My cancelled flight on march 11,2020. Case number 39612136 still no refund. BO chat found the booking number in the system but the chat timed out. Now several attempts to chat. Still no refund of the 4 passengers

not a new issue as AirAsia is really behind here , cards issued in US definitely runs into this issue no matter how many and what cards you attempt to use. precovid it worked and then now it is not again so a hit or miss and their chatbot was useless in answering my questions on why. customer support is your only option . call them and call center is back in Malaysia so be patient as i paid for and booked a ticket this old way. AUWE

Announcing inside the flight as continuously being the best low cost Carrier for 12year . But all flight is delayed and causing passenger to struggle. At last minutes change departure Gate. Example AK6130. Etc etc etc
Apparently I have tried quite some couple of times, I am not able to make payment via tha app Error - {error code}. There was a problem with your booking. Please try again later. No customer support is able to reach out to me on this and I have to go to airport just to make the booking. I'm kinda super pissed with this.

Airasia....sounds good but not the airline to use if you really need to be at your destination. The vibe is loose and reasons for delays are vague. No one on the ground to attend to queries and those who are dont know much either . Perhaps this is a once off but its very frustrating. Ok for the leisurely who have ample time to spare.
I want to redeem my AirAsia travel voucher issued due to COVID, but this payment option is disabled on the website. Either refund in full or enable us to use the voucher. Losing credibility... I'd rather pay more than fly with AirAsia ever again.
I want to complaint about AirAsia Airline service, my round trip flight were both cancelled and I tried to make a credit refund, it was credited to my account but later when I tried to use my credit points, it is disappeared. the expiry date was 17 Jul 2023 which is not yet expired but there is no where to make exchange for that. There is no where to call the customer service and the money are all gone. I am truly upset about this. Could someone review their credibility please?

I am a sport person(Pistol Shooting) representing India at an International Level.First of all was greeted with worst possible way by the airport staff. Secondly bad handling of my sports equipment. I was charged extra money for my equipment even though I had all the required documents and the DGCA permit for the same. No other airlines charge for the same equipment if you have all the paperwork needed. It is a privilege given by the government of India to sportsman carrying equipment having all required documents to be carried free of cost by the airlines.Would recommend everyone else to go for any other airline but not Air Asia as the ground staff was not co-operating in a reasonable tone and were rude. Extremely disappointed.

He scanned and see my passport that he looked at me like no respect and look one kind like very racist.. Please don't mad me * until I post to social media big big trouble.. Alice leong : I would like to check why is my credit amount expired as I had received an email said it will extended to 2023. airasia ID:3240097790. You may find it has converted to a travel voucher. Log into the App (I could not get it to work on a computer), scroll down to travel vouchers on the next page and see if there is a voucher for the same amount. Unfortunately vouchers only cover the base airfare which is often a small percentage of the whole fair- probably lucky to get anything back
Brian : I am trying to redeem a credit I have with AirAsia. It's seems impossible to talk to a human being and the AVA chatbox system does not recognize my booking number! Any advice welcomed. When on AVA chatbox type 'talk to Allstar', ignore Ava's reply and type 'talk to Allstar' again, may need to do it again but that should get you to a real person
