of error, it said my number queue is at 100, i have waited until number queue of 38, then suddenly the website reload by itself, and the number changed to 98.. HOW COME THIS EVEN HAPPEN?!? this led me so disappointed... and then i tried again to call the customer care, they said this number only available for code D7 something.. OMG! I FEEL SO STRESSFUL with the services that provided by AIRASIA!! I did try the live chat again, and they give me nothing for the answer..LOL... they said i should purchase the baggage not less than 4 hours before the flight.. and you know what i told them i did check in 6 hours before the flight.. and they still keep trying to put the blame on me... omg.. seriously!!!! is this how they try to solve the guests problems???? I DO HOPE AIRASIA DO THEIR BEST TO SERVES ALL THE CUSTOMERS. DONT SAY USELESS THINGS... PLEASE TRY TO MAKE YOUR CUSTOMER FEEL THEY ARE WANTED!!!! AND TO BE HONEST AIRASIA IS NOT CHEAP AT ALL!!! Air Asia website booked my flight on the wrong date. Had logged in and had two windows open. Was comparing costs for the two dates I was considering doing this. Decided to pay and process the date of Jan. 13th. The window with Air Asia info for a flight on Jan. 12th was still open. Again was comparing costs for both dates. As the payment is processing the website reverts to the other date of Jan. 12th on the other window. This could have been because I was logged in on both windows. My credit card was charged for the lower fare on the 13th. But under My Bookings, it notes I still must pay. Pay the difference between the flight on the 13th and flight on the 12th. Which is a higher fare. Now trying to get Air Asia to look into this. Their chat and phone support offer nothing.

I already confirm my flight to danang and proceed for website check iin to add baggage and also change seats . When coming payment , due to delay and hiccups between , the website show run out time and neeed to check in at KLIA2. I trying to find telephone numbers to call to justify it but wrost , no one pick up and certain call to call later . May I know is this the services that AirAsia that can provide to the customers.
14/11/2017 I book for trip , but unsuccesful. But my cimb account was deducted twice rm870. why is this happen? Probably, your bank account had been reserved for deduction, but still is not deducted immediately after the attempt to pay for the air ticket. You are advised to contact the bank with the a clam "cancel 2 transcations of RMB 870 as no service receved". Noone will answer "why".

I tried again in the afternoon and managed to sign up for it. But as I click on manage my booking, I was directed to member sign in/ sign up page again. I am sure I have booked the air ticket successfully as I have received flight itinerary via email as soon as the payment has been processed. Does that mean I need to register first before I make the booking so that it links to my membership account or is this a technical issue on AirAsia server? Kindly advice. Thanks.

Lea Sikolis You need to request the issuance fr om the trader (the web site of the iar line or of the agent), wh ere you had made your booking. In case of the refausal to provide you with e-ticket, you are entitled to claim the 10 November farudlent transaction in full to the bank - your card emitent.
Hello I have made my bookimg from BKI to KLIA on 12th. Although payment had bewn deducted from my account but till npw i have not received the itenerary
I have tried many times to book a flight and every time I press the pay button the screen goes blank. If there was any other airlines that goes from Sihanoukviile to KL I would take them. I already booked Malaysia Airlines from KL to Bangkok so Airasia lost money there. Airasia needs to fire their IT people as they are losing them lots of money and customers.

Something is seriously wrong with the website. Have been trying to book a ticket since 7pm something till 8:30pm, website is not very responsive, also glitchy, for a moment, I can see no flight at all available on the date I searched, the next moment many flights option become available to choose again, the next moment no flights available again. Stucked at every booking page too. Then have to start all over again....

Trying to get to the payment screen, but that screen just won't update fully. The page shows several spinning wheels, at least one will not complete despite numerous tries. No way to complete a booking! Quite frustrating.
