Guest : I have struggled with booking on the site as well, a friend says booking through the air Asia app is much easier Easier but limited payment options. Been trying to book since last week. Tried multiple browsers and devices. Cleared caches. All failed.

I've been trying for 2 days to book a flight here in Air Asia.. same problem I am getting with everyone here, that I cant get pass the robot thing! I lost hope and book somewhere else. Air Asia lost 9 bookings from me since its a family trip!

Got all the way just fine to the payment page - purchase button doesn't light up even though all information fields are filled in correctly. Seems like it's the one button that should work perfectly...

Guest : Airasia 'Robot Prevention' page is tots sh*t. Can't even 'click and slide'. This implementation is one of the worst things ever. Period. i got onto live chat, told them i was using laptop they told me take a screenshot with my phone doh. i told them many reporting same problem. i gave up and used a uk booking site for air asia as only airline does the route i needed. they need to get rid of that stupid robot slide. Even logged in before got to that page so how could it be a robot lol, hopeless

I make around 70 domestic flights a year in Thailand, but until AA fix the problem with that ridiculous robot detector slider, Nok and Thai Lion will be getting all my business. Tried about 15 times to make a booking today, but kept getting: Oops! Something is wrong. There sure is - I used two of AA's recommended browsers, deleted cookies and caches, allowed popups, even tried alternative travel dates. Bye bye AA - you are just too difficult to do business with. Nok got today's booking.

Has anyone got this kind of message before? I was trying to pay using BigPay to purchase my tickets but it keeps prompting this message after i click PURCHASE. "We're unable to process your payment. Please use another card/payment method to complete your booking or contact your bank for details." I've transferred big amount to BigPay already to pay the tickets, urgh.

Air Asia, fix your * on-line robot authentication. Time and time again this fails to allow the booking to advance. How many times do you have to be told???? Sharpen the * up!!!!!!

Hi. I do book my ticket flight currently through air asia apps. I already book the date and fill in everything include the card debit number. I already insert the OTP number to confirm the purchase right? After the otp loading, it turn out to be unsucessful and need to repeat the same thing. Can anyone help me to fix this prblem?

(server error) always encountering this when using any browser. tried booking flight for 7 people multiple times since yesterday, no success. Also,in a failed payment (with processing fee), when I tried paying it again thru CC, the system again added additional processing fee on top of that failed payment.
