Website is FULL OF BUGS.... can't book anything, by the time i get to the pay page it resets and dumps me out
No one of the" offerd" option for customer service is working! No phone, chat or mail. The company overcharged my visa and it is not possible to get any answer. Still flying or just fraud?

i try to click manage my flight and register my email which i use when i book for the flight. After i complete the registration and get the activation link, but then when I click the link, it appear: "Sorry, it looks like you’ve entered an invalid activation link or the link has expired. Please register again and activate your account within 72 hours." I unable to register again as state is existing email user. Hence, I unable to log in and manage my flight. Please help

Guest : I HAD THIS SAME PROBLEM. In the US on a visa credit card yet 10 minutes later got an email confirming the reservation but not before I had booked the same flight through Expedia. Needless to say, I double booked and am trying to get a refund on one of the flights. But there is no number to call from the US and their live chat is down so I filled out a form and they should get back to me within 5 business days. I don't trust that so I contacted a travel agent to see if they could remedy the situation. Our flights have both been changed by AirAsia from D7--- to A4. KL to Colombo this month. This meant return flight was leaving 1155 now leaving 2300 thus missing our connecting flights. After 6 hours wait on web chat no help was given couldn't change flight for us nor give us a phone contact no from UK. None of the numbers in Malaysia worked. Today they phoned no option but to go day early meaning waiting from 5.30 until 2145 for our connecting flight to Aus. I asked if they'd help with hotel cost in KL as we will lose our cost in Colombo and need rest in KL due to our age, answer No. I would highly recommend anyone reconsider flying AirAsia we have flown with many others this is the worst treatment ever received. Never will they have our custom again

Do they actually read this? I'm having a nightmare getting hold of anyone at Airasia, phone, tweet, live chat, eform, Facebook! They are low cost for a reason, they have no staff it would seem. They made a flight change on Friday for the following Tuesday although the booking remains the same and the link to choose a flight is broken and as I have said above, I have tried all manner of ways to communicate with them. Terrible service, I am probably eating my time even writing this as I bet the only people reading it are the people in my situation pissed off that no one is contacting them. Anyway. My flight QZ 172 with booking number CJP37B which was originally scheduled to depart from Kuala Lumpur (KUL) to Bandung (BDO) on Monday, February 22, 2016 at 15:20 has unfortunately been rescheduled to 19:50 local time while the new arrival time is 20:50 local time. Therefore, i would like to choose the third option which is to request a full refund in the amount equivalent to my booking and in form of my original payment. My return flight scheduled to be on flight QZ 173 with booking number CJP37B which was originally scheduled to depart from Bandung (BDO) to Kuala Lumpur (KUL) on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at 11:50 had been rescheduled to 16:25 local time while the new arrival time is 19:25 local time. I would like to request for a refund for this flight too.

Worst customer service I have ever received. We were mistakenly double-charged for 2 ASEAN passes and 6 E-forms, 5 emails, 10 Facebook messages, and 4 phone calls later, the issue is still unresolved. They've blatantly ignored most messages, and only respond to Facebook when I mention involving the credit card company (I literally had to threaten this in EVERY new message to get any kind of response). AirAsia is fine for a cheap flight from point A to point B but do not get involved in anything more complex with this company.
I bought 3 multi city flights, one for me, one for sister, one for friend. The flights are for Decemmer, peak season and expensive. I made a mistake with friends first name, it needs to be corrected. But Airasiax won't fix it and want me to surrender the $20000 for the ticket and buy a new one. All they have to do is correct one first name three times. I have never heard of a contract being so unforgiving, especially when the planned flight is still 11 weeks away. I think it is a case of simple theft.
Booking No JJEN5U Yesterday on 28 September 2015 is my depature date from KLIA2 to Kuching, but the flight is cancel due to bad haze. And I already change it to 12 Oct 2015 for Depature. But for Return flight on 29 September 2015 they ask me to make changes through the intranet, can it be change to 13 Oct 2015 or else please advice me how do I make the changes. Please reply ASAP.
If flight delay on the same day till 2345 hrs, Air Asia do not do any arrangement for passenger, that is acceptable. Last night (24/09/15) my parent alone taken flight AK6419 departure from Penang @ 2330 hrs to Johor. Due to haze issue have to landing at KLIA2 @ 0030 hrs, Air Asia should arrange room for passenger sharing have a rest. Unfortunately there is nothing to do for passenger and flight still delay till today (25/09/15 @ 1605 hrs). There is no information or any arrangement a place for my parents have a rest. It is totally unprofessional and irresponsibility service provided. I would like to share another is in KLIA2 there is no any helpdesk contact to get further information. How save cost also must have a helpdesk contact for passenger's family member contact to get further info due to ours parent is old and do not know what should do at there. This is very terrible service provided and never think about passenger do not have rest more than 24 hours.

I have been trying to add to my baggage and check in for my flight Hanoi - KL and KL - Hanoi tomorrow morning 22nd Sept - I can't manage my booking - and when I try to check in and then increase my luggage and input my cc details (which usually I do not have to do as I use one click as you have my number saved, I get a very odd message as attached. I hope I will not be charged extra for the additional 10kgs at the airport. I shall try again early tomorrow morning, hopefully the glitch on your site will have been mended by then.

Air Asia managed my booking has error. No telephone to contact. My payment didn't get through and to contact the live chat took sooooooo long to reach my turn. Total * of time. My advice is Stay Away from Air Asia.

Hello. I booked a flight the other day from Phucket to Seoul Incheon ariport. My friend was just asking what time i arrive and i just realized in the email it says i booked it on the 22nd of September and i meant to book it on the 8th of october afterwards instead because it worked out better for us that way. I think there might have been a computer glitch and now its on the 22nd. We really need it for the 6th of October latest the morning of the 8th of October. We really need to make it later. I booked a flight on AA and they have this FPX payment page which was rather confusing so I made a mistake of a repeat payment which I did not realised until I checked my email. I had a live chat with one of their reps and he/she straight away said that I was entitled to a refund. That lifted my spirit because I was extremely worried when I realised my mistake. However, airasia on their second email, though recognising my claim, nevertheless, without checking, said that my claim had failed to be validated and thus denied my claim request. I have sent them 3 repeat e-forms with all the documents but nothing has been heard from them since 27.8.2015. They made it extremely difficult to send your claim requests. There was no Routing ID on the FPX transaction status confirmation form but without that the e-form was not complete so I put in the ID number. I was given an AA case no. which meant that AA had received my first claim but it appeared that they are just ignoring my claim. How can this be? AA please reply to my claim.
