Tried login for a week tried booking a flight thru a travel agent, this was after air asia took my money for one flight but not the second one I tried to book 15 minutes later. And since then one week I have tried multiple times from home and several travel shops... What's happening Air Asia are you in receivership???

I just booked the ticket with air asia. i paid with my debit card, but they never send the confirmation and the booking code. when i go to manage my booking it said that still need payment, but i checked that they already have deducted my bank balance. anyone have any idea?

I have this problem in logging in at airasia website. I already change password and followed all instruction properly but still it end up going back to the membership log in. even changing password is not advisable coz same thing happen. I also made another account using my secondary email address but same thing still happen. Please fix this issue, it so inconvenient to all you clients. No compaian shown or help after trying to rebook flight. Due to my wife having a miss carriage feel your employees were trying to make money not good bussines for your company,will keep you posted on the outcome. Is this a joke? I have read right back how long this problem has been going on yet today, 28th March, I cannot add baggage on to my flight. So I will be charged full price when I get there. The cycle: Log in Manage my booking Redirect to log in Log in Manage my booking Redirect to log in This is ridiculous that this has been going on so long. Can't wait to get to the desk to be told 'you should of added you baggage online - now you have to pay full price'. I don't think so.
I booked tickets and paid for with Paypal same problem no confirmation shows nothing in my bookings contacted paypal they cant claim back payment I can only presume it has something to do with the Air Malaysian crash as airasia are owned by them good luck everybody

Is just me or are there others having problems I'm trying to log into manage my booking only to be told I don't have a booking, I ended up calling AirAsia to change my seats at an additional charge ... but 24hrs later I still have no email confirmation , this is doing my head in.
I have email to aax_aus_support@airasia.com whereby given by Airasia's customer service when i call them but until now non of them even reply to me and it has been already 1+week. I have book my flights to Seoul on 25 Feb 2014 using BigCard. Big card has charge my Seoul ticket yet there is no itineary send to me by Airasia. When i call Airasia, the customer service say that as per their system, my flight to Seoul was cancel, yet BIGcard charge my flight tickets for it. Hi I am having the same problem. I can log in and then when I try to manage my booking I get sent back to the login page. It has been doing this to me for nearly a week now. I have the technical issue. I just got a message that my flight is being cancelled and I was trying to reschedule but everytime I log in, it reverts back to the login section. Some type of glitch. I hope they fix it soon. I will try the chat feature during their biz hours. I am from the US.

Hi everybody, By advance sorry for my english. I draw your attention i travelled with air asia from bangkok to pukhet. I want to alert people it s very bad company as arriving in pukhet i found out my luggage completly broken fortunately they did not steal inside but my luggage was new and impossible to travel with it again. Dear AirAsia, I have been trying to call for 2 days but never can get through... I brought a flight 2 ways from kl to png on 6 march 2014. My return flight from png to kl on the same day is 8:10PM, I want to change it to 11:20PM. My booking number is WIY6FE under Ms Karen Cham Yee Kyun. I am facing problem to log in my Airasia member account. I not an airasia member when i book for my flight. So, once I complete the payment and received email from airasia, i try to click manage my flight and register my email which i use when i book for the flight. After i complete the registration and get the activation link, but then when I click the link, it appear: "Sorry, it looks like you’ve entered an invalid activation link or the link has expired. Please register again and activate your account within 72 hours." I unable to register again as state is existing email user. Hence, I unable to log in and manage my flight. Please help as I need to manage my baggage.

My first booking to airasia has been cancelled a week before my flight. I inform it about my relatives in bacolod so then they flew and get back to manila. That's suppose to be our reunion. Then i choose to refund my money since they gave me that option. Then 3 days before my flight i got an email that the flight has been restored. I inform airasia phils. that i had to cancel my flight since theres no one waiting for me in bacolod. They told me that my booking has been cancelled and refund is on process. I am follwing up to them regarding my refund and was advise that it may take 20-30 bussiness days. So i called in january 2014. The agent topd me that money has been sent to bank dec. 19 2013. I told them that i am not receiving anything in my bank account. I am calling them every week. Until i got an email from refund team in malaysia that it was sent to bank dec. 19 and pla check my end of january bank statement. It is now end of january and not even a reference number has been emailed to me. Seriously!? Why does it even have to take looong before it can even processed. Actually my question in mind is that will it ever be processed or you guys took my money just that! This is shame and i have the right to say "fuck you" airsia!
