Hello. I have booked a ticket from Air Asia. but unfortunately, i wrongly key in my email address and i forgot my booking number. I have checked in but i cant print my tickets. Please advise me a.s.a.p due my flight is on 29/12/2019 from BKI to TWU. Thank you.

I had done webcheckin but didnot print boarding pass thinking that I can reprint them at the airport. Apparently when I arrived at the airport, I can't print the boarding pass. turns out that I was not checked in and the checkin counter was already closed. sucks. I missed my flight. kindly fix your website. *

Guest : They have the most F U P online booking and customer service. Can’t even log in to my bookings to buy extra luggage i have the same problem but i just need to change my flight date and they kept on downloading a document

The online check in is hanging for 25 mins and still hanging. I can see the boarding pass but it keep loading..

I change my booking flight on 13 Dec 2019. When it came to the screen to ask me to PAY, I rechecked my itinerary which is incorrect. Hence I need to re-amend it but the screen just stay at the PAY screen for 2 days now. No way I can exit from the screen or refresh it. Call the support and given the usual * solution (reboot -as though we did not know). Nightmare with AA booking system.

Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.", "Status": "error" } same problem encountered since yesterday after indicating card details but payment cannot proceed due to error being prompted. NEED IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE ON THIS. Thank you

I need some help/advice. I want to book a flight from Osaka to Manila in April 2020. Air Asia shows flights only until March 2020 for this route. I searched other Air Asia routes from Osaka (e.g. to Taipei) and there is availability throughout the year. I contacted the airline and they told me to "check periodically until the April flights to be published". I don't know whether they will stop flying this route from April 2020 or they will continue to sell flights later on. So, I don't know what to do. Should I wait or should I go for another option?

i made payment via creditcard and it wasnt confirmed,if it was bitcoin payment i had issues with i would have hired OWENBARRETH on GMX dot COM, to help me recover all my lost funds and stolen bitcoin.

As per so many other complaints about Air Asia trying to make a booking or pay or even just get the webpage to load. I will share my experience from today. After numerous attempts using google via internet explorer i tried to phone the contact center in Thailand. The number listed no longer connects, so i decided to call India (whose number is still answered). I was asked which browsers i was using, i told him, he then suggested i use Firefox. I then tried numerous times using Firefox and the same message. Hmmmm Unable to connect. Blah Blah Blah. So its kind of really hard to book a flight with Air Asia. Still cant do it by phone, app or webpage. same problem ?

it has one of the worst customer service ever , the web doesnt work, the app doesnt work, the Bot doesnt help, the people on twitter dont answer , they dont have a telephone number ..its a joke of airline ...a joke ..

Tried booking with Airasia for 2 weeks and had many failures using Safari,edge, explorer,google and the aa app on my phone and iPad, I would get to the pay and error message repeatedly came up, tried on google chrome through the aa website but this time I did not select the big points and finally it worked, not sure if coincidence but finally success, very very very frustrating 2 weeks. You cannot talk to anybody at aa and the Ava chat is * , aa get some humans to talk to with their issues

Couldn’t get past the Guest details. Don’t think I have ever managed to book through the website. Only way to make booking and pay, is to download there app to your phone and do it on that.

Anyone know why after booking details cannot go next and the error message says: "Our fares may have changed, refresh your search to see our latest fares and availability". I kept try refresh again and again fill up all the detail also selections since last week till today still can't get thru!

Payment did not go through on App. Lost my big points at same time and not returned back to me. No booking confirmation however it appears the seats I selected are still showing as taken? Not sure what to do. Wait or try and rebook again on website rather than App.

Same problem. Can not pay for booking but deducted my big points for part payment and not returned them. Will try another airline. Shame I have used this airline since it’s inception. No way if contacting airline that works.

Guest : Good luck with AirAsia support, there is none Guest : Successfully make payment from bank side but airasia showed payment still needed and booking is not confirmed. Anyone has similar problem? And the resolution besides spamming airasia support?
