Successfully make payment from bank side but airasia showed payment still needed and booking is not confirmed. Anyone has similar problem? And the resolution besides spamming airasia support?

Guest : I have tried on several computers using different programs and I get the same result click and slide does NOT work, absolutely hopeless and you cannot contact anybody to complain or let them know, very poor this is irritating!!! they got my payment details and the robot protection would not work??!!!

Unable to complete the booking due to the fact that the silly slide the bar thing doesn't work. We re 20 people that have tried it and NO ONE managed. What a silly thing! Completely idiotic! Who came up with this!

I got the same message: "Sorry, an error has occurred. Please try again later" after I clicked on Purchase tab as well. Used Safari, App, Chrome & Firefox, all did the same thing. Please have a look into it asap

Not been able to complete payment for tickets for 2 days, the price still goes up though every time I try again! My son has booked his, so need to be on the same aircraft. Otherwise would have used Thai instead. Website is hopeless...

I have been trying now for weeks to make a series of bookings Tried Safari, Chrome Firefox. Tried different computers different times. Always the same get to the end of the booking process. One last thing slide to verify your not a robot. When you slide error message and can’t complete bookings. Any other ideas that can help me ?

I had problems trying to book using chrome, edge and safari. I managed to finally book using Firefox.

did everything from selecting flights, inputting names and filling in credit card details, and ccv code. Then it says "there's one last step" Click and slide the bar so that I can complete your booking. Can't figure out what it means, tried all the chat channels, then comes "Your session has expired, start over". What's going on? How to Click and slide the bar.

I've been trying for 3 days now. I've tried two computers, two locations/wifi sites and also cleared all the browsing history and caches. Still the same problem. Yeah, having the same problem and get annoyed.
