Ajay Vijay : I had booked Sydney to Kochi flight & received credit to my Airasia account last year. I'm not seeing the credit amount in my airasia account any more - highly disappointing ! Yeah it is gone. I checked my credit a couple of months ago and it was still there, but now the entire webpage has changed anything regarding big member credit has been removed. I'm hoping to get all the evidence there by express post and it is going to cost $33. It may not even get there in time. Pretty rude only giving people 2 and a half weeks to get hard copies to KL. To be honest, if my $1000 went to a worker who lost there job I would be totally fine. But you know that will never happen....

My name is Vishak Nirmal Kumar and I have booked a flight ticket from Kochi to Bangkok PNR: RRN6PB on last year 2020 and due to pandemic issue the flight has been cancelled and the refund is moved to credit account. But after march, 2021 I am unable to view my credit account in Airasia Indian website and also not able to book flight with credit account. I tried to contact customer support on 80 4666 2222 and 80 6766 2222 and not able to speak a real customer person. Please let me know whom I need to get the credit amount refund or able to use my next flight booking.
Respected Madam/Sir, With reference to the above subject, I have booked a flight from Pune to Delhi On the date 11.3.2021 PNR No.J6Z49A of airasia airline.I got a call from 02268231471 and message from ariasia regarding cancellation of flight due to operational reasons on dt 09.3.2021. After that I tried to contact on airasia numbers 80 4666 2222 and 80 6766 2222. But I did not receive any response from airasia airlines. After a week of continuous calls I got responses from make my trip about refund still as on date 27.03.2021 I haven't received my money back. The money I am asking for as a refund is my own hard money which I earned. being airasia such a big corporate entity can't retain it as they haven't given me any service. I kindly request to refund the same else I will have to knock on the doors of the consumer court which is definitely not beneficial to airasia airlines. Mr. tony and this airline is seriously having reputational issues. They are purposely making life difficult . Firstly, not honouring any refunds and now even credit refunds are not traceable. Let this airline burnt to ground.

After 4 days of follow ups, screen shots and loads of tantrums AA gives me this response . They have become shameless thieves. I can see aa going bankrupt very soon, we will all lose our hard earned money to this * credit account scam

I sent a message to AA on twitter. This is reply I got from them. Due to the recent announcement from AirAsia X Malaysia, we're not able to process your request for now hence the credit account has been reversed. However since it is related to the court process you will need to send your enquiry about this to the email address shared to you in the email which is aax_pod_alpha@airasia.com and the dedicated team will assist you with your concern. Reply may be a bit delayed due to the overwhelming of emails they received at the moment. However, they will get back to you soonest possible.
My Credit Account option not visible too. And I don't have my Booking confirmation and fpx email anymore. Anybody has a solution on how to retrieve these?

I was also upset when I could not find info on BIG website. You need a one time code sent to mobile phone to login which is improvement for account security.

In month of Feb 2021, I checked my credit account still there with expiry date shown, but on 17 March, I checked again, My credit account balance disappeared. What happen, can AirAsia compliance or audit conduct an investigate, 8t could be insider IT job move the amount to someone credit account.
